I am ashamed to admit it, but I went to a couple top tier kolleges and sadly, I too never read the Constitution in its entirety. No Professor ever asked me to do so either. And I never was tested on the Constitution.

In fact, I completed my undergrad degree and some grad courses, and STILL had not read the Constitution. How pathetic is that? Very pathetic. Tragic even.

fast fwd, sometime ago when I lived in another state, I had a chance to speak with a solicitor who accused me of being a “Constitutional scholar” simply because I was asking her questions about the two classes of citizenship in America.

I was in my 30s before I actually ever read the Constitution. And truth be told, I too do not understand parts of it completely.

One of the things that has been sticking in my claw for many years, is the fact that the term “United States” appears within the Constitution 47 times. I am not referring to the Bill of Rights.

Now, my cursory of the USA Constitution analysis that I did awhile back, indicated that in most instances, the term “United States” actually means the United States Government, sometimes referred to as the federal United States within FG materials.

What has baffled me is why would the Founders use the term United States and then imply that it had more than one meaning??

The other thing I do not understand is that the Constitution uses the term “State”, “States” and “several States” throughout, and I know from a Supreme Court case from the 1915 to 1919 period, I think it was Eisner v. Macomber, not sure, but the Court said that Congress may not statutorily define the term “income” because it is already in the Constitution. This explains why the term “income” is nowhere defined within the Internal revenue Code.

Now, applying that same logic as what the Supreme Court has, I do not completely understand how it is permissible for the US Congress to have hijacked the term “State”, in such a manner, so that it only means the federal States, and NOT the union of several states united by and under the Constitution.

The only explanation that makes sense to me is that since nearly all laws passed by Congress are applicable to US Government employees and to the Federal zone, that that is how they are able to get away with having hijacked the term “State” so that it means only the federal States, and not the 50 several states.

But even here, I am not certain my logic is correct 100%.

Anyway, if FG folks click on her website via the FG Forum, please know that unless you are on a public pc or behind a strong proxy, by going from FG directly to the alleged Professor's blog, one will leave a direct trace back to your pc.

So be careful. It is within the realm of possibility that this woman is being paid by the IRS to try and ferret out FG regulars and that she is using her fake blog to do so.

Why do I think this? Because no self respecting Professor that I have ever met or known, assuming that they are a genuine academic, would ever tolerate a work product, in this case, the Prof's blog cited in the lead post above, that contains so many misspellings. I mean, such sloppy practices directly undermine the alleged Prof's academic qualifications, which may help explain, of course, why she is stuck at Wayne State University. But even still, even at the lesser ranked law schools, academics generally will not long accept typos and misspellings on a blog that has their name and personal info.

It almost seems to me as if such misspellings on her blog were done intentionally as a feint to draw FG folks into her cyber sphere. That, coupled with her ramblings and whining about FG website, make me think that it is a scripted blog, with intentional misspellings, to try and raise the ire of us FG regulars, so that we might contact her via ph or email, or at the very least, try and click on her blog directly from the FG website.

The Fraud perpetrated by the US banks against the American People is astounding. But the sheeple sit by idly and most do nothing at all except whine and complain.

I know a guy who has a credit rating of 700+ and all of his banks/credit card issuers, severely reduced his lines of credit, even though he always paid his bills early or when due.

And so far as I know, there has never been a single conviction other than “Mousseiu” (spelling??) — alleged Hijacker #20 — related to the 9/11 crimes.

And M. Atta, the super – pilot, could have pulled off such an crime and then leave all manner of Korans, Boeing Manuals, How – Fly – For – Dummies books in his abandoned car?? C'mon!!!

And the so called U.S. Truth Commission for 911 NEVER spoke with or interviewed the long time head of maintenance who was in the WTC sub – basement when he heard distinct explosions BEFORE the collapse. A key on sight witness indeed!! IN fact, he toured America and lectured at numerous college campuses but has been isolated and ignored by mainstream media. Why?

