August 6, 2011

Hi Everyone!

I finally have the little shackle off my left leg and am out of the custody of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). I am going to clear up some misconceptions, give you a brief summary of my journey and tell you of some of my future plans.

First, let’s clear up some misconceptions that have been flying around the Internet for a few years.

• I was convicted of a misdemeanor, not a felony. There is a BIG difference. You can look up the differences when you have some free time.
• I was not convicted of tax evasion but willful failure to file. Tax evasion is when you file but leave off over 25% of the “income” that you earned.
• Willful failure to file has a definition that includes (1) you didn’t file, (2) you knew you were supposed to file and (3) you were liable to file. Since I am not guilty of (2) and (3) then I am innocent even though the jury found me guilty. Just because people say a thing doesn’t mean it is the truth, as most of you already know and understand.
• I didn’t “make thousands of dollars off the people” by having “tax protest” meetings. We had meetings to discuss my findings and the findings of others. I didn’t tell people to file or not to file. I told them to study for themselves. I think this is the main reason that I was not charged with any felonies. The money paid by the participants to come to meetings was used to pay for the hotel and the food. Many of you know that when I gave meetings I had at least coffee and cookies. Go to your local Marriott or Hilton and price out a meeting room with coffee and cookies, and you will understand why I was short of funds at the end of many of the meetings. Many volunteered to make up the difference at the end of the meetings and to them I am especially grateful. However, sometimes I had to come out of pocket and even borrow to pay for the meeting expenses.
• I was not incorporated during the time I was speaking. I had already filed a final corporate tax return.

Now, let’s move on to a brief summary of what happened. There are some things I know now that I didn’t know in the past but I am not at liberty to discuss them right now, so read between the lines if you can.

On October 30, 2007, a jury found me guilty of four (4) counts of willful failure to file tax returns. On February 14, 2008 I was sentenced to four (4) years in federal prison even though the sentencing guidelines gave a sentence of 27-33 months. The prosecution asked for and was granted an “upward departure”.

I was immediately taken from my family and placed in the Atlanta City Detention Center for 2 months, then in the Robert A. Deyton Detention Center (a privately owned prison in Lovejoy, Georgia) for another month.

prisoners-in-line.png

In May 2008 I was flown to Coleman Prison Camp in Coleman, Florida (an hour from Orlando and from Tampa) where I stayed until December 2009. I became very ill, with what we know now as hyperthyroidism, in July 2009. After a hospital stay in July my situation got critical and I reached out to my US congressman for help in late November 2009. It just so happened that I used to be his CPA. My husband sent the desperate e-mail to the congressman, but he also sent my e-mail to 20 of my dear supporters. From there, that e-mail went viral, and I started receiving cards and letters from all other the world.

In mid December, almost a month after the letter went out; I received a copy of the American Free Press during the evening mail call. That edition had a picture of me on the front cover with the caption, “Will The Feds Kill Sherry Jackson?” Less than an hour later I was packed up and shipped to a county jail, where I spent that night and a better part of the next day, without explanation. At 4pm I was picked up from the county jail by a man and woman in dress clothes and taken to the Tallahassee Federal Correctional Institution, a low security women’s prison according to the BOP. However, that classification is relative because the BOP has not designated a “supermax” facility for women. Women in the BOP system who are classified as “special management concerns” due to violence and/or escape attempts are confined in the administrative unit of Federal Medical Center, Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas. Most high security female prisoners reside in special restricted zones within general women’s prisons.

Tallahassee had murderers and all manner of women criminals. The worst of these were housed in the special housing unit (SHU) for fighting and other major infractions. The SHU was a prison within a prison, and that is where I was kept for five (5) months! I was in a cell alone with no real shoes, no real comb and lacking many of the personal items that I needed to live with dignity.

behind-prison-bars.png

But by the grace of God I survived solitary confinement. I asked for and was given a Bible on my first night there. I read it from cover to cover in 26 days and then started to study by book, chapter and verse. After a month or so I was allowed to purchase a radio. I found three (3) good Christian stations and wrote out a daily schedule from 8:00am to 11:00pm of all of the ministries that were on these stations. Although I also listened to NPR and Fox Radio from time to time, I spent most of my listening time with Dr. David Jeremiah, Dr. Charles Stanley, Chip Ingram, Tony Evans, Ravi Zacharias, Chuck Swindoll, John McArthur and the late, great Dr. Adrian Rogers. It was as if I was in my own classroom with these instructors all to myself.

