Audit of the Federal Reserve Reveals $16 Trillion in Secret Bailouts
The first ever GAO(Government Accountability Office) audit of the Federal Reserve was carried out in the past few months due to the Ron Paul, Alan Grayson Amendment to the Dodd-Frank bill, which passed last year. Jim DeMint, a Republican Senator, and Bernie Sanders, an independent Senator, led the charge for a Federal Reserve audit in the Senate, but watered down the original language of the house bill(HR1207), so that a complete audit would not be carried out. Ben Bernanke(pictured to the right), Alan Greenspan, and various other bankers vehemently opposed the audit and lied to Congress about the effects an audit would have on markets. Nevertheless, the results of the first audit in the Federal Reserve’s nearly 100 year history were posted on Senator Sander’s webpage earlier this morning.
What was revealed in the audit was startling:
$16,000,000,000,000.00 had been secretly given out to US banks and corporations and foreign banks everywhere from France to Scotland. From the period between December 2007 and June 2010, the Federal Reserve had secretly bailed out many of the world’s banks, corporations, and governments. The Federal Reserve likes to refer to these secret bailouts as an all-inclusive loan program, but virtually none of the money has been returned and it was loaned out at 0% interest. Why the Federal Reserve had never been public about this or even informed the United States Congress about the $16 trillion dollar bailout is obvious – the American public would have been outraged to find out that the Federal Reserve bailed out foreign banks while Americans were struggling to find jobs.
To place $16 trillion into perspective, remember that GDP of the United States is only $14.12 trillion. The entire national debt of the United States government spanning its 200+ year history is “only” $14.5 trillion. The budget that is being debated so heavily in Congress and the Senate is “only” $3.5 trillion. Take all of the outrage and debate over the $1.5 trillion deficit into consideration, and swallow this Red pill: There was no debate about whether $16,000,000,000,000 would be given to failing banks and failing corporations around the world.
In late 2008, the TARP Bailout bill was passed and loans of $800 billion were given to failing banks and companies. That was a blatant lie considering the fact that Goldman Sachs alone received 814 billion dollars. As is turns out, the Federal Reserve donated $2.5 trillion to Citigroup, while Morgan Stanley received $2.04 trillion. The Royal Bank of Scotland and Deutsche Bank, a German bank, split about a trillion and numerous other banks received hefty chunks of the $16 trillion.

When you have conservative Republican stalwarts like Jim DeMint(R-SC) and Ron Paul(R-TX) as well as self identified Democratic socialists like Bernie Sanders all fighting against the Federal Reserve, you know that it is no longer an issue of Right versus Left. When you have every single member of the Republican Party in Congress and progressive Congressmen like Dennis Kucinich sponsoring a bill to audit the Federal Reserve, you realize that the Federal Reserve is an entity onto itself, which has no oversight and no accountability.
Americans should be swelled with anger and outrage at the abysmal state of affairs when an unelected group of bankers can create money out of thin air and give it out to megabanks and supercorporations like Halloween candy. If the Federal Reserve and the bankers who control it believe that they can continue to devalue the savings of Americans and continue to destroy the US economy, they will have to face the realization that their trillion dollar printing presses will eventually plunder the world economy.

The most obvious of course is ObamaCare. By taking away your right to decide on the care of your own body, ObamaCare stole your ‘first and foremost right, the right to control your own body. Losing that right puts you in the category of ‘being property’ instead of being a person who owns property !
The American legal system was based on you having the right to be protected from rape, murder, theft etc. because it respects the fact that your body is your own personal property, along with any property you have under your possession. Thus, for someone or something to cause damage to you in any way is a punishable crime.

People are well aware of the effects of the productive supporting the non-productive, even if they can't verbalize them. So socialism has to be sold as religion to bypass the critical faculties. In the above example, when the productive stopped studying, there was no one to save the non-producitve, there was nothing to distribute to them. This is the theme of Atlas Shrugged. New street lights that include “Homeland Security” applications including speaker systems, motion sensors and video surveillance are now being rolled out with the aid of government funding.
