    God Bless Tommy Cryer!

Thank you, sir, for your integrity and defense of the Republic.

God speed. . . cause you are gonna need it after succumbing to the Bob Schulz/WTP death grip. Tsk, tsk, tsk.

I read about 80% of Cryer's Motion To Dismiss, this is the same motion in which Bob Schulz lauded as being “brilliant”.

When I read Schulz's kudos, I knew I had to check out Tommy's MTD.

I am no lawyer, and Tommy knows lots of law, no doubt about that, but it is puzzling that in his MTD, he repeatedly refers to the IRC as “law”.

    Not good, Tommy, not good.

As an aside, I now understand why Schulz would label something as being “brilliant”, that is, in my view, fatally flawed in so many respects. I am not Tommy's counsel, and will let those guys try and figure out where they are going wrong, suffice it to say, on page 52, Tommy denies that he is a “nonresident alien”.

    YIKES!!!

Personally, I think Tommy being a featured speaker at what is supposed to GML WTP 2007 March Conference, is a strategic blunder, that is, assuming WTP is even able to have their so-called MARCH 2007 GML Conference at all. I dunno, when I attend a Conference, I like to know who the Speakers are going to be, but in WTP's case, I guess they think they will attract more folks if they keep the SPeaker list Tippity-Top Secret. Shhhhh.

Watch folks, as Bob and WTP use Tommy Cryer to fulfill their agenda, and watch the increased ferocity with which the USG DOJ and the IRS target Cryer and redouble their efforts to punish him for publicly aligning with WTP.

    Just watch.

I think it is great that Cryer is going to share his story at GML, but at what personal cost to himself?

I kinda wish WTP would have just left Tommy Cryer alone until he finished fighting the corrupt IRS and DOJ, because now the USG anti-WTP bias is going to permeate the Cryer case, and well, that can not bode well for Tommy.

I really hope I am wrong, but I predict that despite his so-called “brilliant MTD”, Tommy Cryer will be convicted and disbarred. In that order.

It is sad. It really is.

But at least we can take solace in the fact that Bob Schulz and WTP filled one of their Speaker slots by prematurely coopting Tommy and somehow persuading him that it is in his best interest to join WTP.

Reb, sir, uhh, the short answer is “YES”.

However, I don't understand your sentence fragment that begins Should I understand. . . “

Also, I read through most of your link to your other post, and, quite frankly, I don't understand that post either.

A Rule 201 Motion SHOULD ALWAYS be filed by every nontaxpayer who is litigating the IRS/DOJ, because every fact that is judicially noticed by the Court, MUST SUBSEQUENTLY BE PART OF THE JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Further, the Court is required to instruct the Jurt that ALL judicially noticed facts MUST be accepted as TRUE.

So, from a strategic standpoint, a 201 Motion has the potential to get facts into evidence and before the Jury, and the method does so by outflanking opposing counsel.

Attorneys who fail to file Rule 201 Motions should be sued for Malpractice and Negilgence IMHO.

Kudos to Chuck for holding his ground and not letting the corrupt and lying DOJ and federal judge pressure him.

The THM needs more men like him. I will keep him and his Family in my prayers.

Boy, Larken “Please Prosecute Me” Rose still, even after his conviction and bone-headed defense, has his oversized EGO fully intact.

On the website at http://www.tyrantbook.com/about.html good ole Larky apparently believes and in fact insists that he is a better, smarter, and “above” the 3000+ folks who also live in Larky's small Pennsylvania town.

To wit, Larkin has this to say about himself:

“. . . In a town that produces interesting people, Larken Rose catapulted above the rest by challenging the federal government to refute his reading of the tax code and answer his questions before he would give them another dime . . .

How, precisely, a person can catapult above other People simply by challenging the IRS and the USG, is beyond me.

In any case, it reaffirms what I posted about Larkin and his over-sized EGO.

Stay away from the 861 thesis because you can very easily end up like a convicted felon like Larkin is (even though he was innocent and broke no positive law.)

In the late Summer and early Fall of 2006, WTP announced and kept announcing that they were going to have a Conference in Jan 2007 in or near Washington, DC.

So I canceled a dentists appointment scheduled for Jan 2007, and rescheduled for several months later just so I could attend WTP GML JAN 2007 event, only to find out a few weeks after I canceled my dentists appointment that WTP changed its mind, and had rescheduled the JAN 2007 WTP Conference to March 2007.