It was too cold in Tallahassee from December through March, so I didn’t go outside. After March I went out in slippers (they wouldn’t let you have real shoes in the SHU) and walked for an hour Sunday through Thursday. I also tried to stand in the sun sometimes, to get some vitamin D. The walking area was the size of a large family room, and I walked around and around singing praise songs.

There were three of these large recreation cells outside. I was always kept in one alone. The other two cells had women from Tallahassee and women from other prisons being held over for transport. Their language was so vile that I had to sing to myself to drown out the filth.

We were allowed to shower on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We were always shackled when we were let out of the cells, and then unshackled when we were placed in the shower cell or in the recreation cell outside.

After five months I was bussed to the Robert A. Deyton Detention facility in Lovejoy, Georgia for 2 months for a pending appeal, and then bussed back to Coleman Prison camp from August, 2010 till February 15, 2011.

From Coleman I went to a transitional facility in Atlanta. This “halfway house” housed around 125 men and 20 women. It was slightly better than prison, but it was another large challenge for me. I was put on home confinement, then taken off due to a faulty ankle monitor, then placed back on home confinement June 20, 2011. On August 8, 2011 I was released from the halfway house and began a year of supervised release with the US probation office. I will get more into detail about this journey at a later date. Suffice it to say that 36 months in prison will change anyone’s life.

My future plans are to:

• Build a stronger relationship with the Lord and with my family.
• Publish the book that I have already typed up and sent to copyright. This book is not my life story but it is the best book of the 6 that I wrote while in prison. I pray that this one becomes a movie because it (1) puts a face on prison and (2) shows how easily one can be imprisoned. More on this book later.
• Finish typing and editing the other 5 books that I wrote while in prison.
• Attend seminary and obtain a Masters of Arts in Christian Studies.
• Start a much needed Women’s ministry (non 501©(3) ministry).
• Speak on social issues of the day, such as prisons.
• Grow my home based businesses. The links for my businesses are at the top right hand side of this page. I am passionate about them, and my goal is to have fun and enjoy what I do while making a few bucks at the same time.

This concludes my August newsletter. I welcome you on this new journey with me. Future topics will include:

• Is the church under God or under Caesar?
• What’s going on in the family?
• What are you doing to buffer yourself from the next financial crisis?
• Who can you trust?
• Education or indoctrination?

Until then be strong and vigilant.

EDITORIAL: An update from Lindsey Springer from jail that distinguishes the legal basis of the IRS from that of other government agencies.

=====================================================

Lindsey Springer here and hoping what I am about to say is received with a mind toward the rule of law. I realize many of you have struggled against the legally trained when it comes to understanding how the Internal Revenue Service is structured or functions among the several States.

To begin, no dispute is known suggesting the United States existed or exists independent of the Constitution of the United States of Amercia. Keeping this in mind I ask you to consider and search the internet–before Congress shuts it down–for the answer to this question:

“What Act of Congress establishes the Internal Revenue Service and what does that law authorize the Internal Revenue Service to do”?

I will throw another question for you to send to your political representatives in the District of Columbia at Washington, D.C., see 4 U.S.C. section 72:

“Where did Congress authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to authorize a criminal action be commenced realated to internal revenue laws”?

1. NO ACT OF CONGRESS ESTABLISHES THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AS AN AGENCY AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT DUE TO NATIONAL HEALTH CARE TO BE ADDRESSED.

Many “agencies” of the limited National Government, like the Federal Bureau of Investigations, see 28 U.S.C. Section 531, or Department of the Treasury, see 31 U.S.C. Section 301, or Department of Justice, see 28 U.S.C. Section 501, exist by act of Congress. We know the office of the President, Congress, and Supreme Court, stem directly from the Constitution mentioned above, and its enumerated powers. Similarly, the office of Grand Jury mentioned once in the Fifth Amendment is another Constitutional office belonging to a known branch of the United States’ enumerated government.

