Uhh – huh.
Obama ain't gonna crack down on anything. I do not believe anything that any politician says. They are all liars and thieves.
Millions of Americans have lost and will lose their jobs over the next 2 years.
There will be riots nationwide and a backlash the likes of which we have not seen in a very long time, as Americans who are fed up with their corrupt servant Federal Government, increasingly take matters into their own hands and do what needs to be done. 😉
Obama has no clue about the systemic problems facing the nation and the economic turmoil, orchestrated by the Fed, will last for 10+ years.
America is being destroyed from within and if Obama pushes hard enough, well, I guess we will all have to see what will happen.
Here is hoping that America wakes up and stands up in time before it is too late.

Dude, we are not here to spoon feed you.
How is everything in Swain's Island? 😕
Tell me something, how do you like being a U.S. national? Can ya be a nonresident alien and a U.S. national simultaneously?
First thing you have to do is turn the TV off and start reading our materials.
I can tell from your question that you have done zero advance reading. 🙁
Why don't you stop being so intellectually lazy and apply yourself by reading the FG and SEDM websites and see if you can find anything that may help you, instead of simply casually dropping by and demanding answers from strangers?
I am more than willing to help folks who stop by the Forum, but my time is valuable and I will not help anyone who gives the impression that they are not willing to expend any effort themselves.
Maybe someone will hold your hand — but right now I am too busy because I am using my hands to drink a nice cold beer.
Have fun on your vacation overseas, you “U.S. national”, you. 😮

PS. Please be sure to post your vacation photos 😛

G.S. I got a question for you.
Do they use paragraphs in Heaven?
I am guessing that they don't.

A prophetic person who predicts that he will not be paying any income taxes in years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and, … .Mayan calendar ends 12/22/2012, I am unsure what I am doing after Dec 22, 2012, but I can tell you this, I am not going Christmas shopping until 23 December 2012. 😮

Good news.
Cornell Law School and its Legal Institute fixed their web site and 26 USC 871 is back online.
Read section 871 ( b ) ( 2 ) to see if your gross income is zero.

At least you are thinking and trying to learn more, which is alot more than most other American Sheeple do.
Also check out footnote 23 in the U.S. Supreme Court case of Chrysler v. Brown and you will see that the Court said they went all teh way back to 1861 and they could not identify any statute that created the IRS.

Good stuff. Thanks.
Franchise law is fraught with insidious corruption whose origins are rooted in the franchiser (i.e. the entity granting the franchise).
Generally, franchise contracts are always drafted by the franchiser and then given to the prospective franchisee on a take – it – or – leave – it basis.
Franchise contracts are what are referred to as adhesion contracts. And the worse ones grant the franchiser the legal right to unilaterally amend the franchise contract simply by publishing and updating an on line Operations Manual.
And then the changes incorporated into the online Operations Manual become legally binding upon the franchisee, even if the franchisee never actually read the online Operations Manual.
If anyone in the Forum is thinking about becoming a franchisee, the FTC provides that you must have the franchise Agreement for a pre-set number of days BEFORE you can sign it. And if a franchiser is pressuring you to sign a Franchise Agreement within the FTC imposed “review period”, and you do sign the Agreement, legally you can later void the Agreement.
The FG website and its cadre of legal researchers discovered some time ago that the USG and corrupt IRS, acting in the legal capacity as a silent Franchiser, tricks the American People into participating in the federal franchise, which essentially results in enslavement.
Sadly, we live in a country where the federal and state Governments are so incredibly corrupted that it shocks the conscience.

republic, first, thanks for taking the initiative and showing some real leadership by suggesting improvemnts to the website materials.
Very much appreciated.
Never get offended if all of your suggestions are not used every time. If you have future ideas and suggestions, please keep them coming.
Also, I just wanted to let you know that we have a Forum titled “Errata” where folks can make suggestions to improve the FG materials. Your earlier post was already moved there.
I suggest that you post your feedback in Errata Forum so it is easier for the Admins to track and to make the changes you suggest.
We want to try and make it as easy as possible for Admin who already has a ton of stuff on her plate as it is.
Keep up the good work and please keep the suggestions coming.