After they changed the date on me, for what I am sure were very good reasons, I resolved not to attend the WTP March 2007 event because I was frustrated with WTP and lost confidence that they would be able to pull off and organize the Conference.

Understand though, that my frustration with WTP's lack of substantive results in the recent past, notwithstanding Schulz I & II, which were great successes unrelated to WTP's efforts, had been growing for more than a year.

Now, based on Bob's recent email, WTP is indeed having a serious problem marketing their so-called March 2007 Conference. I could have predicted as much.

Call me Mr Negativity, but I smell another WTP & Bob Schulz mea culpa coming in to your email Inbox very, very shortly, as I predict that the real possibility exists that WTP will cancel the upcoming March 2007 Conference due to lack of interest. We'll see.

Even still, I am bummed that WTP has not been able to attract 400 or 500 folks from a country of 300 million. I am left wondering if the WTP staff responsible for marketing the March 2007 event to the general public, will be held accountable for their lack of results?

And, it seems that WTP's negotiating skillz, as they relate to negotiating a Conference venue and related room costs for attendee, has significant room for improvement, as Bob Schulz recently discovered that his specially negotiated WTP room rate, cost far more than if someone booked their trip themselves and booked a flight and hotel room at the same time. This demonstrates poor planning and execution on WTP's part.

    Sigh.

This latest admission from Bob, well, although I admire his candor and all, left me feeling that my lack of confidence in WTP and WTP leadership, was somewhat justified.

I suspect that the lack of serious interest in attending the WTP GML March 2007 event is partly because the JAN event was canceled so late in the process and it pissed folks like me off, and also I suspect that many folks feel alienated as Bob Schulz and WTP attempt to tackle illegal Immigration issues.

Abraham Maslow, where are you when WTP needs you most?

    Sigh.

Be careful that they do not slip in a paper for you to sign, as a condition of payment, in which they want you to declare that you are a “U.S. person”.

Stand up and fight for your self.

And starting with and citing to them the Treasury Regulation at 26 CFR 1.871 -1 [ b ] [ i ] is a good place to start.

Do not let them bury you in unstated presumptions.

As I understand it, you can only be made a federal U.S. citizen by birth if you are born on federal land, such as Washington, DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, a federal enclave such as a military base, etc.

The question, where were your biological parents born?

Welcome. Glad you found us and are studying.

Know this, some of the best minds and researchers in the Tax Honesty Movement are at Fam Guardian. Also, check out Jon Roland's web page.

Patriot, sir, what is that you are asking us, exactly?

If you desire to quit the US Government entitlement Social Security program you can do that.

Yeah, the assumption is that you are an alien or a federal US citizen, as they are the only two types of folks permitted to have social security numbers. However, the number you think is yours, is not really yours but is actually US Government property. Yep.

Do know this though, the US Supreme Court has opined that the surrender of one's Constituional Rights must be done knowingly, intentionally, and with sufficient knowledge of the consequences.

Just like me, and countless millions of other American Nationals, your birth Mother or your foster Mother unwittingly sold you into slavery when they signed a filed an SS-5 Form on your behalf, mostly because they were intentionally lied to by the US Government.

Finally, ummm, given your seemingly complex family situation, I cann't help but wonder: Whose your Daddy? 😕

Lamb, Charles receives monthly social security benefits, and the IRS steals more than half of his benefits, each month, according to Charles himself, and Charles came here trying to find out how to fight the IRS and stop them from taking his S.S. $$ benefits.

I susect that Charles is new to this material, and is now learning that S.S. benefits create the presumption that one is a resident alien.

In any case, S.S. benefits are taxable because they are from a “U.S. source”.

I asked Charles in a different thread, if he intended on paying income taxes on his S.S. $$$, but I suspect he ignored me because he is mad I called him Chuckles, and I told him to stop crying like a baby or I would have to go and get his ba-ba (i.e. baby bottle).

I freely confess that I am imperfect and a sinner, nevertheless, I believe that it is the “godly relationships” which account for the moral decay of America, and what we should really be striving for, are both better relationships with God and Godly relationships.

Ron Paul, and possibly Barack Obama, are arguably the only honest persons serving in the US Congress.

What this means is that Ron Paul has ZERO chance of ever being elected President of the USA, because the combined cabals comprised of the liberal, corrupted Media working side by side with the even more corrupted PACs, will drown out and obfuscate any and every MESSAGE sent out by Ron Paul & Friends.

    Just watch.

Billary, I meant Hillary Klinton farts in Iowa, and it makes the front page of the New York Times and cnn.com. Go figure.

