First, I can tell you that my county recorder will not accept for recording items of this nature – I have tried before.  She will not accept anything that is not listed in the statutes.

However, today Oct 12, I received a letter from the Director of the Board of Elections and he informed me that the Ohio SOS and the county prosecutor have both told him that there is no allowance in the statutes for him to accept for filing an attachment to my voter registration form.  Can you believe?  It is like – 'accept our open-ended terminology or just don't register'.  I am outraged!

But can she show you where your attachment is specifically verboten? If not, then I think she is required to accept your attachments.

Notice the game these corrupted, local officials are playing. They know what is going on but yet they still persist in thwarting what is just and right.

Obstructionist, dishonest, non-responsive Civil Servants should be, . . . . . . . well, let's just say that they “should be”, and leave it at that.

Paylograd, welcome to the FG Forums.

What I would have done in your situation, is file a notarized original of ALL your paperwork with your local County Recorder first, before filing it with the local Voter Reg. and the Secty of State.

Next, I would have waited a few months to get the stamped and recorded ORIGINAL copy back, and ONLY than, file a photo-copy of the entire package, with the Ohio Secty of State.

This way you are providing him with a fait accompli more or less.

And your objective is achieved by having the County Recorder time, date stamp, and record your writings.

I think we should simply just skip right to a Civil war and let the pieces fall where they may.

Martial law is coming to the USA folks, just you wait and see.

I said back in the Spring of 2008 that if Barack Hussein Obama loses the election, the Black folks in America, especially in Newark, Miami, Detroit, New York, Houston, L.A. to name only a few cities, will riot like, well, 20 times worse than Rodney King riots, A Rodney King redux, if you will, cept writ large.

And if Obama wins, the blacks will celebrate (riot) too.

Either way, riots will be a-coming to a neighborhood near you soon.

We need a revolution in America and now is as good as time as any.

Hey, “Snowjob”, errr, I meant, “Snowwhite”, err, I meant “Special Agent snw4931”, pardon my typos, let me see if I get this.

Tell me this, do you know how to eat with chopsticks? Did your Mammy teach you?

You purportedly are partners in a $24million real estate deal. Is that correct? Yes, indeed it is if one were to believe your lead post.

Snowy, I authored this post, not for your benefit but for the benefit of my cyber cohorts who can better understand the reasoning that is behind the process of exposing your lead post and exposing you to scrutiny that makes me think you are an IRS undercover agent who is on this Forum in violation of the Agreement.

I suspect you appear here under false pretenses and if you do not reply, it will merely confirm it.

I will hoist you on your own petard. That is altogether fitting, a retard hoisted on his own petard. 😀

I want to suggest that you take out your box of Crayola Crayons, and that in your very best penmanship, you write a letter to Dear Abbey. 'Kay?

I read your post and could not helping thinking of that old adage, to wit, “A fool and his money are soon parted”. Or in your case, not soon enough. 😛

Before I make quick dispatch of you and your alleged tale of woe, allow me to dispatch of your question #2 first, since that is the easiest.

You allege you wish to stop your “partner's” lawyers from contacting you directly, eh? What follows is a hypothetical suggestion ONLY.

Well that is easy enough for you to do because all you need to do is go and hire a licensed attorney to represent you, and then opposition counsel is forbidden under the lawyer's Canon of Ethics (I think that is what the ABA has mislabeled it as) from contacting you directly and instead, their lawyers MUST direct all communications to your retained counsel, or risk getting disbarred.

Now, please know that I am not a licensed attorney and the foregoing is NOT legal advice. Nor is anything I post legal advice.

Sir, or Madam, as is appropriate, I find your lead post to be laughable, suspicious, and puzzling all at once.

First, you pop in here and you want us to help you and you say that you are a partner on a $24 million real estate deal that supposedly has gone awry.

    Is that correct?

I am no Donald Trump, but my good sense, honed on the plains of the Midwest when I was a wee lad and where I have since recently relocated to, has taught me this. If you are TRULY involved in a $24 million real estate transaction, then either one or both of the following two things must be true.

    1. First, you are person of substantial means and great financial resources who has put yourself in a position such that you became partners with unsavory and dishonest characters.

    OR,

#2. Second, you lack the $$$$$ and resources to contribute to your alleged partnership, in which case you finagled your way into a $24 million partnership because you are a person of eminent wisdom, sound judgment, business acumen, business contacts, and discretion, who both knows how to make money for yourself and for others.

Let us critically assess item 1 and test it against your lead post and see if we might expose a fallacy or . . . . . ten!!!