The Secretary of the Treasury’s office is established at 31 U.S.C. Section 301. The Commissioner of Internal Revenue is established at 26 U.S.C. Section 7803(a). Prior to the Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998, the office of Commissioner was established at 26 U.S.C. Section 7802(a).

So the question needed to go around the world is “what title of United States law and code section therein–what act of Congress–created the current Internal Revenue Service”?

If you do not know how to answer this question, maybe you should with all the threats Congress is making in regard to national health care and criminal penalties to be collected by the IRS for refusal to pay a fine or obtain insurance on your own. Googling “the creation of the IRS,” you will find no current act of Congress establishes this zombie organization. Does that shock you? It should.

How does the limited United States Government get so large that it has agencies, established by no act of Congress, that apparently can be used for anything? Previously, it was explained by the United States District Court that the Secretary of the Treasury created the IRS through his rule-making authority. See Snyder v. IRS, 596 F. Supp. 240, 247 (N.D. 1984). Where does the United States get the authority to create an agency through a regulation? Even if such a theory could exist under the rule of law and limted government, what is the Treasury Regulation that creates the Internal Revenue Service?

I know the Treasury Regulation previously cited was 26 CFR 601.101, but neither the tax division nor United States District Court are willing to identify the current Internal Revenue Service created by that Treasury Regulation. Why, you may ask, does it matter whether the IRS is a creature of statute by Act of Congress? Maybe you never thought about Ross Perot in 1990 warning this nation of pending doom in 20 years. Maybe you never thought it would reach or affect you or your wallet. In a time where National Health Care is soon to be held to violate the Tenth Amendment, due to the injury it may cause to State Citizens like you and me, see Bond v. U.S. 564 U.S. ___, (decided June 16, 2011), and where the United States is broke, here come the REVENUERS TO A HOME NEAR YOU (if not yours).

Whether Congress raises taxes or not, the Revenuers are being positioned to attack the Country with a vengeance. We’ll hypothetically call this the “Attack the People to Pay Down the National Debt Act of 2011” for fun. Can you imagine Congressman and Women saying “I know we were reckless, I know we spent like a drunken sailor for the last 40 years, but it’s time people pay their fair share so we can redeem our drunken mess” or something like that. Another name for the new Act could be the “Seize Property located in the 50 States to pay Foreign Credit or Debt (China for instance) of the United States Act of 2011”.

You may think it all well and good until it’s YOU! You see, most of the people who owe taxes, interest or penalties, are indebted by misunderstanding the WRITTEN LAW. Most Courts refer to the Tax Laws and Regulations as a complex system very difficult to follow. I have decided we are not meant to understand the words, what they literally mean, or how they relate to one another. Most actually give the United States an interest free loan all year through withholding taxes, by paycheck or quarterly. Most get a refund meaning they paid too much in advance of their liability. The few that owe, by the time the IRS system gets around to informing them of this mistake, the interest and penalty make the minor amount of taxes owe miniscual in comparison to the now inflated debt owed with interest and penalty.

Jubilee works and unforgiveness does not. I have concluded that Congress needs districts to act because of the Tenth Amendment and the United States cannot enforce laws through the State Government or compete in the State with State Government. If Congress can act to enforce its laws within a State’s Jurisdiction, then there is no “two governments” as the Supreme Court recently affirmed in the Bond decision extending the right to the People to challenge the Federal Law as infringing upon the power reserve to the States to control their own destiny within their external boundaries. The case cited by the Supreme Court is Alden v. Maine decided back in 1999.

I will write more in a few weeks on this subject but for now you should research while you still have access to the internet and fill in the blanks!

The current Internal Revenue Service as an agency of the United States is established by Act of Congress codified at Title _____, Section _____.

You see if you can fill it in.

2. CONGRESS HAS NOT AUTHORIZED THE SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY TO AUTHORIZE A CRIMINAL ACTION BE COMMENCED.

This issue is easily understood when you look at the statute authorizing a “civil action” to collect taxes or enforce any provision of the internal revenue laws. To begin, read 26 U.S.C. Section 7401. It clearly authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to authorize a CIVIL action be commenced to collect taxes or enforce tax laws. Why wouldn’t this statute cover CRIMINAL actions, you ask? Because civil and criminal actions are completely separate actions. One requires a Grand Jury (criminal) while the other does not (civil). Both require a jury trial. See Sixth Amendment (criminal) and Seventh Amendment (civil). Do not let anyone fool you in to believing both civil and criminal are not actions designed to collect taxes. They are! The Sixteenth Amendment authorizes Congress the power to lay and collect taxes on income among the several States.