Postscript.
back in September, October or November 2008, the Fed Chairman, Ben Bernake, SEC Chairman, Christopher Cox, and Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson admitted in their sworn testimony to Congress that the USA banks and insurance firms were saddled with $56 TRILLION in credit default swaps that have not yet been settled.
You see, in the 1980s and 1990s, banks lent money to uncreditworthy customers and then they securitized the mortgages in large bundles, and resold them to “investors” and then proceeded to place side bets on the month and year when the loans would default (hence the name Credit Default Swaps).
So the lead post above is not accurate because the truth is that many USA banks are already in default and in dire financial trouble. Why just last week Citi Corp said that they needed $34 BILLION infusion from the federal government. Let me just say that $34 BILLION is no going to do anything when the problem is $56 TRILLION.
How many bankers are being hauled off to prison? Not a single one.

Hmmmm.
I would only add that he forgot to predict Israel's attack on Iran nuclear facilities, which I predict will happen within next 12 months, give or take.
Israel should not wait for Iran to get the nuclear bomb, but it should attack sooner rather than later, before it is too late. But me thinks that Israel will entice the USA to attack Iran instead. Sorta an attack by proxy. Thus giving Israel plausible deniability.
Because once Iran gets a nuclear weapons capability, the power calculus will be altered.
I admit I want to see Iran punished 😡 for making IEDs that injured or killed American Soldiers, so this post is very biased in that respect.

Jawbone, you are preaching to the choir when you ask “what have you ever done for any movement?”
I will have you know that I led a very successful bowel movement earlier this morning. And during the bowel movement, I showed true leadership as reflected by my teeth-gritting grunts. Yep.
Jawbreaker, it is not true to say that we are all down on Bob.
I am not down on Bob and I only ever wanted to see him succeed. He is a big boy and hopefully he can take constructive criticism.
I think it is more accurate to say that many of us are frustrated with WTP's lack of progress. There are numerous constitutional torts committed everyday by federal, state, and local government officials. Shall WTP be the national conscience for all such torts? I think not. It is best that WTP stay focused on illegal taxation and the IRS' corrupted tax collecting scheme and its Anti- USA nature.
But yeah, I am frustrated with WTP.
And frustrated with WTP jumping from the latest “hot button” issues in an effort to garner support from new members.
And frustrated with the apparent inability of WTP to plan, act, think, and simultaneously execute both strategically and tactically. Case in point. WTP is holding a super secret meeting in Jekyll Island. So what does WTP do? In the weeks prior to the super secret meeting with the leaders behind the WTP Con- Con, WTP publicly declared where the meeting will take place and when??
I mean, are you kidding me???
By telling the world where the meeting is going to be and when, you can pretty much bet that the IRS' secret Special Services Section (the SSS squad) will infiltrate Jekyll Island in advance and plant bugs and do all kinds of stuff to gather INTELL on WTP backers. The will capture the license plate number of the rental cars in the Hotel parking lot. And then trace back the renters and see where they are from. And if it turns out that the WTP folks who rented cars only came from 3 states, this would tell me that maybe WTP is in its death throes. However, if it turns out that the WTP JI meeting attracts folks from 40 states, well, that is important INTEL and tells the IRS that they have their work ahead of them.
In the THM, it is all about heading the opposition off at the pass. Anticipating events 3 and 4 steps down the road and being able to strategically analyze the potential impact of certain courses of action. This is an ability that, sadly, WTP sorely lacks.
Recall that we are dealing with a U.S. Government whose very own Department of Justice and FBI have published a pamphlet urging local Police Departments to be on the look out for people who quote the USA Constitution or the Bible — because such people are likely terrorists. this is the nature of our enemy. They hate the USA Constitution. And they hate all religions except their own pagan religion.
So, since the US Government collects $2 TRILLION or so in income taxes every year, you can pretty much bet that they will invest $15,000 to task small groups of undercover agents, some posing as couples in love, to visit Jekyll Island, hang out in the bar late at nite, etc, and sweep up the low hanging fruit.
They will probably serve a summons on the Hotel and later get the names and addresses of the WTP attendees. Etc. etc. You watch.
Whoever convinced Bob or made the internal argument to Bob that WTP should announce the Jekyll Island meeting in advance, is likely a traitor and working undercover for the IRS and that person should be fired or removed forthwith from all WTP planning activities and events. That is what I would do if I were running WTP.
I mean, there is no one in this Forum who can convince me that Bob and WTP publicizing the secret WTP Jekyll Island meeting in advance, was a smart move. That was a very poor strategic move by WTP. 😮
And frustrated that WTP has repeatedly made big announcements about plans and intentions and then for whatever reason, not followed through on their stated plans and activities. The irony here is that the things that WTP should follow up and complete, they often do not do. And the events that WTP should abort and cancel, such as the infamous Jekyll Island Meeting, will likely NOT be canceled and will proceed on course. You just watch and see.
And frustrated with the failure of WTP to concentrate its resources on the corrupt nature of the IRS and how the IRS lies to the American People in order to trick them into giving the IRS their money. I mean, what good did it serve for WTP to interject their 2 cents into the Mideast Peace Process or illegal immigration?
And frustrated that here we are, 10+ years into this fight, and WTP still is not correctly presenting its case to the American People by quoting the correct U.S. Supreme Court cases. WTP could have made great strides if they linked themselves to the US Supreme Court's prior decisions. We could have captured the hearts and minds of way more supporters.
Bob has accomplished alot. And he is courageous and brave. But in my view, and I freely concede I may be wrong, Bob is his own worst enemy. He should have identified his managerial weaknesses long ago and then focused on surrounding himself with super smart folks who share his vision and are strong performers in the areas of Bob's self – identified Managerial weaknesses.
Years 1 to 3 of WTP's pre-birth should have been spent cultivating deep pocketed angels and building an endowment. Alot of People made millions of $$$ during the 1990s stock market and the potential list of prospective of donors was huge. But WTP never tapped into that vast wealth to see if it could enlist the patronage of angel “investors”.
I could easily go on, but I am frustrated.