If it were true that you are a person of means and have substantial $$$$ resources, then much like other wealthy folks,

a] you do not suffer fools lightly

    b] and you dislike wasting your time because you would realize that your time is a valuable resource;

c] you have ALREADY, established contacts in the legal community where you live and work

Now, with respect to assessment a] your harried lead post is the post of a fool. So this tells me you run with fools yourself because wise men do not associate with fools

With respect to item b] , you pop into our Forum, and write an anonymous post requesting help from people whose expertise in the subject matter is not established to your satisfaction, but yet, you want us to think you will take our advice AFTER you supposedly met with 40 attorneys!!!

Snowy, dude, whatever you are smoking, gimme some of dat, will ya?

So we know b] is NOT true because you have shown us you have a penchant for wasting your time. And no rational person who has $$$$ and resources would willey-nilley throw their problems to unknown folks on a cyber Forum on the WWW, in an effort to get an answer to a legal issue.

    I mean, who DOES THAT!??

What do you think this is, the Delphi Circle? 😮

Okay, so we can dismiss assessment b] because it is false and your own words

    prove this.

Continuing on with my assessment c ], if it were true that you have substantial $$$$$, certainly enough good credit to become partners in a $24 million real estate deal, then, given those pesky real estate contracts one would have had to deal with, not to mention partnership agreements that any reasonable smart businessman would have legal counsel review, YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE CONTACTS IN YOUR LEGAL COMMUNITY

And if you already have legal contacts, and your have $$$$, why, pray tell would any sane man come to a cyber Forum such as ours, and seek answers to an intractable contract problem with one's partners??

    Huh?

Okay, follow along with me Snowjob……..if you can.

c ] likewise CANNOT be true because if it were, you would not appear here and ask folks you do not know and whose legal acumen and real estate judgment is NOT known to you, and sincerely pose the legal questions such as you have.

This means that even though you allege to be involved in a $24 million real estate deal, you yourself lack the contacts in your legal community and you, after speaking with 40 lawyers, could find nary a one who was willing to take your money!!!

C'mon, man!!! You really think I believe that. As a general rule, lawyers are greedy, lying thieves. And as such, would be knocking on your door to help you solve your legal/contractual issues. And you want us to think that you actually wasted your time and spoke with 40 lawyers and not a single lawyer wanted to take your money?!

No wealthy person I have ever known, would waste their time interviewing 40 lawyers to help them solve a contractual problem.

Okay, now let us critically examine item #2 above.

If it is true that you lack $$$$ but you brought other attributes to the table and that is how you were able to become partners in a $24 million deal, and one of these attributes was eminent wisdom, then why pray tell, would you demonstrate poor wisdom by coming to this cyber Forum and blab like a 6 year old child and whine, PLEASE HELP ME!!”

A person who possesses true wisdom (such as I ) 😆 is most often wise throughout, and nearly always shows good judgment. However, in your case, you can not be such a person and your desperate post proves that you lack wisdom and that you lack business acumen as well. After all, if you were wise, you would not have allowed your so-called partners to take advantage of you in the first place. And you would have retained legal counsel long ago so as to prevent what you allege has happened to you.

But even more than that, a truly wise man, of which you are not, would already know the correct and proper way to go about solving his legal issues regarding liens and such, and, therefore, such a wise person WOULD NOT suddenly appear in a cyber Forum and plead with strangers to help him.

Assessment #2 is also false because if you had business acumen and you had established contacts in your local legal community, why in the world would you think you should show up in our cyber Forum and get the correct legal answers you so ardently seek??

Based upon the foregoing analysis, and my keen intuition, I therefore must conclude that you and your lead post are both frauds and that you are an IRS undercover agent.

Be gone, you fool, you, lest you incur our collective wrath.

But before you go, if you have the time, do please post a rebuttal post so if I am wrong about my assessment, you can set the Record straight and I can properly apologize to you.

    All my love,

    Bravo!!!

I don't know who sent it, but I loves him or her for telling Bob like it is.!!! 🙂

I love where the petitioner essentially asked Bob to hurry up and get his HUNGER Strike started!! Ahahahahahahahahahahaha!! 😆 😆

    Here Here!!!

Bob, if you be reading this, can you please STOP what you are doing and make your Hunger Strike your TOP PRIORITY. Nothing less than a complete 100% HUNGER STRIKE success will be acceptable.

Dollars to donuts says that Schulz IGNORES this Petition and WILL NOT RESPOND. Or if he does reply, he will throw discretion to the wind and retaliate by revealing the author's name and address. Watch and see.