And the 4 planes in question.

My theory is that they were hijacked all right. Hijacked by sinister forces inside the US Government via remote control avionics. Hijacked and controlled by a remote controlled device and then flown out over the Atlantic and then blown up over the ocean.

And the planes that hit WTC and Pentagon were likewise controlled by remote control.

On a more serous vein, I am curious to see the health status of all the folks that were habitual weed smokers during the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s up to and through the present. I mean, I have to think that the tar from smoking pot has to have really coated their lungs after 30+ years of smoking.

I personally think that in the true sense of being a Libertarian, if someone wants to smoke whatever, in the privacy of their own home, they should be permitted to do so. And if they also want to quench their thirst with Drano, they should do that as well. Government regulation of private conduct is wrong on its face.

The less government America has, the more freedom the Citizens have.

About 20 years ago, I predicted that as the pot smokers of yesterday assumed positions of influence and power in American society, that weed would be decriminalized, and that is exactly what has occurred.

I just want to warn all FG posters that the bona fides of JennieW have not been established, so her credibility is, well, lacking in a certain respect.

Assuming that the documents are authentic, this is far beyond troubling but it all makes sense. If Obama was actually born in Hawaii, as he claims, why not simply release the birth certificate from Hawaii and save $2 million in legal fees and all the headaches?

I think that everyone should download these documents and email them too all your friends, especially to those who are active duty and retired USA military, so they can learn the truth and decide whether their alleged CIC is a liar and a fraud.

LOL at Prollins insights. True and accurate to a large extent. We do not coddle newbie folks here. If you want your personal liberty, you have to make an effort to reach out and grab it and make it your own.

It is not that the FG regulars are unhelpful, it is just that some newbies show up with a few questions that they demand quick answers to, but they do not contribute any meaningful content in return. I am personally opposed to spoonfeeding newbies and coddling them.

Freedom is a very serious business and if a person lacks the discipline to search out the Truth, it is not my job to educate them and give them answers.

If, like most, you once signed an SS – 5 form and applied for a social security number, than you unwittingly gave up your personal sovereignty under the sovereign immunity act in title 28 of the United States Code. I highly recommend that you seek out and read Frank Kowalik's very easy to understand book. It is the most concise treatment I have yet read.

Do not get overwhelmed by the Great IRS Hoax Book. Simply read and study chapters 1,2,3,4,5 and you will have enough to chew on for weeks.

I have been coming to Fam Guardian for about 10 years, long before we had these Forums. That was back in the day when I literally could read the entire web site contents in about 2 days. Now, praise be to the Lord, it would take a person many, many, many months, if not years, to read everything.

But you need not read everything to understand that the IRS, US Department of Justice, and the US Government, is arguably the single most corrupt entity ever known to man. And they are slick about their deceit, too, because they have tricked 100+ million Americans into believing that they are free, when in fact, they are actually slaves.

But, thankfully, we have present in these forums, some of the best minds in America (seriously) that understands the nexus between freedom, personal liberty, prior U.S. Supreme Court cases, and income taxes, and we can explain in a way that makes it very easy to understand.

I know someone who used to a retail store selling cameras and such.

Anyway, one of his young, 20-something female clerks, accepted a PHOTOCOPY of a Amex Travelors check or a Money Order, I forget.

But get this, only the one side was a copy, the back-side was blank

So the “customer” bought a pack of batteries for like, $4 and change. And he presented the $100 bogus money order.

The female clerk gives him $96.00 back in change. LOL

And ya gots to wonder how our public schools can graduate anyone.

I still don't understand how the whole Bills of Exchange thing is supposed to work or the legal theories that supposedly supports it.

One thing I noted in reading the lead post, is that nowhere do the US Government lawyers quoted, ever mention “income taxes”. Instead, they kept saying “taxes”. Very interesting and deliberate omission of the word “income”.
