The super wealthy international bankers sit atop a social and financial tinder box.

Now that the USG has succeeded in shutting off the analog TV signal into the homes of 200+ million Americans, the American sheeple will be easier to herd and control.

If the banks take a holiday, people are gonna get very angry.

The economic turmoil and societal panic will reverberate across the globe.

It is going to be a rough ride.

Neo, please post the relevant court documents that prove that I was wrong and you were right, and I will apologize forthwith. Until you do, I stand by my posts and will cling to my mis-perceptions. 😮

Causing injury to a U.S Postal worker is wrong – wrong – wrong. And I don't care how you try and spin it.

I think I do recall reading that Pete Hendrickson's fire-bomb was placed in a trash can and not a mailbox, so on that score ONLY, I will say that I posted

    incorrectly.

Pete Hendrickson recently published the attached treatise on Social Security Numbers rebutting our position.

    . . .

If you want to know all the reasons why he is totally and completely wrong, look at all the links on the following page:

    . . .

If you would like yet more reasons why we disagree with Pete's approach and why he is more likely than not to go down in flames, see:

    . . .

We're not being only critical here, because people in this ministry have talked with and tried to educate Pete to keep him from harm. He has become so resistant to the truth that he began banning from his forums those who advocate or point to this website. He even threatened to do that to neo at one point, which seems to be the reason how he ended up here.

. . . They were all warned by people in this ministry and politely offered the truth before their downfall, but they stubbornly refused it. See, for instance:

I concur 100% and can only clarify that Pete has ATTEMPTED to rebut FG's position. Pete did not actually rebut anything, in fact, his latest diatribe only reconfirmed in my mind that Pete is still clueless on this key issue.

Pete Hendrickson is the new Larken Rose, absent the, umm, buffont, or is, the buffoonish hair doo. 😎

It is really sad. I mean, Pete wrote a great book in Cracking the Code, and he advanced the ball 85 yards down the field, but his arrogance prevented him from getting it across the goal line.

I concur with 90% of what Pete wrote in his book, which I acquired in slightly used form from a friend. But that last 10% is where I think Pete fell far from the proverbial mark, is the same 10% that is his Achilles heel.

Pete's major weakness, if one can call it that, besides his pride, rests in that 10%.

And it is that weakness through which the USG and the IRS and DOJ have focused their attack.

What I want to know, is this.

Given the fact that some years ago Pete voluntarily turned into a government snitch after he was busted for foolishly and stupidly planting a bomb in a U.S. mailbox that resulted in a serious injury to a U.S. Postal employee, and for which, in my simple mind, Pete should have been severely punished, and he would have been but for his snitching on his so-called friend, how many CtCers is Pete gonna throw under the bus?

Pete has proven himself to NOT being a steadfast and loyal friend when the chips are arrayed against him, so I suspect that to shave time off of his criminal sentence, he will be trading the names, addresses and contact info of some or all of his customers, in an desperate effort to reduce his or Doreen's criminal sentence.

All that said, I still hope that Pete and Doreen prevail against the IRS. It is not fair that one be sent to prison simply because they blinded by their pride and are too stupid and arrogant to learn the Truth.

To use Pete “I – am – a – convicted – felon/snitch” phrase, “A tag is just a tag” But I would take it a step further and posit that an “idiot is just an idiot”

His caterer tag analogy goes far beyond the pale and is the epitome of fatuousness writ large. I suspect that Pete 'doesn't get it' because he doesn't want to get it. And what that translates into in the future, is that Pete is gonna get it.

What will he get, you may ask? Ohhhh, about 12 to 17 years in a federal prison. And to think Pete coulda been one of Michigan's best caterers!!!

Rest assured, I am fairly certain that in the near future all of Pete's meals will be catered to him by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, thus providing Pete with ample time to hone his catering analogy to his heart's content.

In his down time at the BOP suite/cell block, after he is finished earning .40 cents per hour working in the prison kitchen, Petey can assemble his new roomies and hand out little pieces of paper and have them write “caterer” on the paper and ergo test his new theory as they exit his cell block.

How utterly apropos that Pete will soon have access to enough subjects that he can generate some empirical data to test his theory out and he can do so at the U.S. taxpayer's expense.

    OHHHHH the irony!!!! 😮

I may be wrong, but I predict that Pete's unceasing stubborness, coupled with his arrogant, prideful, and generally disrespectful tone and approach vis – a – vis the IRS and the Department of Justice, contain the seeds of his eventual downfall.

At his present place on the learning curve, I suspect that Pete will be convicted and sentenced to 10+ years in a federal prison. 😮

  • As most here already know, when banks started lending to folks whose ability to repay their home loans was at best, a bit shaky, the banks, aided and led by corrupt lawyers, came up with a scheme to bundle up the mortgages of millions of American homeowners, then they “securitized” them.

