    Poldon, you have been forewarned.

    Heed Admin's suggestion.

But getting back to your post. I like the idea of asking questions of the IRS and if deployed properly, potentially can be very effective. But simply asking questions in writing, should only be one tool in your tool kit.

    Point 1.

I am suspect of your gentleman friend's assertion that at Trial, with an IRS agent on the witness stand, the IRS proffered to pay him 20 % interest on all amounts EVER paid to the IRS. The IRS DOES NOT make settlement offers such as that in open court in front of a jury, and on the Court Record. Not that I am aware of anyway.

    Point 2.

If it was 30 years ago, that would be 1979 and Ronald Reagan was not yet President. This tells me that the gentleman was lying about the time period. He was off by at least 2+ years.

    Point 3.

The interest rate of 20% sounds close but I think it is overstated by perhaps 200 – 400 basis points.

    Point 4.

The idea that the IRS would give refunds going back more that the statutory requirement of 2 years, is not credible. Here too, I think the gentleman was lying to you.

    Point 5.

Donald Regan was CEO of Merrill Lynch. The notion that he would write to someone, sign his name, and tell the dude that he was not required to pay income taxes goes far beyond the pale and is not credible to me. Regan was a political junkie. It is very unlikely that he would risk the ridicule of his high powered GOP buddies, by authoring such a letter as your friend insisted that he received.

    Point 6.

I think that the gentleman with whom you spoke may themselves, be an IRS undercover agent and his seemingly bizarre statements to you may have been done merely as a ploy to get you to open up and or reveal info about yourself, such as your screen name.

    Point 7.

Now that you have run over to the FG Forum and posted your “interaction”, the gentleman has positive confirmation that you are Poldon and that you show a certain naivete about such matters.

    Point 8.

The alleged gentleman is subtly attacking the credibility and usefulness of sending in documents that may have appeared on SEDM or FG. SO what does this tell you? THINK!!! He was either motivated to denigrate the SEDM and FG material because he has a vested financial interest to feather his own nest, perhaps by getting you as a client; OR, he is an IRS undercover agent trying to get INTEL from you.

In either case, the gentleman has proven through his own words and actions to be untrustworthy.

    Point 9.

I would not trust angeleyes either.

If there is some way to make it more obvious than that so that people like nubins don't have to ask the questions he asked, we would love to hear what it is.

Well, I think FG has already done everything it possibly can to make it very obvious about where to begin.

There is only so much we can do to help these folks. We can't read the stuff for them.

The newbies have to be hungry for Truth & knowledge. And if they are hungry, they will begin exploring the FG website and, I surmise, eventually, they will stumble across the START HERE.

The Path to Freedom treatise is superb.

In defense of nubins, perhaps he was simply overwhelmed with the sheer amount of material that he momentarily missed the START HERE buttons. 😮

    Awesome organization!!!!

We shall see soon enough how many “Oath Keepers” step up once the US Government moves on the American People.

I am sure some will be loyal but I suspect that many others will do nothing because they are afraid.

Admin, the URLs http://oath-keepers.blogspot.com/2009…. in your lead post are inoperable. 🙁

I hope it is on our end and not because some sinister external power has blocked the URL across the web

so that the corrupt nature of the US Government is not exposed to a wider audience.

    ahahahahahaha 😆 😆

Notice that they use the term “bona fide residents”. I assume that they do this to distinguish said “bona fide residents” from the “D.C. residents” whose identity is kidnapped for income tax purposes and then relocated to Washington, D.C.

Admin, my interpretation of the proposed Bill is slightly different from yours.

I do not think that anyone in Congress can be classified as a bona fide resident of Washington, D.C. because said Congress critters, in order to be in Congress in the first place, would, I think, be required to be a bona fide resident of the Congressional district or STATE from which they were elected. Yes?

So, what the proposed Bill is really aimed at is non-Congressman folks who actually are, or who insist that they are, “a resident of D.C.” but who happen to be employed by the U.S. Government, a federal corporation incorporated in D.C., or the District of Columbia, or any other entity within the District.”

I freely conceded that I may be wrong, but I think one of the real purposes behind this Bill is to placate and better control the people within the District of Columbia so that they will be beholden to Congress and far less likely to rise up and revolt against Congress as the wider American society descends into societal chaos and civil unrest in the coming months and years.

Another purpose of the Bill is to bribe the federal judges and court staff who are bona fide resident of D.C. and who are paid by the USG. So, judges and staff who are bona fide residents of D.C. and who work for the D.C. circuit Court of Appeals, Tax Court, and the US Supreme Court would be exempt from federal taxes. At least that is how I read things. 😮

    Bing

Congressional staffers and all other USG employees except those serving in Executive & Legislative branches, who are residents of D.C. would be exempt from federal taxation.

Even though the tax code has no jurisdiction over me, the fact remains that it still is legally binding upon the IRS and USG.

But the TRUTH is that if one is Sovereign, like I am, I need not cite any federal statute to prove my innocence. It should be sufficient to merely cite the USA Organic Laws.