The Intellistreets system comprises of a wireless digital infrastructure that allows street lights to be controlled remotely by means of a ubiquitous wi-fi link and a miniature computer housed inside each street light, allowing for “security, energy management, data harvesting and digital media,” according to the Illuminating Concepts website.According to the company’s You Tube video of the concept, the primary capabilities of the devices include “energy conservation, homeland security, public safety, traffic control, advertising, video surveillance.”In terms of Homeland Security applications, each of the light poles contains a speaker system that can be used to broadcast emergency alerts, as well as a display that transmits “security levels” (presumably a similar system to the DHS’ much maligned color-coded terror alert designation), in addition to showing instructions by way of its LED video screen.The lights also include proximity sensors that can record both pedestrian and road traffic. The video display and speaker system will also be used to transmit Minority Report-style advertising, as well as Amber Alerts and other “civic announcements”.With the aid of grant money from the federal government, the company is about to launch the first concept installation of the system in the city of Farmington Hills, Michigan.Using street lights as surveillance tools has already been advanced by several European countries. In 2007, leaked documents out of the UK Home Office revealed that British authorities were working on proposals to fit lamp posts with CCTV cameras that would X-ray scan passers-by and “undress them” in order to “trap terror suspects”.Dutch police also announced last year that they are developing a mobile scanner that will “see through people’s clothing and look for concealed weapons”.So-called ‘talking surveillance cameras’ that use a speaker system similar to the Intellistreets model are already being used in UK cities like Middlesborough to bark orders and reprimand people for dropping litter and other minor offenses. According to reports, one of the most common phrases used to shame people into obeying instructions is to broadcast the message, “We are watching you.”The transformation of street lights into surveillance tools for Homeland Security purposes will only serve to heighten concerns that the United States is fast on the way to becoming a high-tech police state, with TSA agents being empowered to oversee that control grid, most recently with the announcement that TSA screeners would be manning highway checkpoints, a further indication that security measures we currently see in airports are rapidly spilling out onto the streets.The ability of the government to use street lights to transmit “emergency alerts” also dovetails with the ongoing efforts to hijack radio and television broadcasts for the same purpose, via FEMA’s Emergency Alert System.The federal government is keen to implement a centralized system of control over all communications, with the recent announcement that all new cell phones will be required to comply with the PLAN program (Personal Localized Alerting Network), which will broadcast emergency alert messages directly to Americans’ cell phones using a special chip embedded in the receiver. The system will be operational by the end of the year in New York and Washington, with the rest of the country set to follow in 2012.The notion of using the street lights as communication tools to broadcast “alerts” directly from the federal government is also consistent with Homeland Security’s program to install Orwellian ‘telescreens’ that play messages by Janet Napolitano and other DHS officials in Wal-Mart stores across the country.The fact that the federal government is funding the implementation of ‘Intellistreets’ comes as no surprise given that the nation’s expanding networks of surveillance cameras are also being paid for with Department of Homeland Security grants.*********************

GETTING IT GOOD AND HARD
A brief look at 100 years of Fiscal Folly; and a nice confirmation of CtC scholarship using four-generation-old data from the IRS itself.
Over the course of the last 100 years, Americans have foolishly indulged the dangerous conceit of imagining themselves able to discern angels from devils, and that angels are to be found amongst their own ranks. This has led to a laxness in our proper jealous regard for our liberties and the rule of law, and deeply-misplaced confidence in the good-faith and competence of public officials.
We should have known better, and at one time we did. “Let us hear no more of faith in the goodness of men in high office, but bind them down by the chains of the Constitution!” thundered Jefferson, and for a long, prosperous time, that's how we rolled.
Jefferson's attitude served us very well indeed for 125 years or so. But early in the last century we got so rich, and so full of ourselves, and so misled by pretentious official pomposities that we let slip the chains. As H. L. Mencken warned us at the time, we have since gotten the government we deserved for our foolishness, and we have gotten it good and hard.
LET'S LOOK AT JUST ONE OF THE PRICES WE HAVE PAID FOR BEING TAKEN IN BY “GOOD GOVERNMENT” EYEWASH…In Tom Woods Jr.'s recently-published 'Back on the Road to Serfdom' (ISI, 2010), PhD historian Brian Domitrovic contributes an essay titled 'Economic Policy and the Road to Serfdom: The Watershed of 1913'. In it, Domitrovic points out that except for a couple of years afflicted by abortive governmental interferences in the natural economy (involving the clearing of the accumulated ill-effect of “greenback” fiat currency circulated during Lincoln's War, and a flirtation with the monetization of silver in the 1890s), American economic growth during the 50 years prior to 1913 AVERAGED a muscular, extraordinarily prosperous 5% PER YEAR!
What's more, neither unemployment nor inflation existed during this period at all.
In 1913, everything changed. The engine of monetary debasement known as the Federal Reserve was successfully fastened upon the body politic that year. Injections of fiat currency and manipulated interest rates began poisoning the economy almost immediately.
That same year, the income tax was revived after a 40-year slumber. Unlike the Fed, the income tax began its new run benignly, functioning as designed and capturing for public benefit a portion of the profits enjoyed by those using public resources to make their money.
Within just over a quarter-century however, subtleties of its design had allowed revenue-hungry governments to begin mis-applying the tax. By 1940, the siphoning of increasingly large volumes of wealth out of the hands of independent producers and its reallocation for political and private benefit by means of that mis-application had commenced.
The assault on the natural economy through both the Federal Reserve and the misapplication of the “income tax” have continued ever since, and here's the bill: Since 1913 the average annual growth of the economy has limped along at a relatively anemic 3.26%. Domitrovic calculates that the differential of 1.74% from the 5% growth rate produced by the unimpeded natural economy of the prior 50 years resulted in a loss to American well-being of a staggering 4/5ths of the wealth we ought to be enjoying right now.
That is, had we not drunk the Kool-Aid and allowed the gimmicking of the economy by the political class, we would be 500% better off than we now are. As much as we would like to imagine ourselves as affluent, we are living in the basement of the mansion we could have and should have built during the last 95 years.
But even that 500% is just a hint of what we've lost by letting busybodies, cronyism and corruption pollute and distort our natural economy. That 500% is a static calculation– pure math. Added to it would be some incalculable enhancements because the diminished output since 1913 was not just a suppression of the natural economy; it was a distortion of economic activity, manipulated by a corrupt political class for its own benefit and that of its cronies.
