I don't think so. 😡
Perhaps the corrupt US Government will be able to extract a “war tax” from its slaves, a/k/a all brain dead Americans who stupidly declare themselves to be “U.S. persons” and/or statutory “U.S. citizens”.
But they will not get dime one from me or from any of the folks I know who lawfully do not pay any income taxes at all.

The restaurant manager is an idiot. 😮
The Manager thinks he “won”, but the arrested couple will tell all of their local friends about their mistreatment. How is that good for business?? 😮
He should have apologized and took it upon himself to either give them a free meal or at the least, deduct 20% – 50%.
The negative publicity alone will hurt this guy's business 1000x fold.
My Mother worked as a waitress to help pay my private school tuition, so I have a soft spot for wait staff. And, to my fault, I used to over tip for years regardless of the level of service.
But I wised up a few years ago when, out for dinner with a friend, he admonished me for tipping a lousy waitress. And he explained why it is bad practice to tip wait staff who fail to do their job. All that does is reinforce with the lousy waitress that her poor customer service is ok.
The idea is that if we collectively do not tip lousy waiters & waitresses, well, they will not be waiters and waitresses for long, and we actually stand a chance of improving the industry by refusing to reward lousy customer service.

Thanks so much for capturing and preserving Springer's important website.
I freely concede that so far as the PRA goes, Springer is far more learned on that subject than I am. But I will also posit that there are many FG regulars who know Constitutional Law, the tax code, and treasury regs far better and more thoroughly than Springer does.
Lots of actionable, high – quality legal research has been conducted over the past 5 years by the Family Guardian Fellowship but apparently Springer was too wrapped up in his own world and had the blinders on, that he never availed himself of the free information and political speech. Ohhhh well.
But as far as defending himself against the corrupted IRS and DOJ, Messenger Springer was not only in the wrong church and the wrong pew, he was in the wrong town, in the wrong state, in the wrong country, and his pleadings in U.S. Tax Cort proved as much.
Here is hoping that God watches over and protects Springer now and in the future.

I am not so sure it is a fraud.
However, I distrust the main stream media on almost every subject.
I spoke to someone recently, a research scientist, who had just returned from Greenland with a bunch of equipment in tow, and he told me that the volume of ice that is melting in Greenland is “staggering” and “tragic”, to use two of his terms.
Also, I know that glaciers are melting up near the North Pole and doing so at an alarming rate. Huge chunks of Arctic shelf ice are falling into the Arctic ocean almost every month.

I have this song in my Beatles library of songs stored on my pc.
Sometimes, when I am working on a love letter to the corrupt IRS, I will put “Taxman” in the loop and listen to it 20 or 30 times in a row, non-stop.
Kinda gets me in the groove in a way that Barry White's “Let's groove tonight” never does. 🙂

Listen to my cyber cohort Franklin. Search the FG Forum and you will uncover recent threads where we discussed this situation.
What you may want to do is request the the original mortgage note signed by you, be placed into evidence.
If it is a situation where they said they would charge you X amount, and they really charged you Y amount, in your state of domicile there may be a law that provides for treble damages.

How come you are not suing in state court? Just curious.
If you proceed and it goes to trial, you may want to consider taking the witness stand yourself and testifying under oath, as opposed to simply standing at the bar and defending yourself as your own counsel.
If you defend yourself, and you act as your own counsel, just remember that in your capacity as counsel, nothing that you say on behalf of yourself is admissible as evidence.
By contrast, if you testify as a witness, then your testimony becomes part of the trial record.
Finally, when you file papers, do not file as a Pro Se litigant. Doing so makes you an officer of the court and you become subject to judicially imposed penalties. It is much better and smarter to file as a Sui Juris litigant instead. This is a fancy term that means that you speak for yourself and that no one speaks for you.