Sharpie, welcome to FG Forums. 🙂

There was a time about 5+ years ago where I would have agreed with you that a 14th Amendment citizen is a statutory citizen.

However, much thinking and research has gone into this issue and such is not now the case.

I want to suggest that you search the FG website for the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the United States) case in Wong Kim Ark.

I do not have time to explain right now, but 14th Amendment citizens are in fact Constitutional citizens and this is NOT the same as a statutory citizen under 8 USC 1401.

That was a fantastic video! There were some things I noticed that were notable.

    . . .

    3. Jim said at about 1:45 into the video, “If the regs go beyond the statutes in scope, then the regs are limited by the statutes themselves.” Now, I think he was referring to the Code when he mentioned the word “statutes.” He also said this limitation was imposed by a SCOTUS case . . . but I don't recall him citing which case it applied to. Does anyone know?

Now . . . IF that is the case, that could be a way of denying that a NRA Individual is an alien, as the regulation is assigning that label independently without any pretext within the code. Is that not true? For it is only in the reg where “nonresident alien individuals” are addressed as “aliens.”

Neo, I have not watched the video because I just read this thread for the first time today, May 14, 2009.

However, my hunch is that the SCOTUS cases to which the presenter was referring, was California Banking Association v. Schultz, 416 U.S. 21 ( 1974 ) and United States v. Mersky.

Neo, why don't you locate those two cases and post what portions of the cases which you think are apropos in this instance? It will be good practice for you to see if you understand what the presenter was trying to communicate. I will give you a hint, the excerpts are easily found within the FG website. Search “cites by Topic regulations.

  • Thanks for these links.

The civil unrest is coming to America, I am sure of it.

What concerns me though, is that the corrupt USG will preempt the civil unrest and be able to brain wash the American People into submission by using the digital TV bandwith to broadcast subliminal messages into our homes, just like the Program the US military used on open FM radio bandwith to brain wash enmasse, the Iraqi soldiers in Gulf War I that was so incredibly successful that 330,000 Iraqi soldiers surrendered.

In fact, I am of the opinion that the USG Brainwash Program is already operational. I say this because when $8 TRILLION in assets of Americans disappeared in the stock market fiasco in the Fall of 2008, we heard nary a peep from the American sheeple as they let out a collective sigh, shrugged their shoulders, and then proceeded to go about their business and elect more corrupt Democrats to Congress.

More People wrote protest emails and letters to the U.S. Congress over Illian (sp?) Gonzalez, that Cuban 5 yr old boy that was rescued at sea while trying to sneak into Florida, and was later “rescued”/kidnapped by Janet Reno's FBI, before he was shipped back to Cuba.

    Thanks for the article.

    Nice find.

The 70 to 80 million private gun owners in America is one of the things that is stopping the corrupt U.S. Congress from moving against the American People enmasse.

I just wish that sooner rather than later, America would boot the UN out of the USA.

    Ahahahahahahahahahahahaha… 😆

I never thought the use of PDCs would ever really work.

There is soo much risk for the PDC to get sued.

Anyone who knows how to fight the IRS can or should be able to stop the private debt collector in their tracks by contesting the validity of the alleged income tax debt and then forcing the PDC to go back to the IRS and require proof of the debt. And here is where the IRS is stuck. They can not produce legal evidence of a valid debt.

So the PDC stops attempting to collect from Person A and moves on to Person B, who may be more easily persuaded. And on and on it goes until eventually, instead of collecting $1.5 BILLION per year, the corrupt IRS' use of PDCs ONLY nets $12 million.

    Talk about a shortfall. 😮

But this points to a larger problem with the IRS, and that is that their corrupt nature and brazen stealing of the wealth of hard working Americans, combined with their need for a semblance of secrecy, makes it very difficult for the IRS to partner with private industry on large scale projects.

    Why?

Because in business, for most relationships to work to mutual benefit, there usually is a minimum degree of trust that must exist. But with the IRS, as an institution, they are systemically incapable of trusting anyone because they are hiding behind a plethora of lies.

This is a key reason why, for example, the IRS has repeatedly failed to upgrade their computer systems despite having spent $10+ billion over the past 20 years.

One cannot effectively collaborate and work with an organization or a person, for that matter, if trust is deficient or lacking in said relationship. Because the back stabbing and undermining and the blaming of the other entity or person is all too frequent and it mucks up the relationship.

The IRS can not be completely honest with the programmers and this makes it difficult for the programmers to do their job as effectively as they know how. And the end result is you end up with disparate information systems that can not talk with each other.

    WOW!!

Props to Tom Coburn but I am worried.

Worried that now that Coburn has spoken the TRUTH on the Record, that he will either:

    a) mysteriously commit suicide

b ) be the target of an FBI/Justice Dept smear campaign,

c ) suddenly announce his retirement from the US Senate so that he can “spend more time with my (meaning his) family” and/or

d ) Coburn will be run out of the GOP by an upstart challenger who mysteriously is able to raise tons of money to run against Coburn in a primary election..

If Coburn keeps speaking truthfully and so forcefully, he will soon find himself on the outside looking in.

May God Bless & protect Senator Coburn.