Which is a fancy way of saying that the banks sold and re-sold the right to receive the monthly mortgage payments. In some cases, homeowner's mortgages can and were sold and re-sold 1/2 dozen or more times. And each time the mortgage was re-sold with in a so-called “bundle”, it created a small mountain of paperwork.

But since a single mortgage represents a contract between the mortgager and the mortgagee, regardless whether said mortgage has been resold and 'securitized', ya best be keeping yer paperwork all neat and nice, just in case things go awry and ya are unable to make the loan payments and the BIG BAD BANK hauls yer butt into court and tries to foreclose on yer property. And this is true for the corrupt lender as well. 😮

    Ahhh, but talk about justice.

You see, these corrupt banks likewise have legal and fiduciary duty to keep their accounts all nice and neat and to keep track of who owes what and who owns what. But apparently, when these mortgage loans got bundled up and sold and re-sold a dozen or more times, the BIG BAD corrupt banks somehow forgot to organize their paperwork.

And the net result is that when the bank tries to foreclose on yer home, there is a neat little trick that one can use to defend yourself and which will help you end up keeping your home and defeating the corrupt bankers.

New Jersey Court dismisses Foreclosure filed by Deutsche Bank for failure to provide ownership details

    By Jeff Barnes

NEW JERSEY COURT DISMISSES FORECLOSURE FILED BY DEUTSCHE BANK FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE DISCOVERY AS TO OWNER AND HOLDER OF NOTE, SECURUTIZED TRUST DOCUMENTS, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS DEMANDED BY BORROWERS

    July 14, 2009

In a stunning victory for borrowers, a New Jersey court has dismissed a foreclosure action filed against the borrowers by Deutsche Bank Trust Company America as alleged trustee for a securitized mortgage loan trust after Deutsche Bank willfully, and despite the entry of three (3) separate court orders, refused to produce documents demanded by the borrowers which included documents setting forth the identity of the true owner and holder of the Note and mortgage, the complete chain of title to ownership of the note and mortgage, payment application histories, and documents as to the securitized mortgage loan trust.

The Court had given Deutsche Bank multiple opportunities and extensions of time to produce the documents, but Deutsche Bank continually refused to produce any of the documents requested, resulting in the dismissal of Deutsche Bank’s foreclosure action. The Court also ruled that Deutsche Bank is not permitted to re-file any foreclosure action until it is prepared to produce ALL of the subject discovery.

FDN attorney Jeff Barnes, Esq. represented the borrowers, assisted by local New Jersey counsel.

    W. J. Barnes, P.A. has numerous other cases pending where similar discovery requests have been sent to Deutsche Bank, none of which have been complied with to date. As such, additional requests for sanctions, including dismissal, are expected to be filed in these cases.

Deutsche Bank was also the subject of a recent ruling in a case in New York where the Court denied Deutsche Bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment, finding that a purported assignment from MERS to Deutsche Bank was defective and that Deutsche Bank, with an invalid assignment of the mortgage and note from MERS, lacked standing to foreclose. Significant in the ruling was the court’s observation and question as to why, 142 days after the borrower was claimed to be in default, that MERS would assign a “toxic” loan to Deutsche Bank. The court also required a satisfactory explanation, by sworn Affidavit, from an officer of the securitized trust as to why, in the middle of “our national subprime mortgage financial crisis”, Deutsche Bank would purchase from MERS, as alleged “nominee”, a nonperforming loan. The court further inquired as to whether Deutsche Bank violated a corporate fiduciary duty to the note holders of the securitized mortgage loan trust with the purchase of a loan that had defaulted 142 days prior to its assignment from MERS to the trust.

It appears that Deutsche Bank may have done so to take advantage of one or more “credit enhancements” inside of the securitized mortgage loan trust which pay benefits upon declaration of default. These credit enhancements are extremely complicated and multi-layered, and are required by law in connection with the issuance and sale of the mortgage-backed securities “backed” by the trust.

The assignment of the mortgage and note to the securitized trust, which were already in default well in advance of the assignment, would permit Deutsche Bank to both realize a profit through payment of credit enhancement benefits (which effect a pay down of the claimed “default”) while simultaneously permitting Deutsche Bank to institute a foreclosure, resulting in a “double dip” for Deutsche Bank. This is, of course, illegal, but unless competent counsel raises the issue, it goes unnoticed and Deutsche Bank, like so many other foreclosing parties, winds up stealing the borrowers’ property and getting paid for doing it.

F- Obama and F his BS Health Insurance Plan.

I will not under any set of circumstances, ever enroll in any USG so – called mandatory Health Insurance Plan.

    Not today!

    Not tomorrow!!

    Not next month!

    Not next year!!

    Not ever!

No one is going to force me to enter into any contract without first acquiring my voluntary consent.

Quite simply, I have proof that for 97 years, the US Congress, The Federal Reserve Board, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and its successor, the corrupt IRS, has lied to the hard working American People and deceptively stolen their wealth.