The conventional wisdom is that Hillarly will do well in the Democratic primaries, but I beg to differ. America is tired of the lying and corrupted Clintons and she will be soundly routed by Barack, just you wait and see.

Check back in 14 months and we shall see where things stand.

Stop whining and crying, Chuckie, or I will have to go and get you your Ba-ba (baby bottle). 😮

You get no sympathy from me, Chuck-Chuck, because you are STILL acting like a taxpayer.

What do you expect, Chuckles?! 😮

You acted like a taxpayer for 50+ years and only now, in your 60s, decided you will fight the IRS only AFTER they begin taking your Social Security benefits.

    Are you kidding me!!! 😮

No sir, Sir Chuckles, they are not holding you down and kicking you, you were lied to by tax preparers, the IRS, and CPAs for decades and you blindly and stupidly trusted what the IRS and USG said and did, and you failed to question them.

You are partly responsible too, and you held your self down, when you were in your 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s.

Numb-Chuck, you had plenty of years to stand up and fight the IRS crooks and you did nothing, so who is really to blame here?

Tell the Truth, Chuck, if the IRS had not begun garnishing 50%+ of your SS benefit check every month, you would never have found FG Forums or posted here, correct?

Charles, you have no valid reason to complain, not here, not on any other cyber BBS, or anywhere else.

Up-Chuck, your post implies that you feel as though you are entitled to be taken care of by the USG and are OWED your SS benefits. This is a clear indication that you do not understand what FG is about and you obviously have not read the Great IRS Hoax book at http://www.famguardian.

Now be an obedient taxpayer, take your lumps from the corrupt IRS like a man, and stop crying.

Finally, tell us, are you planning on paying income taxes on the portion of YOUR SS benefits $$$$ that you never see, and which gets paid directly to the IRS? Just curious.

    Your Pal,

Dude, do what you want to do.

And if you think something that you might post has the potential to make me happy, well then, that only shows you haven't got a clue. Don't worry about my happiness, just worry about yourself, 'kay?

Anyone who posts anything in this Forum, runs the risk of be challenged to defend their post and the reasons behind it.

My rebuttal was partly to point out to others that they should NOT try what you did to try and prove anything, and that intentionally seeking to engage a Federal Officer and risk escalating into a confrontation with an Armed Federal Officer, is extremely foolish.

I freely admit that I can be stubborn at times, but this is not about being right or wrong, it is about, a person, in this case you, asserting that your field test somehow proved something very important, and this, even though there exists a mountain of USG evidence from the US Supreme Court and the landmark USG Report on Jurisdiction, which ALREADY proved what you supposedly were trying to confirm, by baiting an armed Federal Park Police Officer from the U.S. Dept of Interior and literally daring him to stop you while you were speeding.

My point, is that, well, let me be blunt and put it this way, as smart as I know you are, your field test was stupid. But it was stupid for reasons you can not even fathom.

You already knew the federal cop had no jurisdiction to give you a ticket, so what was it, exactly, did you think you were going to prove, beyond the fact that Federal Park Police can not issue speeding tickets inside the 50 states? Duh!

Stopping and approaching a car on the highway and responding to domestic violence calls, are arguably two of the most dangerous things that police officers do. This simple fact appears to have been lost on you. A police car stop is not the “game” that you appear to think it is.

That being the case, playing games with armed federal officers in order to prove something that has already been proven by the US Supreme Court countless times in the long ago past, is far beyond fatuous.

My main point is that the USG has lots of power and one should not engage with them just for “sport”, as you are wont to do. And I do not think one should initiate an interaction with an armed federal officer unless there is sufficent cause to warrant that. Federal Police Officers have a job to do, and playing side games and distracting them from their job is hardly prudent.

Finally, so far as your threat not to share in this Forum, it has fallen on deaf ears – – – pfft.

Sonic, all you need to do is simply kill your Sonic Fury name and cancel your FG account, and then you will make it that much easier to follow through on your threat to us, not to share with the FG Forum.

Surely, if you posted truthfully and you indeed have no intention of sharing in this Forum in the future, then it hardly makes sense for you to maintain the Sonik Fury account, yes? By cancelling your Sonik Fury account, this of course will give you even more time to entice and bait uninformed, armed Federal Agents, as you set about trying to gain some, ahem, valuable “experience”.

The code is referring ONLY to corporations whose corporate charter was issued by the District of Columbia, or some other governing entity of the federal United States, like Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

You are making this far more complicated than it really is.