Had the economy been allowed to continue in its natural state without the afflictions of the Federal Reserve and the misapplied “income tax”, economic activity would have remained pure and productive. We would have enjoyed massive compounded growth above and beyond the merely predictable. The 20th Century saw a staggeringly-rapid and bountiful increase in technical knowledge. Productivity would have reached heights of which we cannot even dream had that knowledge been efficiently coupled with capital, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit focused on market-satisfying purposes, rather than being skewed by self-interested manipulations of those in control of state violence.
Instead, we have had the steady bleeding of the productive economy by currency debasement. Worse, because its inflationary effect is not immediately felt, the first recipients of the debased currency enjoy a higher value from it than all currency soon will have. This gives those recipients an illusory appearance of economic virtue (as though they had served the market well and been rewarded accordingly), and an unfounded strength in resource acquisition.
The first of these illegitimate effects influences the assumptions and decision-making of other economic actors (with false information leading to bad decisions). The second allows the early recipients to absorb and sequester more capital resources than their actual productivity and attunement to the satisfaction of market interests merits. Since these early recipients are inevitably government-favored enterprises selected for purely political reasons, the dynamics of the process steadily erodes the economy from efficiency to inefficiency.
Then, in addition to the currency-debasement affliction, we have also been suffering the gimmicking of the tax structure to reward political allies of those in power, and to punish and hinder their competitors. This results in less productive economic actors dominating the market and subjects us all to higher prices and less growth and opportunity.
Further, the relative paucity of our wealth accumulation during the past century has not only failed to make us rich, but it has lagged far behind the outright destructive effects of the ongoing government meddling responsible for that poor performance. This has tragically resulted in America going from being the most prosperous society in human history when the government interference with the natural economy began to now being the biggest aggregate debtor in human history.
A NICE HIGHLIGHTING OF THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TAX BY IRS DATAThose inclined to read Domitrovic's otherwise excellent treatise should note that while his conclusions about the “income tax” as a destructive force are sound enough as regards the last 70 years or so, he mistakenly extends that period all the way back to 1913. This is an error resulting from a basic and still all-too-common misunderstanding of the nature of the tax not yet corrected by Domitrovic's discovery of CtC scholarship.
Citing data from the Tax Foundation, and referring in particular to the period from 1913 to 1920, Domitrovic observes that “the new income tax system hit persons making as little as $1,000 a year ($11,000 in today's terms).” ('Back on the Road to Serfdom', p. 8.) Erroneously imagining that the “making as little as $1,000” referred to everyone earning that amount from any gainful activity rather than only those receiving that much from federally-connected activities, Domitrovic concludes that the tax was therefore widespread in its reach and impact.
Certainly, if Domitrovic's belief that “income” means “all that comes in” in the context of the tax was correct, his conclusion that a rate structure reaching everyone with $1,000 in “income” ($11,000 today) meant that a majority of the adult working population– indeed, an overwhelming majority– would have been subject to the tax. After all, even non-union factory workers earned half again as much during this period.
But Domitrovic's conclusion is a classic case of GIGO– Garbage In, Garbage Out– because his misunderstanding of the tax skews him into error. The fact is, not even a fifth of the gainfully-employed heads-of-household population of America was affected by the tax in any way until as late as 1940.
This is because Domitrovic's misunderstanding of the tax was not suffered by the American population in 1913, or for many years afterward. More than a quarter-century had to pass from that year's revival of the 1862 tax before fading memories of the purpose and character of the 16th Amendment and a sustained propaganda campaign encouraging worship of the state had produced enough American ignorance about the subject for Domitrovic's assumptions about its widespread impact to become sound.
Census and IRS data reveal that between 1913 and 1939, and even while as little as $1,000 of “income” was taxed, there wasn't a single year in which more than 17.3% of non-dependent, gainfully-employed, earnings-capturing Americans filed a tax return. The average percentage per year for that whole twenty-seven years– which included the “Roaring Twenties”, by the way– was a mere 9.36% (see http://emlab.berkeley.edu/users/saez/piketty-saezOU04US.pdf).
Starting around 1940 the “income tax” DID become a major contributor to the economic dysfunction plaguing the last 95 years, and grew as a destructive force like Topsy from that point forward. In that year, misunderstanding led to so many Americans coming to believe themselves subject to the tax that the percentage of earners filing returns jumped to 25.7. In 1941, the figure was 45%. By 1947, the figure was 91.7%, and it has stayed in that neighborhood ever since.
Prior to the 1940s, our grandparents and great-grandparents practiced a more educated and jealous regard for their liberties and the rule of law. But over the years those wanting to live by the “political means” rather than by the more-demanding “economic means” misled enough Americans into the same error about the nature of the tax that produces Domitrovic's mistake today.
Ultimately, the folks at whose privileged gains the tax is really directed succeeded in turning it into a scourge against all the rest of us, just by dumbing us down on this subject. The benign income tax became recast as the evil vampire that has preyed upon us all good and hard ever since.
***By the way, educated eyes can find shiny nuggets underscoring the misunderstanding suffered by most present-day Americans concerning the limits of federal authority. A fellow prisoner here who has recently become CtC-educated, and thus sensitive to things which most readers would just pass over without comprehension like a phrase in a foreign language, furnishes us with a great example of how evidence to this effect can be found all around by those with eyes to see it.