Jekyll Island or bust!!! 🙄

I still think the letter is pretty decent.
I am thinking that you are aged 23 to 27. It is just a hunch. Please do not reveal your age!!!
Please know that I am NOT a licensed attorney and my hypothetical replies in this thread are just that, hypothetical and for discussion purposes only. Read my signature at the bottom of this post.
If it were my letter, preceding the 3rd line of the second paragraph it begins “I will be satisfied by the presentment of evidence. . .”
I would state that the basis for my need for the Passport Office to clarify and define in writing, which of the 3 possible meanings of the term “United States” they are using, is directly from the United States Supreme Court's decision in Hooven & Allison v Evatt, 324 U.S. 652 (1945). To wit:
Quote:“. . .The term 'United States' may be used in any one of several senses. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations. It may designate the territory over which the sovereignty of the United States extends, or it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution. . .”There is no need to discuss the fact that Evatt was a tax collector, etc, or any other extraneous facts related to that case. Just cite the excerpt and shift the burden back to the Passport Agency.
See http://famguardian.org/TaxFreedom/CitesByT…nitedStates.htm if you want to refresh your mind about the meanings of the term “United States”
And if they still give you a hard time, let us know and I can give you other evidence directly from the U.S. Government itself, which proves that when Alaska and Hawaii were admitted as “states”, they were no longer “States”, and in the U.S. Code the term “United States” was redefined to reflect that the new “states” were no longer federal “States”.
Your jurat can be improved. One suggestion is this: “In accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1746(1), I voluntarily declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America, that the foregoing statements are true and correct.”
republic, once you begin inserting phrases such as “without the United States” you run the risk that the Passport Office may reject your application because you modified the jurat, so to avoid this, you want to cling as close as you can to the phraseology used in 28 USC 1746 (1). Now when you send an affidavit to the IRS you have much greater room and more degrees of freedom to customize the jurat.
With respect to your request to obtain the delegation of authority from the person who replies to you in writing, simply support your request by saying that it is necessary in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in Federal Crop Ins. Corp v. Merrill, 332 U.S. 380, 384 (1947):
Quote:“… Whatever the form in which the Government functions, anyone entering into an arrangement with the Government takes the risk of having accurately ascertained that he who purports to act for the Government stays within the bounds of his authority. The scope of this authority may be explicitly defined by Congress or be limited by delegated legislation, properly exercised through the rule making power. And this is so even though, as here, the agent himself may have been unaware of the limitations upon his authority. See, e.g., Utah Power & Light Co. v. United States, 243 U. S. 389, 243 U. S. 409; United States v. Stewart, 311 U. S. 60, 311 U. S. 70, and see generally 74 U. S. 7 Wall. 666. . .”If you have not picked up where I am going with this hypothetical reply — what I would do, is try and lean on U.S. Supreme Court cases to tie their hands and restrict the ability of the Passport Office to dodge, weave, delay and obfuscate. By relying upon prior U.S. Supreme Court cases to justify the legal basis of your request, it elevates your letter to a higher plane and makes it more difficult for them to minimize, ignore, and belittle your request.
Do not adopt an argumentative or combative tone. Be professional and respectful.
The net result is that they will quickly know that if they disagree with you than they risk disobeying the U.S. Supreme Court. Try and use the U.S. Supreme Court cases to restrict their degrees of freedom, if you will. You are on the right path.
Also, I want to suggest that you immediately remove from your posts, all of the dates and addressees of the passport office you are dealing with. We do not need that info and it is way more information than you should willingly share in an open Forum such as this one, in which IRS spies and agents often appear under false pretenses and try to befriend folks. Please think about your personal privacy BEFORE you post.
Delete any info in your posts that can be personally identified with you personally. Or, if you are dealing with a passport office in Boston, use an address of a passport office in San Francisco. Mix your posts up an bit so that you cover your tracks better and do not leave such an easy trail for the IRS sniffers who are paid to frequent this Forum and glean actionable info
republic, by you using the Passport Agency's address, you are making it extremely easy for the IRS to find out who you are by coordinating with the local passport office. I mean, you do understand this, don't you? You do not need the IRS interjecting their .02 cents into an area that should be the exclusive domain of the Passport folks.
Now, please keep your guard up in these Forums because your posts reveal your honesty, candor, and naivete ( I am giving you constructive feedback), and I suspect that if you have not already, you may soon get a Private Message from someone offering to help you, or compliment you, or give you some info., etc. in exchange for you giving them your mailing address or email address. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP!!!
Do not allow yourself to be lulled by a false sense of security in this Forum — just because someone may send you a PM and compliments you or offers to help you, that they are now your “friend” or that they can be trusted.
Good luck.