However, nowhere will you find any statute that authorizes a criminal action be commenced by authorization of the Secretary of the Treasury. Because the issue in the National Health Care debate is about criminal penalties for not entering into an insurance contract, and because the Secretary of the Treasury is assigned to enforce those penalties, you should be overly concerned about the procedure used when the United States attempts to violate the Tenth Amendment by finding any reason to justify your dissent over enforcement of the criminal sanction (or public threat thereof) for refusing to sign or enter into an insurance contract.

I am providing you with a letter sample to be modified to your taste, as a sample of informing your Congressman of your dissent by asking a question certain to shake up Washington D.C. and the rest of those Lawyers and Judges hell bent on either being labeled a sanctuary for violating the Tenth Amendment for any reason, or unwilling to open their eyes to the violations nonetheless:

______________________________________________

“Dear Congressman

Thank you for protecting my rights in Washington D.C. and holding the United States to playing a limited enumerated role in all people who live in the 50 States lives.

I see in 26 U.S.C. Section 7401 Congress only authorized the Secretary of the Treasury to authorize a civil judicial action be commenced to collect taxes or enforce laws related to internal revenue and note the term CRIMINAL does not appear. I am one of those opposed to making it a crime to refuse to pay a fine regarding refusal to sign a contract for health insurance and need to understand what the possibilities will be if I am charged with the crime outlined in the current law to take affect in 2014.

I have diligently searched many statutes and treasury regulations under the current theory of nationwide IRS Jurisdiction and have found no authorization from Congress to the Secretary of the Treasury to enforce the new health care law regarding criminal conduct of failing to pay the fine as a tax. If you would be so kind as to help me fill in this question:

Congress authorized the Secretary of teh Treasury to bring a criminal action in a United States District Court at Title ___, Section ____.

I was also looking to see what law creates the Internal Revenue Service and am unable to locate any Act of your Congress. I need to know this in case I choose to protest by not buying insurance.

Thank you for any help on these matters.

___________________________________________

The United States enforces its laws “among the several States” through lawfully created Judicial Districts, see 28 U.S.C. Section 81 to 131, there are Congressional Districts dividing up States for representatives, there are imagration districts, Social Security Districts, and Department of Homeland Security Districts.

To show the plan for national health care has been brewing for many years, regardless of what Congress says they voted for, you must consider the need of the Internal Revenue Service to collect and enforce penalties for not buying health insurance. The question is on the table to do one of two things.

First, re-enforce the Tenth Amendment and the power reserved by and for the 50 States, or secondly, send the 50 States into one huge District of Columbia. After the United States was pressed upon its abolishing of all Internal Revenue Districts and Distrit Directors, and its legal significance, on August 5, 2009, the Secretary of the Treasury proposed a rule that announced the IRS would no longer be bound to State boundaries and enforcement would be under a “nationwide jurisdiction” theory.

What is the President’s authority to enforce certain laws under “nationwide jurisdiction”? This question is at the heart of the newly enacted health care crimes heading toward the Supreme Court.

Recently, the 11th Circuit, in a shocking decision, found the criminal penalty imposed by the new health care law unconstitutional. Once again, Bond v. U.S. is an “earthquake.” Congress to get around the Tenth Amendment reserved power of the Sates has used a form of bribery to exact surrender by the 50 Tenth Amendment States by collecting to much in taxes and then redistributing their bounty with strings attached. This is not what the Sixteenth Amendment was intended to accomplish.

The Tenth Amendment prohibits “nationwide jurisdiction” for the United States because, without an element of “interstate commerce,” there is no “jurisdictional trigger” of the necessary and proper clause to enforce one of Congress’ powers. See Article I, Section 8, Cl. 18.

Between the Restructuring and Reform Act of 1998 and the National Health Care Act it becomes clear the plan to violate the Tenth Amendment has been in purpose and design for more than 13 years. Your need to know what law creates the IRS and how does an offense related to internal revenue become the object of a U.S. Attorney’s affection, is now necessary and proper for your full understanding.

