    Admin, thanks for the Truth.

FYI, the link in your lead post goes nowhere useful because it requires one to register before proceeding. If one chooses not to register, they can not read the html link

I knew it was far worse than the USG and BP initially admitted.

    How did I know it?

because the US Government and BP are liars. It was that simple.

When confirmed liars speak, you can almost always bet that the Truth is the opposite

of what the person or entity says.

We are in a world of trouble.

I have been opposed to the UN since the 1980s.

I could not discern the UN markings atop the white vans.

But if what the video said is in fact true, it is extremely disturbing.

    Thanks for this info.

Admin, let us not forget about the Congressional Black Caucus. And the Black MBA Students Association. Ad infinitum.

The Government wants racial strife. And crime. Black on black crime is far, far worse than white on black crime.

I think it is horrible the way our ancestors mistreated blacks. But I am not responsible for other people's actions.

All these black – centric institutions merely perpetuate racism.

    Switching gears.

Yesterday I met a very nice, smart African American man, named Carl F., who is suffering from cancer. He is having an operation right now, to see if the Drs. can do anything for him. We were laughing and he was in great spirits. A 15 minute meeting lasted 2.5 hours. Time flew by.

He was raised in an orphanage. He has no relatives. When he was 17, 18, 19, 20 years old, he went to seminary to see if he wanted to be a priest. The priests used to make him go and visit an elderly Nun. Her name was Katherine Drexel. She died in 1955 and is now a saint.

Carl would sit on her bed and she talked to him about his hopes and dreams.

Carl is a widower after 43 years of marriage.

Th point of this story is this: There is NO doubt in my mind that God DOES NOT have a separate place in Heaven set aside for black folks. Heaven is fully integrated. Ergo, it follows that it must be against the rules of Heaven for black folks to keep setting up separate institutions, like BET, Congressional Black Caucus, Black Miss America, etc, here on earth.

Today I spoke with a Mother of an 8 yr old autistic child and she told me that the incidence of autism has risen and it is now 1 in 91 live births.

Which is tragic beyond words 🙁

    Sigh.

    Whoa!!

If the lead post is true, and Obama and his corrupt cronies ordered the assassination of two American Citizens, inside the USA, this is indeed very troubling.

I urge everyone to copy and paste the lead email and send it to all of your friends ASAP so that it gets a very wide circulation.

The J.J. McNabb person quoted in the article, is an IRS front person who is paid by the IRS, she is DEMOSTHENES over at quatloos.com.

What is equally disturbing is that she appears to have zero remorse and instead focused only on Kane's seminars.

In any case, sometime in about 2004 or 2005, I came to realize that one of America's biggest threats is the corrupted Federal Reserve. The Fed wields power from the shadows so as to maintain their plausible deniability.

    Sigh.

If one clicks on the link above, and then drills down to Obama's Executive Order, it will be noted that the EO asserts that the term “State” has the same definition as used in 6 USC 101 ( 15 ).

But the interesting thing is that the term “State” is not defined in item (15 ) but rather, is statutorily restricted in item ( 14 ), to wit:

    Quote:
    (14) The term “State” means any State of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and any possession of the United States.

    Read more: http://vlex.com/vid/…3#ixzz0oycGZtwd

And we know that by applying the rules of Statutory Construction, that the “State” that is referred to above, are only the federal “States”, and NOT the Union of 50 several states united by and under the USA Constitution.

Thus proving once again what the free speech materials at FG and SEDM web sites are 100% correct and that federal statutory law is limited to federal employees and contractors, and to the federal zone only.

    YES!!

    Finally, some real common sense.

I am not a racist and in fact, I am currently dating a Latina who is an American Citizen, but even she agrees that the folks who snuck into the USA should not have been allowed to stay here.

The reality is that the federal government has failed in protecting the states from invasion. Please note that according to the USA Constitution, Article 4, Section 4, asserts:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive(when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

I have never heard a single TV “journalist” cite the conclusive fact that the federal government has a constitutional duty to protect Arizona from invasion by illegal immigrants. I wonder why.

Write letters to your editors of your local newspapers and educate them.

    Excellent discovery!!! Thank you!!!

