Uhhh, getting ready to go to Tax Court, kinda tells me that you likely have done done a good enough job persuading the IRS that you are a nontaxpayer and that there may be gaps in your IRS Administrative Record.
Tax Court is a US Government controlled territorial Court that operates without the USA Constitution and has lawful jurisidction only over “taxpayers”.

First, if you are subject to federal jurisdiction, you should honor your obligations and obey.
Now, it appears that you are accepting federal payments, thus there is a definite nexus between you and the US Government.
And your journey on the slippery slope begins thusly.
If you are a taxpayer, you should not be using Family Guardian at all, but instead should go to a different website for the answers which you seek.
Although you are not engaged in a “trade or business”, said payments to you from the US military, are therefore from a “domestic” U.S. source, which is another way to say that said payments are from a source located within the District of Columbia and the federal United States, thus being taxable to you because you have “U.S. source income”.
If the IRS extorts from you, that will tell you that you are not advancing the correct legal arguments and/or that you still have more work to do in proving with credible evidence, that you are a nontaxpayer.
Your question is moot because a Notice of Levy is not a lawful levy per se.

But Senator Byrd was wholly ineffective in getting other US Senators to agree with him. So his speech was useless in that regard but it will impress historians 50 years hence.
Perhaps if the US Senate had a backbone and stood up to that epic liar, President Bush, we would not be in Iraq wreaking havoc and destruction.

Iraqi babies are being born deformed on an epic scale. Make no mistake, this is all done by design, we are attacking future “terrorists”, unborn “terrorists”, and the corrupted US based mainstream media reports nothing.
One thing is nearly certain, after GWB gets out of office, I doubt he will be able to travel to any foreign country.

I agree that GW Bush, VP Cheyney, Colin Powell, Paul Wolfowitz and their cabal of corrupt and lying Neo-Cons, lied to the American People about Iraq invasion.
I was too stupid to have believed there were WMDs in Iraq back in 2003, so I was pro-invasion when the war started, but when I learned differently in 2004, and that Pres Bush lied many times, well, I turned against the war and posted as much on the internet.
That said, it is a war, and American troops are in a nasty fight. I am not so foolish to think that some video shot by some dude named “Doc”, depicts a war crime, when there is so much evidence and facts that we don't know.
In an urban milieu against an insurgency, and especially in OOTW, American Soldiers should be given far greater latitude to defend themselves.
Just like tens of millions of other Americans, I think Pres. Bush is a disgrace and a liar who should be impeached and put in prison. That said, not every engagement in Iraq rises to the level of a war crime and we are fighting a sophisticated enemy whose propaganda machine is superb.
Remember, in war, truth is the first casualty.

Hold on!! I simply don't accept your unproven assertion any war crimes were committed by any USA Soldiers as depicted in your video. I watched the video without any audio.
Iraq is a war zone.
Second, how do you know that the territory where the target was engaged, was, under the Rules of Engagement then in effect, not a “free fire zone”?
Third, it is quite possible that if a USA Soldier were wearing heat seeking thermal imaging vision apparatus, that it may have revealed a heat signature consistent with 2 cars packed with explosives or small arms/weapons. If such was the case, then all bets are off and those Iraqi tangos got what they deserve.
The You Tube Generation are of weak constitution and love to share videos and label them, but the Truth is, it is a video and few of us can get at the Truth merely by watching what purports to be something that someone else has labeled.

Sir, when you state in your lead post above, Form W-9, do you mean the pesky form I-9?
It has been many, many years since I paid any income taxes, so I would have to go and look up what an IRS Form W-9 is, I just can not recall what that form is right now.
In any case, one idea I had is that you may want to read and study the treatise titled, “Federal and State Withholding Options for Private Sector Employers.”

Folks, also keep in mind that a foreign corporation and foreign partnership are both also nonresident aliens of the federal zone and the District of Columbia.
Those corporations whose corporate charter was issued by one of the 50 states of the American Union, are also exempt from federal income taxes to the extent their “gross income” is not related to the conduct of “trade or business” within the federal “United States” or they do not receive gross income from any source or activity located within the District of Columbia and the federal United States.
By default, all foreign corporations and foreign partnerships are foreign persons and also nonresident aliens.
The web sites of colleges and universities across America are all wrong and a source of great misinformation, because the Financial Aid Offices incorrectly think that the term “nonresident alien” means only foreign born nationals from countries other than the united states of America.

Ahhh, guys, we can take solace in the fact that if a bastion of legal education as that which is in Ithaca, is intentionally hiding sections of the tax code from the American People, this is yet one more indication that we are gathering momentum and force and power and that the corrupted Establishment is scared and concerned that we, the THM, threaten the status quo.
I said a long time ago that the THM will prevail because we have God and Truth on our side.
In the scheme of things, it matters not what the USG does, short of detonating an EMP burst above the USA, in which case, the corrupt, lying, and tyrannical USG would be attacking itself. . . China, on the other hand, well. . . .

I have no idea if there is any case law, this theory/idea only occurred to me on March 5, 2007.
The point I am trying to make here, is if on the one hand one insists they are not subject to the jurisdiction of the federal territorial court, but yet at the same time, one also seeks to benefit from one or more of the federal rules of civil procedure or criminal procedure crafted for use by the US Supreme Court for the federal territitorial courts, well, I think most here can see what I am getting at.

Bob Schulz is too busy petitioning Proctor & Gamble to make softer toilet paper, so he is too busy to defend my charges, and that is understandable. 😛
Look, for the uninitiated in this Forum, I actually think Bob is a great guy, extremely courageous and well spoken.
Unless some of you think otherwise, I have no personal animus toward him or WTP, despite their repeated public missteps and strategic or tactical blunders.
At least Bob and WTP are taking a stand and are in the Ring fighting it out with a corrupt USG, which is far more than can be said for 99.999% of the docile American Sheeple who do NOTHING to better the Republic.
We all make mistakes, and my criticisms of WTP and BS are in the context of a constructive criticism.
Recall, it was only a couple of years ago at the National Press Club, where Bob read out loud the first portion of the WTP Class action lawsuit and he identified all the lead plaintiffs as being “U.S. citizens”. They supposedly fixed that error, I dunno.
Ahh, the WTP bungling continues apace, but we are better off with WTP than we are without them, even if it sometimes gets frustrating for folks like me to watch Bob and WTP keep repeating the same mistakes over and over.
Now, my butt is chafed from this darn toilet paper, so hurry up with that P & G petition, Bobby. 😆
