If we all start out equal and you are equal to government in every respect, then the only way we can become UNEQUAL, INFERIOR, or a "subject" of any government is to EXPRESSLY CONSENT. What form did that consent take in YOUR case? How, even WITH your consent, can you ALIENATE a right in relation to government that is UNALIENABLE according to the Declaration of Independence? If you aren't legally allowed to alienate a constitutional right, then how can you lawfully become UNEQUAL or a "subject" under the civil law as an ordinary citizen? Is it a breach of fiduciary duty for a public servant to make a profitable business or franchise out of alienating rights that are unalienable and EQUAL in relation to a REAL de jure government?