This is AWESOME!!! And is entirely consistent with a long line of U.S. Supreme Court case such as Coppage v. Kansas (1915) and Meyer v. Nebraska.

When I get back to the law library next week I will definitely look up this case and copy it in its entirety and will study it very carefully.

For you FG readers out there, please know that you can cite a Washington state Supreme court case even though you do not live in Washington state, and you can link it up to the Full Faith and Credit clause of the USA Constitution.

All Union states must recognize and accept the public acts of all other states.

Franklin, that is a very incisive analysis. Thank you.

I concur 100%. However, I am not so sure, in light of Marbury v. Madison and the principle of judicial review, that every action by U.S. Congress, save purely 'political acts', is in fact subject to judicial review, or at least is a candidate for judicial review.

I have not read the 2000+page Obama Health Care “law”, but I suspect that it mentions “U.S. citizens”. And I would be curious to learn how the term “United States” is defined within the health care bill. I suspect it means on the federal United States. If such is the case, you can bet that the 22 Union states that are suing the corrupt USG, will NOT pick up on that legislative nuance.

Franklin, did you catch in the article that you linked to above, that the term “U.S. residents” was used?

    here is the excerpt:

“. . .The mandate for most U.S. residents to carry health insurance starting in 2014 is at the heart of the federal law's goal of medical coverage for all. Without it, the Justice Department explains in the filing, the new law – and its efforts to contain costs – becomes moot.. .”

I have been self insured for many years and I will not be compelled by threat of a fine from the corrupt US Government, to enter into a private contract.

I want to suggest that folks in the FG begin writing to the respective state attorneys generals and share with them analysis such as franklin's.

It is our duty as Sovereigns to educate these corrupt politicians.

    Thanks for sharing.

I think FG Forum needs an avatar of one or more guns. heh heh heh

My buddy bought an AR-15 last year and only paid about $1,100 or so. He was worried that Obama and the corrupt Democrats in Congress would be making it more difficult to buy guns, so he loaded up. But he has had a problem getting different types of ammo for his guns. He keeps his guns in a locked room, away from his daughters, but let me tell you, the dude is packing serious heat, enough weapons and ammo to supply a platoon. Truly an awesome sight. 😎

My friend owns about 40+ guns of all shapes and sizes, including an AK – 47. I held it a couple of times but have still not sent any lead down range but I hope to do so sooner rather than later.

I have never shot an .50, but there is a place, an abandoned quarry I believe, in New Hampshire where folks go and shoot their .50 all the time and nobody says nuthin. I love New Hampshire and almost moved there many years ago, but the commute to Boston was a real bear.

Gosh, I know that Springer got screwed by the corrupt IRS and DOJ, but for the life of me I can not understand why he is still hung up on trying to argue about the OMB numbers on the IRS Form 1040.

The 1040 is a form that does not apply to and should not be used by 99.99999% of all Americans. But it is required by those who are employed by the United States Government

The 1040 Form is for those who chose to make an election to have their earnings treated as if it were effectively connected to a public office – i.e. a trade or business or are otherwise engaged in the conduct of a trade or business within the U.S. Government.

May God watch over and protect Mr. Springer and his family and may the Holy Spirit enter Springer's mind and soul and show him the way to the Truth.

I am doubtful that things will implode so quickly as suggested above, but the reality is that we are already in a Depression.

Me? I am in the early stages of looking at possible guns to buy to protect my home, my loved ones, my liberty, and my property. I only own one gun right now, but it is a low caliber and I think I need more firepower just in case. Perhaps a MPA930 9 mm pistol and Browning .50 cal will do.

And I have a friend who has numerous guns and tons of ammo, just in case martial law and social chaos hits.

I already have water purification systems, medical victuals, and lots of food already safely stored.

We need a real revolution in this country, not a fake one orchestrated by the Bildebergers and the Fed.

I tried reading Kant numerous times when I was in my 20s and early 30s and I never could understand what he was trying to impart. It was frustrating. I still have Kant's Critique of Pure Reason and Metaphysics of Morals ( I think that was the title) in my library waiting to be read.

As far the moral development goes, I much prefer Jean Piaget's “Moral Development of a Child” — which my sister “borrowed” about 27 years ago and has yet to return to me.
