Regardless of what any Administration or their attorneys may assert to the contrary, according to the U.S. Supreme Court in Norton v. Shelby County, all unconstitutional acts are a nullity and void ab initio (void at their inception).

If one were to examine more closely the rules and statutes that supposedly authorize all this internal spying on American Citizens, I suspect that one will find word games and words of art that craftily define the terms “State” and “United States”.

The notion that a state chartered corporation (i.e. a foreign corporation with respect to US Government and District of Columbia) can claim sovereign immunity, is completely fatuous and goes beyond the pale.

Back in February, I printed out the proposed Bill, read it (it is only about 6 or 7 pages long, if that) and noted that the “Definitions” section at the end of the Bill, is sparse, to say the least.

One thing I did note is that the proposed Emergency Centers are to be located on Military bases. And this, I assume, explains why the term “State” is NOT defined in the Act. Because there is no need to define “State”.

Other than on site war zone reporting, I do not really watch CNN, but I do watch CNBC for about an hour every week. I prefer to watch the BBC for international coverage.

Except for McNeil- Lehrer, I stopped looking to the TV to get so-called “news”, about 12 or 15 years ago.

As far as what it takes, the main hurdle there is getting enough America nationals educated because once folks learn the Truth about the corruption ingrained into the US politicians, they will naturally become angry. And, if they can muster up enough courage, they will make grass-roots changes locally, that will have a rippling effect throughout the broader society.

A primary reason why the IRS and US Government opposes WTP organization, FG, SEDM, and similar web sites like those, is because they speak truthfully.

And it is this fear of Truth that will, hopefully, be the fulcrum that tips the scales in our favor.

Bottom line, if enough state Legislatures can stand fast and do the right thing and honor the Constitution, we will prevail.

That said, the coming social and financial chaos in America, which is by design, is going to wreak havoc as riots will rage, and our concerns will be pushed off the national agenda.
