At the risk of having it appear as if I am having a conversation with myself in this thread, as many here already are aware, there is credible evidence in 26 USC 864 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( A ) which further proves my lead post.

For example, 26 USC 864 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( A ) says:

(4) Income from sources without United States

(A) Except as provided in subparagraphs ( B ) and ( c ), no income, gain, or loss from sources without the United States shall be treated as effectively connected with the conduct of a trade or business within the United States.

So, as you can readily see, if a nonresident alien has gross income from sources located without the District of Columbia and the federal United States, than 26 USC 864 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( A ) says that said income or gain is not effectively connected with a trade or business within the federal zone.

Hypothetically speaking, if one is a nontaxpayer and they are trying to prove to their private sector employer or to the lying and corrupt IRS, that their income is nontaxable, one will want to be doubly sure to throw 26 USC 864 (c ) ( 4 ) ( A) in their face.

No, there is no chip in my passport.

There is a RFID chip in yours though. It is an RFID chip that allows the USG to track the location of the passport.

Look on the inside covers, there is a small gold-foil type square with a barely detecable bump in it, that is where your RFID chip is embedded.

You should not destroy or tamper with the chip.

Instead, simply wrap your passport in tinfoil and it will or should, interfere with the RFID tracking, and presto, your passport will “fall off of the grid”, so to speak the passport becomes 'invisible' to BIG BROTHER.

Ron Paul is arguably the ONLY honest person serving in the US Congress.

He upholds his oath of office and tries to protect and defend the USA Constitution. Thus, it is not surprising that Ron Paul is marginalized by his corrupt Congressional brethern, who generally shun him like the plague, as does the mainstream print and broadcast media.

And their shunning actions speak volumes.

I did not see the debate, but have learned from others that Ron won handily.

All that said, the cabal of corrupt media interests will never align themselves behind Ron Paul because they know he can not be bought or bribed, like soo many other American politicians. As it is, they are fawning over what's-her-face, that chick married to Prez Clinton, the serial philanderer and liar, and Barack Obama.

I would write a very similar post, if not the exact same post, in reply to anyone else who comes to these Forums and admits that they filed a Form 1040.

And have no fear, I take no offense by your reply, and I certainly can understand why you appear miffed at me. You can feel and believe whatever you like, and nothing you can post here affects me one way or the other. I am trying to help you but you can not see it for what it is, “tough love.”

The nonfactual, opinions which you seek are all right here, on the FG and SEDM websites. Seek and Ye shall find. You gotta put forth some effort though.

I suggest that you not accept anything any of us say unless you go and verify it yourself. You apparently blindly followed what you read in Cracking The Code, and you understandably ended up getting into trouble, so you have no one to blame but yourself.

If you inisist on blindly following Cracking the Code, then you may be better off using Peter Hendrickson's website and posting your self-induced dilemma over there, and see if any of Peter's followers have the answers which you are seeking.

Finally, you should not be so dismissive about my initial reply above. There are some opinions in there that can help you get started to understanding.

Yeah, you say you followed “the process”, did you? Can you please tell us, Dear Doctor, where you learned and read about this so-called “process” to which you so vaguely refer in your lead post?

I'll tell you what you got yourself into, a big ole mess, that's what.

Please, do not insult us Dr.Crimwitt. It is not that you do not have the time or that you work so-called “ungodly hours”, the reality is that you purposefully choose to NOT MAKE THE TIME. Tell us, if you can, whose fault is that? There are 168 hours in each week. Assuming you work 60 hours per week, and that you sleep for 56 hours each week, that gives you 52 discretionary hours to play with each week. You do the math.

By apparently filing the form 1040, you shot yourself in the foot by contradicting yourself and creating space for the enemy (IRS) to make incorrect presumptions about you. You have only yourself to blame.

Here it is in a nutshell:

Unless you are engaged in a “trade or business” or you have other income from a source or activity located within the District of Columbia or any other part of the federal United States, you should never have filed a Form 1040. It appears that you blindly followed Peter Hendrickson's method, which is seriously flawed even though its adherents appear to have had success obtaining IRS refunds after filing Form 1040.

If you were born on nonfederal land inside one of the 50 Union states, the correct form to have filed is a Form 1040NR and THEN you attach the Form 4852 to the 1040NR.

Form 1040's are generally only to be used by “U.S. citizens”, “resident aliens”, and, those engaged in a “trade or business” — see 26 USC 7701 ( a ) ( 26 ); or, by those nonresident aliens who stupidly choose to have their gross income treated and taxed as if said nonresidnet aliens were a “resident alien” and you make an election under 26 USC 6013 ( g ) and ( h ).

BTW, the mere act of filing the Form 1040 means that you have unintentionally and no doubt, unwittingly, made an election under 26 USC 6013 ( g ) or ( h ).

Let me give you some advice, don't waste your time hating the IRS or IRS employees. Hate is a very negative emotion and it will only kill you sooner. As a nurse, you should no better.

Finally, if you don't have the time to do basic research or educate yourself, well then, that tells the Forum readership that your personal liberty and freedom are not really that important to you. And if your personal liberty and freedom mean so little to you, then please pay your IRS fines like a good slave and quit bitching.

I will lose no sleep over Everson's public excoriation by Congress. 😀

Mark Everson was served papers by Bob Schulz and WTP, and thus, Marky-Mark knew or should have known, that the IRS is committing fraud and other serious crimes against innocent American Citizens who are nonresident aliens of the federal United States. Despite having knowledge of IRS criminal activity, Everson, the so-called public servant, who is a disgrace of a man if ever there was one, aided and abetted in the IRS' country-wide criminal activity and terrorism against the American People.

Mark Everson, despite whatever managerial talents he may have, should be ashamed of himself for repeatedly lying to the American People by ommission, and heading the IRS' efforts to steal the earnings and assets of honest, hardworking Americans.

Do you genuinely understand why you submitted the W8-BEN form?

Not because you read it somewhere as one procedure among many.

You completed the W8BEN form because you are a nonresident alien. So, you should be able to explain what it means, to whomever may inquire. Getting insurance and completing a W8-BEN form, are unrelated.

Filling in forms is one thing, knowing why you even filled in a form, is something altogether different.
