I have not read the proposed new immigration bill, but I read an Op – ed piece that said that buried in there somewhere, is the legal requirement for national ID cards.

I never quite understood, why the USG DID NOT insist on auditing the FED, until I came to learn how incredibly corrupt the United States Government really is.
The Congress, the federal judiciary, and the executive branch are rotten to the core. And the numerous free speech materials at FG and SEDM prove conclusively the breadth and depth of the US Governments corruption and centuries long practice of lying to the American People.
We need to throw (vote out of office) nearly all of the incumbents and try and start over.

I have a very good friend of mine, who served 3 tours of duty in Vietnam and was in the Special Forces, and he told me that during the late 1960s, when he was based at Ft. Benning, his unit and many other units as well, got orders to deploy to Newark, New Jersey and other cities.
Ostensibly to do nothing except support the local police in the event of civil unrest.
His unit never fired a shot but they were deployed atop buildings throughout Newark and they watched the city descend into mass riots. He told me that he knew of
if such an even happens in Summer 2010, you can bet that the newly formed brigade will once again seize the high ground inside the inner cities and no doubt will feed targeting INTEL to local SWAT teams.

I suspect though, that corrupt government agents will infiltrate the group, commit some heinous crimes against persons or property, and thereby attempt to undermine the credibility and moral authority of the Group.
We are dealing with, in the very corrupt and evil US Government and the State Governments, with folks who will stop at nothing to unlawfully preserve and expand their base of power.
I hope the Group can work with the Promise/Oath Keepers group.
Finally, the Group needs to ally with the active duty and retired US Military.

I applaud your inquisitiveness and urge you to keep posting, even at the risk of publicly stumbling at times. I have stumbled myself many times but I keep plugging away.
Anyway, it is inaccurate to assert that all federal territories lack constitutional protections. The U.S. Congress decides whether or not and to what extent, the US Constitution is operative within an insular area.
If you wish to learn more, I want to suggest that you study and examine the two seminal research papers authored by the General Accounting Office, now called the, ahem, Government Accountability Office. As if the federal government is ever held to account.
I know that there are many in the THM who still insist that there are no constitutional protections to those located within the federal zone, and in theory, this is not true. However, it is true in the sense that Congress has failed to furnish Article III judicial courts, save for one located in Hawaii and in District of Columbia. So without access to an Article III judicial court, how is one to seek a remedy for a constitutional tort but at the mercy of a judge employed by the biased and very corrupt Executive Branch within a US territorial court also known as United States District Courts, not to be confused with the District Courts of the United States. I consider myself a DOER. Although some (taxpayers) would describe me using less kinder words.
I had a brief meeting in a bar the other day with a CPA, and, well, his only refrain was, “court cases have ruled against you and your trade or business position”.
So I asked him, “what specific court cases are you referring to”?
His reply: “Well, I cann't think of them off the top of my head but I know they have ruled against you.”
In an obtuse reference to his bald head and his remark using the term “off the top of my head (there was nothing there — and I am unconvinced there was not that much more inside said head) I replied, “Of course you can not mention any specific court cases in rebuttal, after all , you are bald.” LOL
He looked at me with this baffled look on his face and I walked away to drink my cold beer in peace.

I dissent 100%.
The author of the above article, which originated from a different web site, is, for lack of a better word, woefully misinformed.
I lawfully do not pay any income taxes because, well, at bottom, there is NO positive law and implementing regulation that makes me legally liable to pay any income taxes. I have asked the IRS this question many times and they have never given me an answer.
I am not engaged in a “trade or business” as that term is statutorily restricted to mean the performance of a public office within the U.S. Government. It is quite simple.
I consider myself to be very patriotic person who loves my country but I loathe the corrupt federal governments and the politicians that have lied to the electorate and who daily violate their oaths of office.
My refusal to allow the IRS to extort money from me has nothing to do with my patriotism. And I resent his implied statement that someone who does not pay any income taxes somehow is less patriotic than a person who pays income taxes.
And the notion that one should be allowed to vote multiple times in an election, with an extra vote for every $20,000 in income taxes that they do pay, is fatuous and un-American.
It is tiresome when I meet a taxpayer and we end up having a heated discussion, and then they invoke this patriotism crap, but yet, they simply refuse to listen to what the tax code and regulations actually say. These folks are dolts and F$#!ing idiots!!
The THM main problem is that far too few Americans care about their country enough to keep an open mind and learn the truth about how the IRS and corrupt USG has been lying to generations of Americans and scaring them into paying a income tax that they may not really owe.
And this is why we have the elected politicians that we do, save Reps. Grayson from Florida and Ron Paul.

