Ummm, thanks Author #5.
But I would have much preferred to write positive, glowing remarks about Bob Schulz and WTP, and if this were year 2003, that is exactly what I would have done.
But alas, it is year 2008 and Mr. Schulz is still proving he has not got a clue, when he recently appealed for Volunteers, provided, of course, that they were “residents” of each of the federal judicial districts.
I know Bob is a very busy CEO, but I feel that since he was one of the key leaders of the THM, he had a fundamental responsibility to keep apprised of the knowledge creation taking place at places such as http://www.sedm.org and famguardian.org.
You know what else is truly bizarre.
Bob and WTP had a glaring, ongoing operational failure in that he never aligned himself and WTP with the US Supreme Court cases that said that as part of their personal liberty, American Citizens have a natural unalienable Right to pursue their personal liberty and happiness by having a job and selling or exchanging their labor for cash or other property.
And Bob and WTP failed to properly link those US Supreme Court cases, to the US Supreme Court cases that said that the government may not tax the exercise of a constitutional Right.
Okay, so if working for living is both a constitutionally protected legal right, and since the government MAY NOT tax the exercise of ANY Constitutional Right, then how in God's name was it possible for Bob Schulz and WTP to FAIL to communicate this basic fact, to the American People.
If Bob Schulz merely hammered away on and publicized what I just posted in the 3 preceding paragraphs, WTP, I think, would be flush with cash right now and we would have made great progress in educating Americans that they can lawfully drop out of the voluntary federal and state income tax systems, if only they would learn the scope, breadth, and depth of their constitutional Rights, and than act on that knowledge.
If Bob did what I just suggested, and he did it well, he would have immunized himself and WTP from attack by the IRS, because the IRS would be attacking not Bob or WTP, but rather, they would have been attacking the US Supreme Court. And if the IRS was stupid enough to do that, Bob could have then leveraged that fact by publicizing the IRS' attack on the US Supreme Court and the IRS' lack of respect of US Supreme court cases.
It could have been a national publicity bonanza for WTP and would have also served to drive membership growth and helped build the WTP brand.
Stay on message. Stay focused. Hammer away on 3 key points.

Bob should have had at most 3 messages over these last 9 years. I just gave message 1.0 above.
And Bob should have issued Press releases every week for the past 6 years, hammering away on these key points.
No, Bob had to simultaneously fight the injustice of the start of the Iraq war and pretend he is a national security expert. And fight the Federal Reserve. Then he had to fight, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, what does it matter!!!!! The point is Bob opened up far to many legal fronts.
And instead of concentrating his resources and attention, just like the Roman Empire, Bob spread himself and WTP much too thin, to the point that they are mostly ineffective in nearly everything they do or attempt to do. Heck, Bob can not even honor his repeated promises to starve himself!!! Here is hoping he gets it right next week. 😮
Instead of handing out 3500 Blue Folders, Bob, WTP and the THM would have been better served if Bob distributed 3500 pamphlets that had the excerpts and the cites proving that the US Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that having a job and working for a living, is an unalienable Right and a Constitutional Right and that as such, it can not be lawfully taxed by any government, federal, state, or local.
This is NOT a difficult message to get across to the American People.
Instead, Bob and WTP, because their severe lack of knowledge, wisdom, and insight, became smitten with a California paralegal who prepared 'impressive' documents in which a worker declares themselves “exempt” on a W- 4. But also attaches an impressive looking affidavit citing irrelevent Treasury regulations.
WTF!?
Bob Schulz is the worst kind of fool. He is a fool who is too proud to learn from his mistakes and to enamored with his position and his perceived impact, that he repeatedly failed to obtain the new information and knowledge that any other self-respecting CEO would have made sure he had, BEFORE he went into battle.
Let me be clear.
The Treasury regulations and tax Code are written the way that they are, precisely because of the aforementioned US Supreme Court decisions. And the reason this must be so is because the Code must be consistent with the Organic Laws of the USA. And it is.
The tax code is 100% Constitutional, despite what Bobby “I am REALLY, REALLY gonna starve myself this Time” Schulz, says.
It is the maladministration and misapplication of the Code that ensnares folks. well, that and the apathetic American sheeple who are too intellectually lazy to learn the Truth because they are socialist to the core.
Irwin “Gimme 11 MORE Months Please” Schiff, never grasped this fact. Nor has Bob Schulz and WTP
Sadly for the THM, Bob's utter lack of follow-through pervades even his repeated, asinine attempts to starve himself. I mean, WTF Bob!!!! If you just keep your f-ing mouth shut and not eat, you can kill yourself and the THM can go forward and prosper without you. It is laughable that he can not even figure out how to NOT EAT.
I am resolved to not waste any more of my time discussing Bob Schulz and WTP.
Both of which are “dead” topics so far as I am concerned, or, with God's help, will be soon enough.

I am not an apologist for the Texas Attorney General, but it appears that EMO Corp. has some explaining to do.
Money appears to be missing.
If EMO Corp's officers stole client funds, than they should not be in business. In which case, IMHO, the Texas AG was right to close them down.
With all due respect, my view is that unlawful behavior, whether it is by the U.S. Government or a so-called Freedom Fighter or a “privacy advocate”, is wrong.
I do not know the facts of this situation so I do not know who is at fault.
Nevertheless, based upon what you posted, $2.4 million of customer money has gone missing. And if that is true, someone should have to explain where the money went.