Welcome.

You are in the right place. These forums are a good place to come in contact with very seasoned members of the freedom community and a place to acquire all the tools and knowledge needed to be truly autonomous.

Be forewarned that we are leery of people:

1. Whose first and only contact is a request for help.

2. Who demand that any one of us give up the most valuable thing they have, which is our privacy and anonymity, to a completely unknown and unproven person who may be a mole for all we know. These forums are frequented by moles on occasion and have been visited by them in the past.

3. Who usually only want to talk because they are looking for promises or assurances that our Prohibited Activies FORBID us or any member from providing. See:

About Us Page, Section 12, Item 6

<a href="http://famguardian.o…try/aboutus.htm

The theme of this website is to learn and obey the law and NOT any vain man or government of men. We tell people they SHOULD NOT rely on or even seek advice from anyone about the subjects we teach and that the ONLY basis for their reliance should be what they have read in the law with their own two eyes. In that scenario, it’s completely pointless to seek advice, promises, or assurances from ANYONE, and especially us or any member. That kind of interaction should be reserved for your own local freedom study group and immediate friends, not these forums. The reason for this philosophy is described in:

Reasonable Belief About Income Tax Liability, Form #05.007

FORMS PAGE: <a href="http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm

DIRECT LINK: <a href="http://sedm.org/Form…nableBelief.pdf

Those who are new to our ministry and who seek help instead need to:

1. Hang around a while and contribute their research to these forums as a way to demonstrate their continuing commitment to the subject matter.

2. Do their homework and demonstrate and post that homework here on subjects that interest them so that it can be peer reviewed.

3. Help others in these forums as a way to learn the subjects we teach.

4. Follow the following as proof that they deserve help and have earned it. Anything truly worth having is worth earning.

Path to Freedom, Form #09.015

DIRECT LINK: <a href="http://sedm.org/Form…thToFreedom.pdf

FORMS PAGE: <a href="http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm

If you have questions, the place to ask them is here in these forums. Physical or vocal interaction is completely unnecessary. The people who seem to need it most are those who are lazy, and these kind of people always end up double crossing or blaming us. If you don’t know how to interact using writing and reading, you may as well go back to the federal plantation, because writing and reading are the main and ONLY method by which people can defend their rights in court. It’s time to start practicing.

Again, welcome. 🙄

Churches that are in bed with Babylon the Harlot are Harlots. The Bible says the wages of a harlot MAY NOT enter the treasury of ANY REAL church:

Quote:
You shall not bring the wages of a harlot or the price of a dog to the house of the LORD your God for any vowed offering, for both of these are an abomination to the LORD your God. “

[Deut. 23:18, Bible, NKJV]

Baldwin missed this but its true. The answer is to confront the pastor and condition your sponsorship on his compliance. Compliance STARTS with not requiring church worker to fill out a government employment application called a W-4. If they won’t at least do that and not file the fraudulent information return, they shouldn’t get your sponsorship. A church that forces its own workers to serve two masters is beyond hope.

Quote:
You Cannot Serve God and Riches

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

[Matt. 6:24, Bible, NKJV]

British call for Blackberry ban

In London, not Syria

10 Aug 2011 09:53 | by Nick Farrell in Rome

While British politicians wade into Syria over its crackdown on rioters, they apparently are dead keen on bringing in anti-technology measures which were tried unsuccessfully by failing regimes in the Middle East.

David Lammy, Member of Parliament for Tottenham has appealed on Twitter and on BBC radio for BlackBerry maker Research in Motion to suspend BlackBerry Messenger to the capital.

According to Reuters the Blackberry was one of the reasons why unsophisticated criminals were outfoxing an otherwise sophisticated police force. The Blackberry Messenger is encrypted and police can’t access it.

Research In Motion has said that it is co-operating with the Police but has not said if it is handing over chat logs or user details to Inspector Knacker of the Yard..

RIM’s Inside BlackBerry blog was hacked on Tuesday by a group going by the name of Teampoison. The group posted a warning to the company not to cooperate with police.

The hackers said that if RIM assists the police, it had access to your database which includes your employee’s information. It threatened to make this information public and pass it onto rioters.