This good man was pleased to show me the following passage from a book he happened to be reading titled, 'Titanic's Last Secrets', by Brad Matsen (Hachette Book Group, USA, 2008). On page 210, working from notes previously published in 'The Titanic- End of a Dream' by Wyn Craig Wade in 1979 (pp. 134-135), concerning efforts by Senator William Alden Smith and Sheriff Joseph Bayliss to investigate the cause of the tragedy:
“The following morning, Bayliss served the subpoenas while Smith grappled with the implications of a report that had reached him at breakfast. The British consul in New York was at that moment on a train to Washington to protest the Senate's treatment of the crew of Titanic and White Star officials. The IMM [International Mercantile Marine, a J.P. Morgan trust] lawyers had spent the better part of the night on the phone with senators and congressmen friendly to J.P. Morgan, arguing that a federal committee could not legally subpoena foreigners in the sovereign state of New York.
…
“Smith didn't want to risk letting Morgan swing enough weight to quash his subpoenas in New York, so he decided to go back to Washington and continue his hearings on federal territory.”
No changes in Constitutional delegations of jurisdiction or authority to the federal government have occurred since Senator Smith understood those limits, just as no change in the limits of federal taxing authority, and the nature of the income tax, have occurred since our grandparents time. Today, the notion of limits recognized by Smith and Grandpa alike seem alien to their less well-educated (or deliberately mis-educated) descendants.
But this change in perception is not because those limits have changed. It's just because we're only now waking up from our decades-long nap, during which the servants have re-decorated to suit themselves, knowing we weren't watching. The house still belongs to us, though. We just have to come fully awake, shake out the cobwebs, and set things back to rights.

Men rush into marriage, but American women are infamous for being cruel, malicious and taking everything they can get in a divorce. Asian women are much more respectful because of their upbringing, and they generally make much better wives. They are taught to take care of their elderly, not stick them in a nursing home and forget about them like Americans do. If that offends you, then get right with God.
American woman stay away from me! That song is very popular worldwide, because American women are infamous for being evil. The fact that America is a major producer of pornography and sleaze in the world, and that 51,000,000 American women have killed their babies, and the whorish way American women take their clothes off in public, and the spoiled brat attitude of the American woman is cause for concern. Television is saturated with lewd sleaze… MTV, CMT, VH1, LIFE, FOX… it's all of the Devil.
The Whole Court System in America is Evil and Rotten to the Core!
Having said that, I am not saying that all women are evil in America, not at all. What I am saying is that when a marriage has problems, there are plenty of evil feminist monsters who are a threat to any Christian wife. There are many serpents lurking, seeking their next victim, poisoning the minds of impressionable wives to divorce, divorce, divorce! The government sponsors all sorts of social programs intended to promote divorce, just as the government sponsors Planned Parenthood to promote abortion. Are you gullible? Every time you open a newspaper what do you see… divorce for a reasonable price!
You're a fool if you believe that you can get a friendly divorce, because everything you own goes through the court system… everything!!! There's no such thing as a friendly divorce when you examine the court documents. It's all cut-throat, cold-heartedly laid out in black and white as a demonic agreement. God hates divorce, and so should you if you love God (Malachi 2:16; Jeremiah 3:20; Matthew 19:8; Hebrews 13:5; Matthew 18:22; 1st Corinthians 7:10-11; Matthew 7:3-5).
The courts divide everything and turn any divorce into a war. It is deliberate that judges, CPS, lawyers, police and everyone involved in any family matter make a major case out of anything and everything. They declare war between husband and wife… an all out nasty malicious battle in the courts. This is how the system bilks people out of their money, retirement, home, savings, assets, possessions, and everything you've ever worked for. Judges and lawyers are scavengers, preying upon the public, making a major production out of anything they can to rob their victims of tens-of-thousands of dollars. Judges are simply overpaid lawyers. The banks foreclose on people's homes. Court cases are deliberately dragged on for years so they can make money for the courts, so they can ruin people's families and lives, so they can play god with people. It's evil as can be. It's all deliberate. America's court system is filled with thugs!
America incarcerates 25% of the world's prison population. That is absolutely shocking and reveals just how corrupt America's court system has become! We have 1-out-of-20 of the world's population in the U.S., but we have 1-out-of-4 of the world's prisoners. Our prisons are packed full of American citizens, because the prisonhouse system is a multi-billion dollar industry in the U.S. It is sickening. Americans are being locked away for 10-years for possessing $40 worth of illegal drugs, while Wall Street thieves rip off trillions of tax-payer dollars through Federal Reserve Banks and no one is arrested.
While Dr. Kent Hovind rots in prison for 10-years for not applying for a $50 state-license because of his religious convictions, Casey Anthony's mother is acquitted of murdering her child and slapped on the wrist for lying to police repeatedly. Talk about a rigged jury! Scott Peterson didn't receive the same treatment, they crucified him in California. Florida is a corrupt state, which is also where poor Terri Schiavo was murdered. Florida's judges are evil… punishing the righteous, acquitting the wicked, and killing the innocent.