republic,
Glad you found the FG Forums and thanks for sharing your experiences.
I think your draft letter is pretty decent.
RE: you getting separate email account — don't even waste your time if you are not serious about protecting your privacy.
By that I mean, getting a separate email account is only the first step. You would not want to check, send, or receive email unless you were either behind a very strong proxy, or 3 proxies; or you use and access the new email account only from public computers.
I would just forget the whole email question. No sense letting him trap you in a series of endless emails.
One suggestion I want to make is that you have a section titled: I ask you to do the following:
and then in item 2 it asserts: Be served notice that . . . — I personally do not think that item #2 logically fits. Asking him to do something is active. Serving him notice is passive. Hypothetically speaking, I would delete item 2 and then renumber all the other items.
Also, I do not know if the term “re-include” exists??
Lastly, I would take out the phrase “a foreign state” in your jurat. There is no need for it. Every “state” is foreign with respect to every other “state”.
Go back and reread 28 USC 1746 ( 1) and see if you have the wording down correctly.

MemberMay 2, 2009 at 10:00 pm in reply to: Glenn Beck / Judge Napolitano push for Constitutional Convention?Interesting points.
I don't watch all that much TV but I know I have heard the name Glenn Beck before.
I just want to add that calling for and then getting a Constitutional Convention, may not be the panacea that you might expect it to be.
We live in an age where the corruption of the federal and state politicians is boundless and we only to look at Bush v. Gore in 2000/2001 to know that elections are stolen.
And going back even further, we know from research conducted by Bill Benson that the alleged 16 Amendment was not actually ratified by the required 36 Union states. So even as far back as 1912 – 1913 we see that nefarious, secret and not so secret interests bribed Senator Aldrich (R- RI) and others on the Senate Finance Committee.
And now we have an economy that dwarfs the economy from 1913, so imagine how much corruption and cheating would take place in trying to vote for and organize a Constitutional Convention. Since so much more is at stake financially, and the wealthy have so much more to lose than they did in 1913, the level of cheating and lying that would no doubt occur with the organizing of a Constitutional Convention would be staggering.
And, once called into session, a Constitutional Convention can convene for one or more stated purposes, but no one outside of the Convention members themselves, can vote on their agenda.
So if a ConCon is convened for one stated purpose, it can then turn around and vote on a proposed change to the Constitution that is wholly unrelated to the reasons why the ConCon was convened.
What then?
We must be careful what we wish for.
The better solution is educate the American People and get them so fired up that they band together and have a revolution of some type that votes out all of the corrupt lawyers in Congress and votes in honest men and women with character.