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Stephen Kavanagh of the Metropolitan police said yesterday that Police have got extensive monitoring of this BlackBerry messaging model although he did not say how. He added that a lot of people who are seeing Blackberry messages are forwarding them to the police.

Still, the irony of slamming the Syrians for their handling of demonstrators while demanding censorship and water cannons on your own streets seems to have been lost on the current government.

August 16, 2011 at 3:38 pm in reply to: Michele Bachmann the IRS Attorney

A Glimpse into Michele Bachmann in Iowa

On Submission of Wives to Husbands.

What Bachmann said: In an interview with David Gregory <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Gregory>; on Meet the Press <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meet_the_Press>; , when asked about submission, Bachmann responded that “submission means respect.” Gregory joked “Congresswoman, I didn’t even have to check with my wife, and I know those two things aren’t equal.” to which Bachmann responded “in our household it does.”[ In the Iowa GOP Debate in Ames, Iowa, Rep. Michele Bachmann was asked to respond to a comment in which she said she “hated the idea of studying tax law.” She also went on to say that women should be submissive to their husbands. When questioned if wives should really submit to their husbands, Bachmann said “submission” means “mutual respect.” (Fox News, Monday, August 15, 2011]

Her mistake: Submission of Christian women to Christian husbands is a pillar of the Christian home. The headship of the man committed to love his wife as Christ loved the church and the happy acknowledge of a man’s authority in the home is solid Christian law (Eph. 5:25). In the interview in order not to offend feminist and humanists, Bachmann back peddled and diminished “submission” to “mutual respect.” Submission and respect do not have the same meaning. She did not error in saying a wife should submit to her husband, she made an error by not fully embracing here Christianity.

What she should have said: I am a Christian woman and I was speaking to a ladies church group. My husband and I seek to govern our family by Biblical principles wherein God calls Christian woman to surrender to her husband’s leadership in the home, and where God calls Christian men to live their live sacrificially for the good of their wives. I embrace these principles as these are the principles that have made great American families.

On homosexuality

What she said: Bachmann said in 2004 that being gay is “personal enslavement,” and that, if same-sex marriage were legalized, “little children will be forced to learn that homosexuality is normal and natural and that perhaps they should try it.” Speaking about gay-rights activists, that same year, she said, “It is our children that is the prize for this community.” But when questioned in the interview aired on Fox Monday, August 15, Bachmann said she judged no one and respected the rights of gays to live their life of choice.

Her mistake: Bachmann is correct about Sodomites. They are enslaved and have no lawful claim to the status of marriage. Sodomy is condemned in the Bible as a perversion of the laws of nature (Romans 1:19ff). But again, under pressure in the interview from those with a humanistic agenda who want to make America a homosexual nation, Bachmann backed off her Biblical position to a more politically correct view saying she respects all people and the right of gays.

What she should have said: Homosexuality is a perversion of God’s plan for men and women. It is inconsistent with the laws of nature as wells as nature’s God. The role of government it to protect and build strong American families, and I will resist social engineers who are attempting obtain protection for those having intercourse with the people of the same sex as well as wanting their views taught in schools, promoted over the airwaves, and codified in literature.

Advice to Michele: You are a Christian woman. You are the salt of the earth for Christ [and America], not a sugar cube for the new world order. Don’t apologize for Christian principles that have made America great. Fully embrace them.

Euroreigner,

We don’t want you to be our “humble servant”. We hope you are ONLY GOD’S humble servant. We are all equal under God’s laws and serve no one but Him.

The problem with your logic is that is it based on false premises. The ONLY “United States” spoken of in the Constitution are the States of the Union and NO PART OF FEDERAL TERRITORY. This is abundantly made clear in the exhaustive discussion of this subject at the link below:

http://famguardian.o…?showtopic=3951

Constitutional states cannot legislate for STATUTORYILY foreign territory, even that within their limits, without violating the separation of powers doctrine. This is a limitation upon all governments in the world, according to Story. And if they exceed their territory, they are not acting as governments, but as PRIVATE parties in equity who may not protect their extraterritorial or extraconstitutional activities with sovereign immunity. No amount of word games can solve this problem and the conflict of interest and allegiance that it creates.