There is no justice anyone in America. While murderers go free, mothers receive life in prison for possession of $40 of cocaine. While people are arrested and dragged into court for growing tomatoes in their front yard, treasonous criminals have taken over the White House and the evil newsmedia protects them, demonizing citizens instead. Sean Hannity is a paid professional liar and a rich stooge for the global elite.
There is a New World Order AN AGENDA to put undue stress upon families in America, to cause as many divorces as possible, to take your home, to take your children… to STEAL, KILL AND DESTROY (John 10:10). Out of chaos the global elite are plotting to build a Godless Global Totalitarian Communist Police State!!! This will be the Beast System of the coming man of sin, a charismatic and influential world dictator, the Antichrist.
I understand that money is one of the major issues and fathers certainly ought to be required to support their children. However, I have heard nightmare after nightmare of what the U.S. courts are unfairly doing to men. I do not believe that a husband should be required to support his wife for the rest of her life if she decides to divorce. In most cases, women wait until their husband does something stupid, like Faron Young shooting his gun off in the kitchen while drinking booze. After 40 years of marriage, that one incident entitled his wife to divorce and lifetime alimony.
I have known people throughout my life who were shacking-up together, especially people who have come out of ugly divorces. I am not criticizing those people. I am simply saying that it is not God's will. Two wrongs never make a right. If you feel that marriage is a dangerous proposition, then perhaps you should consider celibacy as did the Apostle Paul; because Hebrews 13:4 teaches that God will judge adulterers and whoremongers.
Marriage is honorable in all (Hebrews 13:4), but not for those who file for divorce (Matthew 5:28). It's never right to quit and give up. Marriage is not a business that may or may not succeed, it is a lifetime commitment to remain faithful by your spouse's side (until death do you part). The popular idea today that it's acceptable to walk away and divorce a spouse that sins is nowhere taught in the Scriptures.
On the contrary, Jesus taught unlimited forgiveness in Matthew 18:22. Forgiveness is God's way. God said in Jeremiah that it is treacherous for a wife to divorce her husband, and treacherous in Malachi 2:16 for a husband to put away his wife. God is never for divorce! Marriages end in divorce because of outside influences (marriage meddlers) who tamper in other people's business. The greatest business in the world is to mind your own business. Those who in any way encourage, nurture and cause a divorce will give account to God for destroying that which is sacred and holy in God's eyes. Matthew 19:6, “Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”
A License for This, a License for That!
Biblically, Christians don’t need the government’s approval to get married. I am NOT endorsing shacking up. There are ministers and proper ways to get married without obtaining a State License. I am not against getting a marriage license with the State, but it is not mandatory Biblically. The same is true of 501c3 licensed churches. Legally the government says you are not recognized as a church unless you a licensed 501c3 organization. That is unbiblical and untrue. A New Testament Church is a group of believers who assemble in Jesus' precious name. The church is not a business, never has been, and never will be.
Likewise, a marriage does not require a license to be valid in God's eyes. In many nations, you don't need to go through all the red tape to get married as you do in the U.S. Literally, you are entering into a legally polygamous relationship with the State as a third party in your marriage. If one of you die, the State will come after you financially to take everything you own if your spouse ever collected a penny in Social Security medical benefits.
There is no end to the ridiculous amount of licensing required by the government. God never intended for a man to be ticketed for going fishing without a license. That is just plain wrong. Not only do they ticket you, they confiscate all your fishing equipment. It is now a law in New York that all dog owners must first obtain a license. Jesus never intended for the Church to be a licensed business by the State! Where does this infringement of freedom come to an end? Will America’s parents soon be required to obtain a permit before having a baby? America is NOT “The Land of the Free” as so many citizens think (Ask this father).
A license does not record the marriage itself, only the permission granted for a marriage to take place. So why do we need permission from the State to get married? Since 1837, the proof of a marriage has been by a marriage certificate, issued at the ceremony; before then, it was by the recording of the marriage in a church register. Requiring a couple to obtain a marriage license is unnecessary. Marriage is a commitment between two people and God, so that no authorization from the state ought to be required. George Washington was married without a marriage license. So, how did we come to the time in America where marriage licenses became mandatory to get married?
Polygamy with the State Government
By obtaining a marriage license, you are entering into a business partnership with the state. I knew an elderly man who’s wife needed to go into a state nursing home for medical reasons. She was under nursing home care for several years. When she died, the state came after the husband’s home and everything he owned, including his car, seeking reimbursement. The sad fact is that the state PUNISHES married couples for being married. As a consequence, the man was unable to leave an inheritance to his children, because the state took everything. Lest you think that is fair, consider that when the states were awarded a half-trillion dollars in damages from the tobacco companies, not one penny was reimbursed to taxpayers.
A book could be written concerning the reasons why getting a marriage license is a risky thing to do. Again, I am not telling you not to get a marriage license; but you need to understand that you are also marrying the State government! The state wants to get its claws into your estate and assets. By obtaining a marriage license, you are voluntarily making the government a business partner in your marriage, and the State may seize your home that you worked a lifetime to pay for.

