Neo, I want to suggest that you spend about 20 – 30 minutes and simply read the Federal Register Act, which is positive law and is codified in 44 USC 1501 thru 1512, I think.

Pay special attention to sections 1501, 1505, 1506, and 1507.

It is very easy to read and I am sure you will understand it on your first pass.

The Federal Register Act was enacted into positive, in, I think, 1967 or 1968.

My cyber cohort, Sonik, was correct in his posts and I am grateful for his setting me straight.

One comment I want to add to neo's post is this.

Just because a code section may have an implementing regulation, it does not mean that it applies to a domiciliary of one of the 50 Union states.

If a Code is unenacted special law, than it only applies to US Government officers and employees and those folks located within federal legislative jurisdiction, or those, who for whatever reason, wish to subject themselves to said Code.

The Internal Revenue Code is special law, not positive law. This means that its provisions apply to a limited number of people who are either actually engaged in a public office (i.e. a trade or business franchise) or who knowingly or unknowingly make an election to be treated as such.

The purpose of having to publish in the Federal Register, has to do with the Constitutional requirement to notify the public. However, if one is a US Govt employee, then the US Govt is NOT required to publish implementing regulations at all.

When the USG fails to publish the implementing regulations, then a non – U.S. citizen nationals, or a state national/American national who is not engaged in a public office and has made no election, may simply ignore the related code section

I have no clue what is going on with Pete's Trial and am unaware what allegations have been made against him. But I suspect that he is in deep doo – doo. 😮

But, if my hunch is right, Pete will proceed in an arrogant manner and he will permit his emotions to get in the way and, in his writings, he will disrespect opposing counsel and the Court, and that is rarely a good thing.

I am looking forward to one day reading Pete's Motions and briefs and seeing how counsel for the government replies.

I hope I am wrong, but I suspect that Pete will lose at trial.

It goes beyond the pale that the IRS would label as “frivolous”, any tax return that cites the IRS's very own Internal Revenue Code. 😮

This is just one more sign about how really desperate the corrupt IRS really is.

I noticed the author of the article showed clear, obvious bias. No surprise there. Note how the author intentionally undermines Pete Hendrickson's credibility at the very beginning of the article, by mentioning Pete's stupid and bizarre move to put a bomb in a mailbox. Subtle but yet very effective. I personally think it was a bunch of crap that Pete got off so lightly. It seems to me that he should have been punished more severely. House arrest for placing a bomb in a public place where innocent folks could have been killed, is, well, makes no sense to me. I guess Pete was a really could snitch.

I certainly do not agree or condone what Pete did so far as his terrorist activity goes, and I would not trust Pete as far as I could throw him, as he has shown himself to be a disloyal 'friend' and a snitch to boot, but I am pleased Pete seemed to turn his life around, rehabilitate himself and get on the correct Path. everyone deserves a 2nd chance.

I am very glad PH wrote a book that has made thousands of American People get up off the couch and actually think about how corrupt and deceptive the IRS really is.

Admin, a long time ago, when I wrote a long FG post setting forth the rationale why I suspected that Lambskin was an IRS mole, well, in the aftermath of all that stuff, I had a chance to share PM with Lambskin and he provided me with what he said was his name, his phone number, and names and phone numbers of 1 or 2 folks who allegedly knew him for decades.

The newbies can find my post by looking for Lambskin's 1st post. This will take the reader to the correct thread.

Now, as I told Lambskin in a PM a few years ago, I did absolutely nothing with the info he provided to me. I simply do not have the time to check the references and backgrounds of FG posters.

Although I can appreciate Lambskin trusting me, a key reason why I never shared Lambskin's personal info with anyone (and I told him this myself in a PM) was my genuine concern that someone, like a transient who just happened upon FG Forum, would try and contact Lambskin and, well, either

1) key his car. . . . . . on ALL 4 sides, 😆

2) throw eggs at his house, 😉

3) flatten his car tires, 😮

and/or

4) inflict pain upon Mr. Lambskin simply because of his suspected association with the corrupt IRS. 😮

Wanting to respect and honor other people's privacy (even a suspected IRS Mole) is another key reason

And, well, even though I am lawfully a nontaxpayer and a nonfiler, I am not an anarachist or vigilante.

Finally, since I wrote that post setting forth the reasons why Lambskin's initial post made me think he was an IRS Mole, to be fair to Lambskin, he has stayed with us these past few years and has also authored any number of decent posts, even though he never directly attacks the IRS as, say, I often do when I preface the term “IRS” with the word “corrupt” to more accurately describe their nefarious nature.

I don't know Mr. Davis, nor do I know the facts surrounding his alleged offenses, but I will say this, if it is true that he told undercover FBI agents that he would help them launder blank stolen checks from Wachovia Bank, well, that is simply wrong.

It is wrong morally and it is wrong legally.

Now, if the FBI Agents were lying and Davis never said such a thing, then the FBI Agents are guilty and should themselves be prosecuted.

Many years ago I tracked down a bunch of Trafficant's speeches and I was amazed at the prescient nature of same.

I am sure I have them saved on a 3.5 floppy disk. I will post when I find them.

I will say this, James “Do you like my hair” Trafficant had a great sense of humor and he had a candor and wit about him

that I have come to appreciate.

Let us not forget that his incessant barking on the floor of Congress about the corrupt nature of the IRS and its crimes against the

American People, is a key reason why there was a Congressional backlash against the IRS during the 1980s and 1990s.

Trafficant himself is due a large measure of credit in thwarting the IRS' illegal seizure of homes from American families.

I was struck by the definiteness of their assertion that “attack planning has not yet begun” and I am left wondering why they

would leave such a statement/belief in a Report made public?

If one assumes that the Report is true, this tells me that the U.S. Government has infiltrated one or more right wing extremist groups

and has actionable, credible INTEL. And if such is the case, I think that that is a good thing to the extent that it is able to prevent innocent people from being harmed, especially law enforcement professionals who put their lives on the line every single day.

Killing cops, or FBI and IRS agents is repugnant to me, and, I will bet, also repugnant to all of us in these Forums. Such actions are contrary to everything that I believe in and stand for. Jesus would NEVER approve of killing innocent police officers.

Lawfully not paying income taxes, which is what I do, has nothing whatsoever to do with “right wing or left wing extremism.

I think it hurts their credibility and bolsters the THM when the corrupt IRS and DOJ often tries to use a broad paint brush to paint the THM as “right wing and extremist”. It is all part of the IRS's Anti-USA and Anti – USA Constitution Program to try and marginalize and isolate the tax protest/tax honesty movement (THM). They (IRS) seek to link us to right wing zealots who harm innocent people and destroy government property, and I do not know anyone in the THM who has done that or who would ever even condone it.

Speaking for myself only, I am neither right wing nor extremist but am a law abiding American Citizen who lawfully does not pay any income taxes because I simply know of no positive law and implementing regulation that supersedes my Constitutional Rights and numerous prior U.S. Supreme Court decisions, and thereby lawfully imposes a legal liability upon me when I am not engaged in any government franchise and I DO NOT hold any public office.

It is as simple as that.