I know that many of the current laws enforced are false and fraudulent, but you can't fight and win (really win) without losing your dignity. If Big Brother were to ever let us win, the whole system as we know it would collapse. They're not going to ever let that happen no matter how right we are. Our system does not operate on the basis of right and wrong. It operates on political power and money. Our Constitution is no longer working.
So when I say “ya I know it's true, but how's it working for ya”. I have been there and done that. I have also watched many others that have gotten kicked to the ground after making the same kind of arguments as you. You should be more carefull to fully understand the impact and effects of what you are telling people to do. Because once one starts down your suggested path, it is very difficult, if not impossible to return to any resemblance of a normal life. This is evidenced by the many suicides that are carried out by our brothers that could not continue to fight. Constant worrying and stress WILL eventually wear anyone down. I believe in true liberty for all. I also believe that it is better to stay alive than to sacrifice myself to the wolves. I have already sacrificed much of my life and my family has sacrificed more than they should have, because of my beliefs in upholding the Constitution. How many do you know that it's really IMPROVED their lives? Not many, if any I'd guess. I can't even count them on one hand after twenty years. I could teach you two a lesson or two, but I don't think you're coachable. Judging by your posts I think you'll be learning the lessons the same as everybody else that dared to be stupid. Good Luck. My sense is that the liar Obama and the USG do not genuinely care about your health.
Look, it is an incontrovertible fact that the corrupt US Congress and Executive branch have been lying and deceiving the American Republic since its inception. All one has to do is read the SEDM legal treatise titled “What Happened to Justice” to see how the lying and corrupt US Congress never really established the Article III judicial branch of government, but instead, created courts to rule on disputes in the new federal territories, which were without (i.e. outside of) the sphere of the USA Constitution.
And Rene Descartes, who had a hard on for geometry, once wrote that “It is a mistake to trust that which has once deceived us.” We would do well to heed Rene's musings.
Thus, when the corrupt and lying USG publicly asserts the reasons why they are doing something or have done something, I can be pretty sure that they are lying.
So, the question is, why in the world would the USG think that it can run America's health care system when the GAO and CPA firms have testified repeatedly that the USG's very own financial statements are unreliable and not credible?
If they can not keep accurate financial statements, and they lie on same, why should I think that they will be competent enough to run the health care system?
I am convinced that something more sinister is going on here.
My take is as follows.
Recall in Summer 2008, in the months PRECEDING the AIG and Wall Street melt down, in which Americans lost in excess of $8 TRILLION of their wealth, that GW Bush & Co. “gave” stimulus payments of about $600 to all taxpayers. Well, former non-filers came out of the wood work and rejoined the tax system simply to get their $600 stimulus. A CPA I know told me that the USG picked up millions of new taxpayers, or at least got their current addresses, so the corrupt IRS could more easily track them down.
Fast fwd to present.
Once more the US Congress is dangling what ostensibly could be perceived to the uninitiated as a benefit, but in actuality Obama-care is a trap.
You see, in the past 15 years, millions of Americans have stopped filing tax returns and paying income taxes. Knowing this, the government actuaries probably did some calculations and figured out that they need to sweep up more taxpayers.
But how?
Well, offering 'stimulus' payments once one way. Gee, and the economy actually tanked AFTER the stimulus payments. Go figure.
And then there is the $750 TARP money, which went o benefit the big investment banks that created the problems and to help AIG pay off their credit default swap contracts with Wall Street. Goldman Sachs got paid $16 billion, 100 cents on the dollar.
But I digress.
And presto!!
The great Obama-care health system was born to sweep up more new taxpayers and to use private industry to force people into entering into a health care insurance contract that they may not want.
Obam-care is all about tricking as many folks as possible, as quickly as possible, to waive their sovereign immunity and doing an end around of the minimum contacts doctrine and thereby pulling the unwitting, especially the uninsured, into the federal orbit, or the federal sphere, so to speak.
One can not be a federal benefit recipient on the one the one hand, and then argue that one is not subject to federal jurisdiction.
One is either on the federally owned ball field playing a game created by and supervised by the federal officials or they are not on the federal ball field. If they are standing in between the federally painted white lines on the federally owned ball field, then the players must obey all the federal rules for that federally owned ball field.
It is that simple.
And yet that complex. Obama is trying to do an end around the minimum contacts doctrine while sweeping up new victims (taxpayers).
Sadly, millions of Americans are to intellectually lazy and too obtuse that they just go with the crowd and never question authority.
I will not be insured by the USG not now and not ever. And no one is going to make me enter into any contract to buy health insurance.
Assuming the Tea Party Movement does not get coopted by corrupt Republicans, it is possible that there will be a revolution in America alot sooner than many think.

But what I have found most disturbing about the whole illegal immigration argument over the past 20 years is this.
I have yet to hear one public official take the stance that the US Government has a solemn constitutional duty to protect the 50 several states from invasion.
Not a single governor has used the USA constitution or publicly cited it, to advance the cause of their state. Why do you think that is?
The state governments with the exception of perhaps a handful, have been co-opted by the corrupted federal government.
Along these same lines, how come we never hear any state or local politician publicly say that the federal government has a constitutional duty to guarantee to each state in the Union, a republican form of government?
The failure of elected officials to raise these two simple questions cuts to the heart of the deviousness and corruption that has infected the US Government and is a key reason why millions of Americans are fed up with the DO – NOTHING U.S. Congress.
Sipping tea is only the beginning, folks.