Well, I do not know Bob Schulz well enough personally to say he is a slimeball.
A slimeball, to me, implies a person who is ethically challenged and somewhat dishonest. And so far as I could tell, Bob Schulz has ALWAYS been ethical and honest and above reproach when it comes to acting ethically and with integrity.
So I dissent with you and the sexy Red-head on that score.
I still feel that Bob's intentions are good, it is just that, after 10 years, he and WTP are STILL a one man band, well, a 1 1/2 man band if you count his trusty side-kick, Mike Bodine.
Bob has for far too long, tried to do everything himself and he should have tried to, for example, recruit some of the fine folks in this Forum, for example, to assist him and help him.
But alas, Bob never used us as a sounding board as perhaps he should have.
Whatever happened to the WTP HQ's move from New York to the Washington, DC area?
A real big announcement was made and then pfft! 😮 Nothing.
And then there was the Bob Schulz nation-wide tour. Where he was gonna have live web casts of Town Hall meetings. He announced the cities and states. . . .

I mean, I don't think I have been unfair with Bob Schulz and WTP.
I witnessed what I perceived to be strategic and tactical miscues, and I posted about them in a candid fashion.
Bob is a Moderator in this Forum, and remarkably, he never once has posted.
Not once. I think that Bob Schulz ignoring the FG Forum was disrespectful and a serious mistake.
he could have put down the megaphone for 5 minutes and put away his press clippings, and talked to us via posts.
I mean, what better way to garner more financial support than to cultivate the FG posters, who are hard core members of the THM and who provided the ideas and research lo these past 7 years.
So, it is very likely he has not read any of my critical posts about him and WTP. I suspect this is the case because WTP kept repeating managerial mistakes.
Bob, despite his deep knowledge, is not on the same intellectual level as some of the more serious posters in this Forum. For example, it is year 2008 and Bob Schulz STILL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND federal jurisdiction or how domicile is related to taxation.
I know this to be true because recently someone fwd to me, an email that Bob Schulz sent out asking for volunteers. Bob said in his email he wanted people who resided in each of the 12 federal judicial districts, to Volunteer as plaintiffs.
I just chuckled and shook my head in mild disbelief as I read his latest request for Volunteers. 😆
Basically, Bob was really asking for folks who are resident on federal property, to come fwd and help him. 😮

I like Bob and think he has a lot of positive energy and he had great potential to accomplish great things, but he got off message once he started spreading himself and WTP too thin, by fighting Illegal Immigration and interjecting WTP into the Mideast debacle.

I have long wondered when you would come around and see reality for what it is.
I have been greatly disappointed in Bob Schulz' job performance and his unending strategic and tactical blunders and organizational gaffes, that I long ago lost confidence in WTP and Bob.
Be that as it may, I still think that Bob Schulz has a number of great qualities.
I really do.
And you nailed it. Bob stood strong and fought smart in the 2 IRS summons cases. Setting a great precedent.
God knows he has devoted and freely donated thousands of hours to the THM cause over the past 10 years. And for that too, I am truly grateful.
And he provided critical leadership back in years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 and was effective in making Americans aware of the fraud perpetrated upon the American People by the IRS and US Dept of Treasury.
But in all candor, somewhere along the way, Bob and WTP got off point.
Bob, I suspect, perhaps began to believe his own press and for quite some time now, WTP and Bob have repeatedly made serious mistakes.
I am not going to recite Bob's blunders again, as I perceived them to be ( and I freely concede I could be wrong), but I posted about them in these Forums over the years.
Most recently, in an attempt to build a strategic alliance with the ACLU, Bob Schulz wrote this incredibly insulting letter to the ACLU.

I mean, I was utterly shocked and greatly disappointed when I read what Schulz wrote to the ACLU CEO/exec. Director. And I was the only person in this Forum to so state.
Where is the diplomacy on the part of WTP?
And for giggles, the same day Schulz mailed the ACLU a letter offering to form an alliance, he stupidly published the letter to the world via the WWW BEFORE the ACLU even read the darn thing.
It is clear, Bob much prefers to play in his own sandbox, alone. Bob does not play well with others.
What I am saying is Bob Schulz likes to play with himself.
He is lousy at building alliances. And he is even worse as a CEO.
One of Bob's main problems is that he has failed to raise needed money to fund WTP.
Bob, as CEO, should have had a plan to ID and target high net worth folks and then he should have set about cultivating and soliciting one-on-one.
Bob had a duty and an obligation to find the resources to fund WTP activities. Instead, WTP fund raising is fly by nite, moving from crises to crises.
I blame the sycophant Board of WTP for Bob's managerial miscues. They appeared to have been derelict in their stewardship and oversight of Bob and WTP.
Oh well.
I liked what WTP has done but I also know they have squandered hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting on the wrong legal fronts.

So that is Lesson# 1.
Next, you should not be making claims in an affidavit. If you do, you raise the risk of the affidavit being declared “defective”, and not admitted into evidence. Only recite facts that you know to be true. . .. or false, as the case may be. Can a “fact” ever be false?
That is Lesson #2.

There are alot of THM web articles full of sophistry that suggests, “we have to abolish the Federal Reserve”.
But so far, I have yet to read a single article that proposes step-by-step, the things that need to happen, and the timing of those events, as the Fed operations are wound down.
You don't just abolish a central bank overnite. Especially not one as vast as the Fed.
Untangling the Fed's tangles and relationships internationally, is a huge barrier that must be dealt with if we ever hope to “abolish the Fed.”
Plus, the folks who own and run the Fed, stand the most to lose if the Fed is dissolved. So these folks need to be dealt with too. They will have needs and demands, They have to unleash their economic grip.
I am sure A.C. is a good guy, but I did not get a sense that he really understands what “sovereignty” really is.
