  • WOW!!!

    I never knew this!!! Thanks.

I just read HR 45 and nowhere does it define the term “State”

Nor does it mention the jurisdictional limits of HR 45, which, if I am correct, are limited to the federal zone.

The term “firearm” is a word of art. A handgun may not be a firearm. In the same way that a Citizen/driver may not be a “motorist” under the state DMV codes.

I am not at all surprised by the rude, uncivil, and wholly unprofessional reply of attorney Becraft.

Larry Becraft is a USG and IRS shill whose time has come and gone. Larry Becraft is soooooooo yesterday.

He is forever stuck in 1998. And his ongoing failure to remain current and use new knowledge as it has been uncovered, speaks volumes about Larry and his alleged law practice.

Becraft sold out long ago once they threatened to pull his “law license”.

Look at his recent clients and see how many are sitting in federal prison, and then you will begin to understand that Larry defends his clients in a way that makes it almost certain that said clients will lose at trial.

Someone should ask Larry when was the last time he filed a Rule 201 Motion during a criminal trial. See what he says.

And then ask him why he does not file Rule 201 Motions more often?

Awesome post. I need to study this one.

    Thanks.

You know, over the years I have bought a number of Kant's books, most of them used, but for the life of me could never find the motivation to read and study them like I should.

I found Kant to be very dense reading.

I thought that a Hegelian dialectic is when someone is able to move entire societies in one direction by creating a crises and then appearing on the scene with proposed “solutions” to the crises.

I recently met an ex Special Forces soldier who was stationed in Northern Europe, and he told me the name of a a fascinating book in which the elite get entire nations to move and think in a certain way. I forget the name of the book. Franklin, do you know of which I speak?

Where are the Mother and child domiciled?

I am unclear how a Missouri County Court can assert jurisidiction over a child support case based in Texas.

Congress exempting themselves merely reinforces the fact that we can not trust the US Government to organize and operate a 1 person call center with an unlisted phone number!!!

So the notion that the US Government has the confidence of the American People, the trust, the skill sets and core competencies to reorganize and operate a multi- trillion dollar health care industry, is fatuous.

The American People should sho2 their outrage by contacting their Senators and Reps.

    Sigh. 🙁

I read in a recent issue of Time Magazine that there is a 100% increase in number of Americans who now take anti – depressants in year 2008 versus back in 1996. Now I better understand why the massive increase.

Thank you for sharing this very important document. If it is not already, I think it needs to be incorporated into the Path To Freedom tract and also given a prominent place on the FG main web page.

But for its lack of cites, the instant treatise ranks right up there with the ground – breaking, thought provoking, “What Happened To Justice” legal treatise offered by http://www.sedm.org.

That said, I am not sure what or how much to believe.

If the author of the treatise truly did serve 12 years as a Judge, that fact alone should be sufficient for others within the Judiciary, to set about the task of identifying who the author is. Which leads me to think that perhaps this guy either was never a Judge, or if he was a Judge, served for more or less than the 12 years to which he has admitted serving. By referencing “12 years” he can better throw off the federal posse. Makes sense

I have read hundreds of cases and Judicial Opinions, and one thing I know is that in general, most Judges write in exacting language when they are not too busy obfuscating and lying. But here, this author makes any number of errors in the manner in which he expresses himself.

Intentional? Maybe. . . . .or maybe not.

Unless it is a ruse and the author was never a judge, I am puzzled by a guy who purports to have done alot of independent research, but yet is confused about the proper use of “their” versus “there”, to name just one obvious error. Then again, it is also true that perhaps he purposefully altered his writing style to hide his identity.

The author teases us with his reference to having read a Congressional Record from the 1930s..blah.blah, but yet he stops short of revealing the Page numbers or Congressional Record Document (Serial Set ID) cite so that we can go and read the alleged 'secret US/UK report. Puzzling.

I can not say I believe 100% of what he wrote, but whatever percentage I do believe, if it be true or even partly true, and I think he is right on the mark, then we are in deep dooo-dooo, folks.

I would like to know or read what Dr. Ed Rivera thinks about the 32 page treatise.

All in all, this is powerful stuff and is very troubling even if only 25% of what he wrote is accurate.

    Thank you for sharing this.

    Heh heh heh.

Sadly, the corrupted USG, and the international bankers that control same, are both very sinister.

That said, the ensuing societal chaos planned for the USA, and which was many years in the planning stages, has already begun, albeit, unbeknownst to the vast majority of Americans, who remain glued to their TVs watching inane TV shows of questionable intellectual worth.

We have a President whose natural born citizenship status is at best, still questionable and who has embarked on an unprecedented spending program while at the same time speaking out how his federal programs will reduce the national debt. And his position is soooo fatuous that his own Secretary of the Treasury, Geitner was mocked and laughed at when he went to China and tried to tell a Chinese audience that America is serious about reducing its national debt.

Watch the chaos unfold in America over the next 3 – 9 months. It will not be pretty.

    olde reb,

Yes. I think it is an excellent idea to post the MTD in the Forum.

Doing so will enable our Forum readers to analyze the proffered arguments, tweek it if need be, and thereby make the MTD even more compelling.

I personally look forward to reading the MTD.

    Thanks.

Someone needs to inform the Informer that one result of the 1998 IRS RRA, is that all IRS District Director positions went bye-bye.

I have read alot of Treaties over the past 10 years, and never saw any Treaty that was even so much as 140 pages, much less 1400 pages!!! I guess I must have missed something.

What Treaty is 1400+ pages? Does it have a formal name?

What about Jus Soli? Which pre-dates all USA Treaties and dates back 2,000+ years.

For a guy who calls himself the “Informer”, you are not really informing. Teasing, yes, informing, no.

    EDITORIAL:

This guy just doesn't get it. Franchises and citizenship misunderstandings are the method for breaking down the constitution and compressing us into one mass, as Jefferson predicted, not the commerce clause. Franchises are commercial, but they are not enforced through the commerce clause. They are instead enforced as contracts and private law. Until the majority of Americans all understand why and how this is and was done, we will get NOWHERE.

Well, I have not read this thread yet, but I do want to comment briefly on what you posted in the excerpt above.

I concur 100%, especially your assertion that “. . . Franchises are commercial, but they are not enforced through the commerce clause. They are instead enforced as contracts and private law. . .”

And this is why, I suspect, that after Secretary of State Philander Knox fraudulently declared in February 1913, that the 16th Amendment was ratified by the requisite number of state legislatures, that his announcement and a resolution was published by the United States Government in a Volume Titled “Private Acts”.

For credible proof of this fact, please see http://www.sedm.org/Exhibits/EX02.006.pdf