Maybe, once Mark Lane wakes up from his 6 hour daily nap, he will proffer a response on behalf of WTP?? zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Now Bob and WTP are trying stop the Fed Chairman, some dude named a “Bernaki” ( sic) from bailing out AIG. Okay, okay, I realize that the Fed Chairman has a lot of letters in his last name, but, at least spell the guy's name correctly BEFORE you petition the Court.

It is clear from reading Bob's latest “Petitions of Undress”, er, I meant, Petitions of Redress, that Bobby Schulz actually thinks the US District Court in Albany is an Article III judicial court. 😮

    Rut-roh.

Bob needs to read What Happened to Justice which is available from http://www.sedm.org, so he can better understand how the federal court system is structured.

Be that as it may, Bob actually insisted that he resides in a federal judicial district and that he is a U.S. taxpayer.

But it gets better, he goes on to insist that he has unalienable rights, and blathers on and on and on ad nauseam.

What America needs is a Bob Schulz Bobblehead doll. I think it is a great way for WTP to raise money to give to Mark Lane, so Lane can buy more comfy pillows when he takes his nappy-naps.

    Koko, welcome to the Forums.

You should dig around at Famguardian and SEDM and I think you find that we have already proven that traveling is an unalienable Right.

Short answer, do not register or insure your car or get a driver's license unless you wish to have a driving privilege. It is really pretty simple.

And than carry documents on your person and in your car in case you get stopped by local police.

When you apply for a driver's license, you agree to the adhesion contract known as the state driving laws and you also agree to have your car registered, insured, etc.

Good luck and keep us up to date on your situation

    Ahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

And just to reiterate. Ya gots to also be very careful about words that sound alike, but are spelled differently.

    Case in point.

A 91 year old guy is sitting passivly in his room at the Retirement Home, and a spry, very horny 83 year old female knocks on his door, enters, and opens her raincoat and screams “Super Pussy as she proudly flashes the 91 year old guy in an effort to seduce him.

Without missing a beat, the 91 year old guy, who, sadly, has not gotten laid in 17 years, wisely yells ” I will have the soup” 😆 😆

    Wise choice. 😛

I have met a guy that does this stuff and he has on several occasions tried to recruit me.

His documents look impressive enough, but I got concerned when he would give me evasive or nonresponsive responses.

He insisted though, that he could eliminate IRS debt and public debt ( or was it private debt—I forget what exactly he said) by using some type of account or bond that he previously established with the US Dept of Treasury.

He was supposedly paying off people's mortgages. Not sure how though?

He also told me that the fine folks in the U.S. Treasury Dept bend over backwords to help him and to process his paperwork, because he helps put more money in circulation (I thought banks created money out of thin air???) while also enriching the USG.

I have met and spoken to this guy a few times but for the life of me I still do not understand how the process is supposed to work.

I think he is a liar, but I am not 100% certain.

But since I do not trust him or his wife, I have not seen him in some months.

    Thanks for the warning.

I can attest that Author #5 was out to lunch.

She and I dined at a nice Thai eatery today.

She had Lemon Grass soup with shrimp and the chicken satay. And she washed it down with a dry martini, shaken, not stirred.

Me? I just had the grass. 😐

And now, for some strange, unknown reason, I have the munchies 😐

I am NOT a licensed attorney and this post IS NOT legal advice. I am only speaking hypothetcially.

Steve, are you a nonresident alien? If so, you need to file an affidavit with HR and Payroll and sign under the penalty of perjury under 28 USC 1746 ( 1 ).

If you are NOT a nonresident alien, you should not be using this website.

Steve, do you know what a”trade or business” is within the meaning of the tax code?

Whatever you do, if you have completed an I-9 Form and checked off that you are a “U.S. citizen”, then you need to study more and better understand the difference between being a state citizen versus being a statutory “U.S. citizen”.

If you are a state citizen, have you made this fact clear with your private sector employer, by informing them that you are a Non-U.S.citizen national under 8 USC 1101 ( a ) 21 and 1452?

If you work for a corporation and provide personal services to same, was said Corporation incorporated inside one of the 50 states of the American Union? If the answer is yes, and you are a nonresident alien employed by a foreign corporation, the Regulations and the code assert that all such payments made to you by the foreign corporation, are excluded from taxation.

Regarding your questions I do not have a clue.

I think you are looking for a quick fix, and it does not appear to me that you are knowledgeable enough to handle your situation because you do not know the basics.

You may want to consider joining the SEDM MINISTRY. I am very confident that SEDM has the answers that you need. Joining is free, but you will need to obey the Membership Agreement.

    Good luck.