That is scary my friend. So if you obtain a marriage license in the State of Ohio, then you are LEGALLY OBLIGATED to your wife, children, and THE STATE OF OHIO!!! Certainly, a good man has no problem providing for his wife and children; however, the law will crucify you without mercy with that “Marriage License” you obtained if your wife drags you into divorce court one day. Literally, your marriage license will become A WEAPON used against you. The State has no business in your marriage. You will be at the mercy of the State of Ohio. Consider Yourself Warned
I am not condoning “shacking up” without being married; BUT I am saying that you don't want the State as a partner. You're marrying your wife; not the State. The State of Ohio thinks differently. Every married person in Ohio who obtained a marriage license (i.e., permission from the State to get married) is in bed with the State. The State has no business being a business partner in anyone's marriage.

5 Reasons Why Christians Should Not Obtain a State Marriage License

Every year thousands of Christians amble down to their local county courthouse and obtain a marriage license from the State in order to marry their future spouse. They do this unquestioningly. They do it because their pastor has told them to go get one, and besides, “everybody else gets one.” This pamphlet attempts to answer the question – why should we not get one?
1. The definition of a “license” demands that we not obtain one to marry. Black’s Law Dictionary defines “license” as, “The permission by competent authority to do an act which without such permission, would be illegal.” We need to ask ourselves- why should it be illegal to marry without the State’s permission? More importantly, why should we need the State’s permission to participate in something which God instituted (Gen. 2:18-24)? We should not need the State’s permission to marry nor should we grovel before state officials to seek it. What if you apply and the State says “no”? You must understand that the authority to license implies the power to prohibit. A license by definition “confers a right” to do something. The State cannot grant the right to marry. It is a God-given right.
2. When you marry with a marriage license, you grant the State jurisdiction over your marriage. When you marry with a marriage license, your marriage is a creature of the State. It is a corporation of the State! Therefore, they have jurisdiction over your marriage including the fruit of your marriage. What is the fruit of your marriage? Your children and every piece of property you own. There is plenty of case law in American jurisprudence which declares this to be true.
In 1993, parents were upset here in Wisconsin because a test was being administered to their children in the government schools which was very invasive of the family’s privacy. When parents complained, they were shocked by the school bureaucrats who informed them that their children were required to take the test by law and that they would have to take the test because they (the government school) had jurisdiction over their children. When parents asked the bureaucrats what gave them jurisdiction, the bureaucrats answered, “Your marriage license and their birth certificates.” Judicially, and in increasing fashion, practically, your state marriage license has far-reaching implications.
3. When you marry with a marriage license, you place yourself under a body of law which is immoral. By obtaining a marriage license, you place yourself under the jurisdiction of Family Court which is governed by unbiblical and immoral laws. Under these laws, you can divorce for any reason. Often, the courts side with the spouse who is in rebellion to God, and castigates the spouse who remains faithful by ordering him or her not to speak about the Bible or other matters of faith when present with the children.
As a minister, I cannot in good conscience perform a marriage which would place people under this immoral body of laws. I also cannot marry someone with a marriage license because to do so I have to act as an agent of the State! I would have to sign the marriage license, and I would have to mail it into the State. Given the State’s demand to usurp the place of God and family regarding marriage, and given it’s unbiblical, immoral laws to govern marriage, it would be an act of treason for me to do so.
4. The marriage license invades and removes God-given parental authority. When you read the Bible, you see that God intended for children to have their father’s blessing regarding whom they married. Daughters were to be given in marriage by their fathers (Deuteronomy 22:16; Exodus 22:17; 1st Corinthians 7:38). We have a vestige of this in our culture today in that the father takes his daughter to the front of the altar and the minister asks, “Who gives this woman to be married to this man?”
Historically, there was no requirement to obtain a marriage license in colonial America. When you read the laws of the colonies and then the states, you see only two requirements for marriage. First, you had to obtain your parents permission to marry, and second, you had to post public notice of the marriage 5-15 days before the ceremony.
Notice you had to obtain your parents permission. Back then you saw godly government displayed in that the State recognized the parent’s authority by demanding that the parent’s permission be obtained. Today, the all-encompassing ungodly State demands that their permission be obtained to marry.
By issuing marriage licenses, the State is saying, “You don’t need your parent’s permission, you need our permission.” If parents are opposed to their child’s marrying a certain person and refuse to give their permission, the child can do an end run around the parent’s authority by obtaining the State’s permission, and marry anyway. This is an invasion and removal of God-given parental authority by the State.
5. When you marry with a marriage license, you are like a polygamist. From the State’s point of view, when you marry with a marriage license, you are not just marrying your spouse, but you are also marrying the State.
The most blatant declaration of this fact that I have ever found is a brochure entitled “With This Ring I Thee Wed.” It is found in county courthouses across Ohio where people go to obtain their marriage licenses. It is published by the Ohio State Bar Association. The opening paragraph under the subtitle “Marriage Vows” states, “Actually, when you repeat your marriage vows you enter into a legal contract. There are three parties to that contract. 1.You; 2. Your husband or wife, as the case may be; and 3. the State of Ohio.”
See, the State and the lawyers know that when you marry with a marriage license, you are not just marrying your spouse, you are marrying the State! You are like a polygamist! You are not just making a vow to your spouse, but you are making a vow to the State and your spouse. You are also giving undue jurisdiction to the State.
When Does the State Have Jurisdiction Over a Marriage?