And my Mama taught me a long time ago to never trust a liar or a thief.

The USG is a liar and a thief.

    End of story.

Oz, you should be able to open a bank account without a SS # if you are a non-resident alien who is not engaged in a trade or business (i.e. performance of a public office.)

You will need to complete a modified Form W8BEN and give that to the bank.

When they hand you a bank signature card, it will ask you to affirm under penalty of perjury that you are a “U.S. person” and / or a “U.S. citizen.” Line out and initial those 2 terms and insert “Non – U.S. citizen national under 8 USC 1101 ( a ) ( 21 ).”

My theory is that the USG really does not care that there are 50+ million uninsured Americans. If they did, why would they have not addressed the problem 20 years ago?

I suspect that a key reason why the Obama national health insurance legislation is gaining tracks is because you can not be a government insured person, without destroying the minimum contacts doctrine. So by offering, indeed compelling one to obtain government mandated health insurance, the USG effectively does an end around the minimum contacts doctrine and thereby destroys the Citizen's argument that they are Sovereign because effectively waives their sovereignty in exchange for government controlled health insurance.

It is a sneaky, covery way for the corrupt IRS and USG to try and rein in the tens of millions of lawful non-taxpayers.

That is my theory and I am sticking to it.

  • Whoa!!!

I have said all along that Obama's mandatory Health Insurance Program is unconstitutional because it forces people to enter into insurance contracts. And as most here already know, one can not be forced to enter into a contract under the threat of a penalty if you do not enter into (buy health insurance) said contract.

But now there is at least one more reason why his B.S. Health Insurance program is ripe for being declared unconstitutional.

I am not surprised the the Office of Law Revision Counsel, the co-authors of the proposed legislation, have their respective heads so far up their arse's, that they would propose such crap.

I love the irony in that the IRS has been crapping on the American People for 90+ years, and now, thanks to Mr. Hicks, the IRS has a taste (and a smell) of their own medicine. 😮

Ahhhhhhh! Justice never smelled so, so, so, so urine – like!!

I guess this just goes to show how truly rigorous the IRS' pre-hire screening process really is.

I will never consent to getting vaccinated for swine flu, H1N1 or anything else, so long as I can breathe.

I have no proof, but I naturally suspect that the USG and WHO are doing something nefarious and are up to no good, and as is customary, I suspect that there are folks far off stage, such the Bildebergers, Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, and the Federal Reserve, who have worked their game yet again and are behind the world wide mantra of “Everyone must get vaccinated against swine flu.”

It is a bunch of bovine scatalogy. Pure and simple.

LOL. I agree that living in a tent is fine, as long as the inmates are properly hydrated and not directly in the sun lite. Given them chess boards and books to read.

I agree with most of Sheriff Joe's approaches but dissent on several fronts.

There is a psychology to colors and pink is supposed to produce timidness and submissiveness. But having all inmates wear pink could be a mistake because some inmates pose more a threat than others, and I would imagine that using color coded prison garb is one way of separating the meanies from the sissies, so to speak. But if everyone is wearing pink, the guards may think they are surrounded by a bunch of Liberace's, or worse.

First, I think inmates should be relatively well fed and given balanced meals. And I doubt .40 cents per day can accomplish that. I am not suggesting filet mignon, but they need decent meals, but not so tasty that they have an incentive to commit more crimes.

The hunger drive is a basic human instinct, and when people are always hungry I suspect that they are prone to act up a bit. By contrast, a satiated inmate is, or should be a content inmate. When a prisoner crosses a line, one way to punish them is through restrictive dietary measures. But at .40 cents per day, I suspect that Sherriff Joe does not have that option.

And of course there is the human aspect of it as well. Starving someone is inhuman and appears punitive in an unconstitutional sense, to me anyway.

Second, I do not agree that inmates should not be allowed to lift weights. Exercise is an important outlet to reduce stress and increase the bodies production of endorphins. The more endorphins that the brain produces, generally speaking, the happier inmates become, in theory at least.

Since way back in the day, I believed that every society is best judged by how they treat and care for women, infants, young children, inmates, and the elderly. In America, I think we can do better across the board, but it all starts with one's Family, and not with the Government.

I understand that there must be a punitive aspect to prison, but at the same time I also think that our local, state, and federal prisons do a lousy job at rehabilitation. And the recidivism rate is proof that there is much room for improvement. If one treats a man like a dog, he is going to act like a dog. Prisoners should be taught topics dealing with wisdom, courage, benevolence, self discipline, selflessness, compassion, literature, and acquiring empathy for the plight of others, etc.

Third, watching the Disney channel 24/7 is torture, or should be. 😆 Disney has plenty of violent movies. I think inmates should be rewarded for good behavior, and one way to do that is to provide more extensive TV programming. I mean, if Sheriff Joe really wanted to piss off the inmates, he should restrict their TV viewing privileges to The View and Ellen Degeneres shows. LOL 😛

    The End.
