I am not an apologist for FG or the FG Forums and I am not authorized to speak for either. This post is based upon the Record.

One correction is apropos. Pete Hendrickson is NOT going to jail. No sir. Pete Hendrickson is going to federal prison. Probably for at least 8+ years or longer. I personally think he will get about 12 – 15 years. A jail is far different from a local prison…..so I have been told. LOL

Petey H. needs our prayers because his pride and self absorbed arrogance obviously and sadly obstructs his judgment.

Pete wrote a great book, albeit one that had a serious flaw in it. But most of his book and analysis is solid, except he dropped the ball on the execution part. And thus, Pete is lacking crediblity in many respects.

Let me explain.

For instance, he has admitted that he conspired with others and helped plant a bomb in a US Post Office that resulted in a serious injury to an innocent US Postal employee. An un-Christ like and despicable terrorist act if ever there was one. The Family Guardian fellowship is anti- terrorist so Petey would never fit in here.

To make matters worse, after he bombed the Post Office, the Record proves that Petey then snitched on his co-conspirators in an effort to lessen Petey’s own prison time. Nice job, Pete. So this conclusively proves that Pete is not only a terrorist, but a liar and a snitch and that he is untrustworthy to boot.

So, in Pete Hendrickson, the Record proves that we are dealing with a convicted terrorist, convicted felon, a liar, and a snitch. These are hardly character traits that one should aspire too. But I digress.

If one wants to see Pete’s arrogance and foolishness in action, one only need to go to his soon to be finis website and see copies of the refund checks from Pete’s numerous “customers”. In some cases, many years ago, I have seen checks with home addresses and social security numbers NOT redacted. Duhh!!

Point being, by publishing the checks with identifying numbers, Petey, in all of his supposed wisdom, gave the IRS and DOJ a superb road map of where to find Pete’s “customers”, on whom the IRS and DOJ then leaned upon and in some cases, had indicted and/or coerced into giving up the goods on Petey and his schemes. And so the snitch, Petey, was himself snitched on by his beloved customers. Ahhh, it is remarkable how the wheels of justice turn, ehh?

Pete is too one dimensional for me. He has been riding the Cracking the Code pony for way too long.

Pete will now have the opportunity to spend many years in federal prison contemplating the correctness of his approach. And he will have ample time to think about how the Nonresident Alien Position is not as good as his “everyone should file a IRS Form 1040 & Form 4852.”

One need only look at the breadth and depth of the FG and SEDM materials, to see that our legal scholarship is arguably the best in the USA, bar none. Seriously. Pete wrote one book, and it was a flawed one at that. By contrast, we have created new knowledge spanning many dozens of legal subjects and topics.

I think Petey is simply jealous of FG and SEDM’s numerous accomplishments. We are still standing and in the near future, Petey will be history as he will be “Lost over the Horizon”.

I saw Tiger's speech.

I am a fan of his game, but not him. I enjoy his fierce competitive nature and his commitment to golf excellence.

I think the last people that I was genuinely a fan of, were Willie Mays and Brooks Robinson. I used to play center field and 3rd base back in the day when I played baseball.

What Tiger did in his personal life is not my concern and unlike most golf fans, I never for a second felt that Tiger owed me an apology. Pfft!

Whatever ethical and moral shortcomings Tiger has, it is not for me to judge him.

I will say this, I never respected anyone who cheated on their spouse. So on that score, I no longer respect Tiger as a man, but I still respect his greatness as a golfer.

Admin, thanks so much for reporting and capturing the info listed above.

My prayers are with Joe Stack's family and with the injured IRS and USG employees and their families at this very sad time.

I concur with Admin in that I too do not condone what Joe Stack did although I can understand how angry Stack must have felt after dealing with corrupted and lying IRS employees.

However, violence against innocent IRS employees is simply wrong, wrong, wrong. Killing or physically attacking innocent people, whether they are employed by the IRS or not, is not something that Jesus would approve of and neither do I.

We in the THM do not need and must not resort to violence when we have God, the facts, and the law on our side.

We must never lose sight of the fact that IRS employees are American Citizens who have parents, wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, brothers, and sisters, and just because some IRS employees are misinformed and may actually be liars and thieves, it does not follow that we in the THM have right to punish them. That is God's role not ours.

What we can do and what we must continue to do is educate the misinformed and corrupted IRS employees, especially the IRS lawyers, and hope that their consciences will eventually prevail and that they will enforce the tax code as written.

I am still naive enough to believe that there are, among the IRS's approximately 116,000 employees, a minority of IRS workers who are actually honest, hardworking IRS employees, even IRS attorneys, who do the job that they were trained to do, and actually DO NOT KNOW the Truth, but only know the “code” based upon how they were improperly trained by IRS Management.

There is ample, credible evidence, all in the form of non-actionable political and religious speech, that is readily available for free at http://www.famguardian.org. And this free info, along with steady helping of Scriptures, is all that one needs to fight the lying and corrupted IRS.

May God watch over and protect all non-U.S. citizen national non-taxpayer nonresident aliens, and all innocent IRS and US Government employees.

I still have no idea whether or if Osama bin Laden is dead or alive.

But if he is alive, my hunch is that he is in or near a major Pakistani city, such as Peshawar, where there are millions of people.

Bin Laden would be stupid to hide in the rural Tribal regions of Pakistan and the fact that the US Government has insisted for years that that was where he is hiding, helps me conclude that that is where he is NOT hiding.