God intended the State to have jurisdiction over a marriage for two reasons – 1). in the case of divorce, and 2). when crimes are committed i.e., adultery, bigamy, etc. Unfortunately, the State now allows divorce for any reason, and it does not prosecute for adultery.
In either case, divorce or crime, a marriage license is not necessary for the courts to determine whether a marriage existed or not. What is needed are witnesses. This is why you have a best man and a maid of honor. They should sign the marriage certificate in your family Bible, and the wedding day guest book should be kept.
Marriage was instituted by God; therefore it is a God-given right. According to Scripture, it is to be governed by the family, and the State only has jurisdiction in the cases of divorce or crime.
History of Marriage Licenses in America
George Washington was married without a marriage license. So, how did we come to this place in America where marriage licenses are issued?
Historically, all the states in America had laws outlawing the marriage of blacks and whites. In the mid-1800’s, certain states began allowing interracial marriages or miscegenation as long as those marrying received a license from the state. In other words they had to receive permission to do an act which without such permission would have been illegal.
Blacks Law Dictionary points to this historical fact when it defines “marriage license” as, “A license or permission granted by public authority to persons who intend to intermarry.” “Intermarry” is defined in Black’s Law Dictionary as, “Miscegenation; mixed or interracial marriages.”
Give the State an inch and they will take a 100 miles (or as one elderly woman once said to me “10,000 miles.”) Not long after these licenses were issued, some states began requiring all people who marry to obtain a marriage license. In 1923, the Federal Government established the Uniform Marriage and Marriage License Act (they later established the Uniform Marriage and Divorce Act). By 1929, every state in the Union had adopted marriage license laws.
What Should We Do?
Christian couples should not be marrying with State marriage licenses, nor should ministers be marrying people with State marriage licenses. Some have said to me, “If someone is married without a marriage license, then they aren’t really married.” Given the fact that states may soon legalize same-sex marriages, we need to ask ourselves, “If a man and a man marry with a State marriage license, and a man and woman marry without a State marriage license – who’s really married? Is it the two men with a marriage license, or the man and woman without a marriage license? In reality, this contention that people are not really married unless they obtain a marriage license simply reveals how Statist we are in our thinking. We need to think Biblically. (As for homosexuals marrying, outlaw sodomy as God's law demands, and there will be no threat of sodomites marrying.)
You should not have to obtain a license from the State to marry someone anymore than you should have to obtain a license from the State to be a parent, which some in academic and legislative circles are currently pushing to be made law.
When I marry a couple, I always buy them a Family Bible which contains birth and death records, and a marriage certificate. We record the marriage in the Family Bible. What’s recorded in a Family Bible will stand up as legal evidence in any court of law in America. Early Americans were married without a marriage license. They simply recorded their marriages in their Family Bibles. So should we.

Although I agree much with the preceding information, you must also realize that there are also legal ramifications of not obtaining a legal marriage license from the State, like not being able to claim your spouse on your medical insurance. That's a big factor to consider. It must be an individual choice.Likewise, no one can make you say no to vaccinating your children. There are legal ways to avoid the dangerous vaccines. Millions of children are coming down with brain-damaging autism from the mercury in the vaccines. Public schools insist on vaccinations or won't allow your child into the school. But do those same jerks attend to the child who has been brain-damaged for life because of a vaccination gone wrong? No, they couldn't care less. That's our insane society today. There are some things in life worse than death, and being dragged through divorce court by an angry and rebellious wife is one of them. I heard a lawyer say that he'll never take another divorce case, because the hatred in divorce court is worse than at a murder trial.

Marriage, as conceived by God, is a good and fruitful thing.
Marriage, as conceived by the state, is an evil man-trap designed to deprive men of their property and their children.
For as the Ohio State Bar Association helpfully explains, the marriage license is:
… a legal contract. There are three parties to that contract. 1.You; 2. Your husband or wife, as the case may be; and 3. the State of Ohio.This contract grants the third party jurisdiction over all the property owned by the first two, as well as anything produced by the other parties, including children. And it is this marriage license which gives the state legal power to dictate who gets what in the case of a divorce.
The explosion of divorce in the latter half of the 20th century and the commonplace abuse of men in the family “courts” (which are actually fraudulent executive-branch entities that operate in total violation of the constitutional law's separation of powers) is bad enough. But since feminists have discovered how the power of government can be used to forcibly transform civil society to their liking, they have been emboldened to make even more creative use of the state's power over marriage.
In Spain, for example, a law is being passed to force men to do more housework. Since the vast majority of Spanish men – 81 percent – are traditionalists who believe that women with school-age children should stay at home and not work full-time jobs, Spanish feminists are waging war against them through the national legislature.
As the law's sponsor, Margarita Uria, helpfully explains:
The idea of equality within marriage always stumbles over the problem of work in the house and caring for dependent people. This will be a good way of reminding people what their duties are. It is something feminists have been wanting for a long time.
No doubt they have. Because, according to Marian Salzman, described by the U.K. Observer as a “trend-spotter extraordinaire,” women are “rejecting equality in the workplace and prefer the idea of becoming full-time housewives – but not ones who actually do housework … women are happy to abandon the workplace, but not if it means spending all day at home cooking, cleaning and looking after children. Instead, they want to play the “role” of housewife with a little help from, for instance, a nanny, and someone who does the ironing.”
Her warning should sober even the most infatuated man. “Women think: 'What's mine is mine, and what's his is mine.'”
Since the U.S. Supreme Court now sees fit to take international law into account when deciding what is and is not constitutional, it can only be a matter of time before a woman's right to force her husband to do the ironing or breast-feed the baby is discovered in an emanation or a penumbra. After all, someone has to do the housework when mommy is busy sitting on a corporate board, which she'll be doing as soon as the Norwegian concept of sex-based affirmative action for company directors crosses the Atlantic.
Young men are already responding to the increasingly odious burden of marriage by delaying it or avoiding it altogether, but for the most part, they are doing so without conscious design. It is time for men to become aware that as the more economically productive class, they are the natural prey of the government and its family-control machinery. The courts have already demonstrated that a man – any man – will do for their purposes when child support is required, even if that man can be proved to have no relationship to the child.
For non-Christian men, the answer is easy: Avoid marriage at all costs. Marriage only weakens your legal and emotional positions vis-a-vis a woman, and since American women will freely provide companionship, sex and children upon request, to marry is to give up a great deal for what is literally less than nothing.
A Christian man, on other hand, cannot freely engage in non-committal sexual relationships, and so must marry. He can improve his odds, however, by marrying a Christian woman who is not on the career track. This will significantly increase the chances that he will not find himself at the legal mercy of a sociopath obsessed with momentary happiness ?ber alles, but blessed by a traditional wife committed to building a family and a life together with him instead.
But is it possible for a Christian couple to avoid the state's machinery of control and still marry before God? Yes, according to pastor Matt Trewhella. “What's recorded in a family Bible will stand up as legal evidence in any court of law in America. Early Americans were married without a marriage license. They simply recorded their marriages in their family Bibles. So should we.”

Again, I am not condoning “shacking up” or living in fornication; but something is VERY WRONG with the State becoming a partner in one's marriage. This is immoral and Communist! Obtaining a marriage license voluntarily places your children under State control, and makes you (the father) legally obligated TO THE STATE. This is certainly not freedom. The purpose of my article is not to encourage anyone to shack-up, and you're a liar if you say otherwise. I just think that you need to know exactly what you are getting into before you say “I do.” Be careful who you marry and know that any assets you accumulate throughout your career are greatly at risk. The State will take everything you have and leave you dead broke.
Again, this issue is the same as vaccinating your children. It's the law, but it's very dangerous! This is why MILLIONS of American children are coming down with autism (from the mercury in the vaccinations). There are legal ways around vaccinating if you pursue them.
Please understand that the issue is not just marriage licensing, but all government licensing. As I type, there are preachers in America rotting in prison for not accepting a state-license for their ministry. The entire 501c3 licensing process of churches is unconstitutional and a violation of separation of church and state laws. Literally, the government has paid off churches to get into bed with them. The almighty state says, join us or become our enemy. This is why churches today are apostate, eerily quiet about the blatant crimes and treason being committed by Washington D.C. officials in bed with Wall Street and the Pentagon (commonly referred to as the Military Industrial Complex). State-licensing is the enemy of freedom and liberty.
Think about this… You can get married on an airplane, under water, on a mountain, in a park, in a church, in your home, on a train, in a tree, while skiing, in a boat, anywhere imaginable; BUT you can only get a divorce IN A COURT OF LAW.
Will your marriage license one day be used against you as a weapon?The problem is Communist government-funded liberal social programs that pay women's shelters to indoctrinate women in struggling marriages to file for divorce. Women are promised welfare benefits, but only if they file for divorce. As soon as the divorce is finalized and the family is ruined, such women are abandoned by the system (just as the serpent abandoned Eve after ruining her life and family).The government also provides free lawyers to such women through the use of law school loan programs to training lawyers, which afterwards require pro-bono free legal services from attorneys to pay back the loans. This is how the government pays for free legal representation for women who allege “domestic abuse.” The entire court system is controlled from The Tower of Power in New York, controlling the entire legal system with fascist Nazi-style legal maneuvering, legal loopholes, ways around the law, thuggery and wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12).Worst of all is the apostate theology in our churches teaching women it's ok to divorce a bad husband. I have news for you, there are no good wives. The Bible says all men and women are bad (Ecclesiastes 7:20 and Romans 3:23). America leads the way in selfish living. If things aren't going your way, then quit and move on elsewhere. That's why E-Harmony and dozens of other heathen dating companies are getting rich, advertising millions of frustrated and rebellious women with 2 or 3 children who divorced their less than perfect husbands, and are now looking for Mr. Right. They're just headed for another divorce, and another, and another. This is America today.I'll tell you, the TV is your worst enemy. Women sit around watching heathen television, reading heathen newspapers and heathen magazines, listening to heathen radio, gossiping on the phone with heathen friends, attending corrupt churches, and their life is as heathen as can be. By “heathen” I mean sinful, worldly, carnal and lacking any desire to obey the Bible and please God with your life. The world is 99% heathen and always has been (1st John 5:19). Sad to say, obedient wives are a rare novelty these days. There is no law in America requiring wives to obey their husbands. Rebellion is commonplace in our homes, churches, society and even our Supreme Court against God. The Bible equates rebellion with the sin of witchcraft (1st Samuel 15:23). -
