States That Have Lost Their State Sovereignty…

Warning: When the State borders are no longer in the State Constitution, it is the signal that the State has lost its sovereignty (and its state citizenship). Now, a central government has been formed which is the step into international communism through the United Nations.
Remember the first 3 words of the U.S. Constitution? “We the People…” and it explains how government power belongs to the people!
But to our detriment, communism has been at work in our country for a prolonged period of time, and people don’t seem to recognize the signs of our decay or how it’s happening. We didn’t get here overnight, and that’s by design. Have you read the Communist Manifesto? See the Citizen’s Rule Book “A Summary of the Communist Manifesto” page 8.
You also need to study your own state constitution. You may find the plight of your state constitution no longer describes the boundaries of the state, effectively abolishing the state.
Historic clues of doom: In an issue of TIME Magazine dated July 1992, Strobe Talbot, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State (1994–2001) stated what was quickly transforming our country into something hideous and unrecognizable to the American public:
“In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn’t such a great idea after all.”
Unfortunately, we are trending toward globalization, and our national sovereignty is in jeopardy. Legislators MUST pay attention to the freedom-robbing New World Order laws that are being incrementally handed off in each state. Our local, state, and national governments are being dangerously affected by foreign influence and are being systematically implemented by Quorum Courts, City Councils, State Legislatures, and Congress — our own elected officials.
Look at our last Arkansas legislative session and what occurred! The crypto mining/data center bills Act 851 (HB1799) and Act 819 (HB1654), were fraudulently represented and compel communist interests to come to our Natural State. These anti-American bills need a special session and repealed quickly. None of these crypto mining facilities should be run by foreign entities, anyway, especially Communist China, our known enemy, and then loosed to hook up to our power grid! We’ve warned about possible “War with China“.
In addition, legislators are penalizing counties for using paper ballots, Act 350 (SB250) and Act 743 (HB1687) attempted to ease the harsh consequences of Act 350 (HB250). Both bills need to be repealed to repair the damage and the penalization to counties and our election process.
And there are also the communist-minded legislators who were vehemently taking swings at trying to severely cripple our stellar Sunshine Law/ FOIA. Thankfully (HB1610) didn’t pass…
These were just a few nasty bills from the last session. All of this communist onslaught was hurled at us by RINO Republican legislators, dear readers… let alone signed and rubber-stamped by our RINO Republican governor, all working with the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC).
We are sorry to report this about state boundaries, but Secure Arkansas did check all the State Constitutions and found that there are only 18 states that still define the legal boundaries of their states… Just 18 states left. Rejoice if your state is one that still defines their state boundaries, but take note IF your state is not found listed because certain states have lost their sovereignty!

The following two states are the latest states to drop the definition of their legal state boundaries from the state constitution.
- Mississippi, Mississippi Constitution, Article 2 Boundaries of the state, Section 3 and 4, Section 3 Repealed by Laws, 1990, ch. 692, eff December 19, 1990. Note: Former Section 3 stated the limits and boundaries of the state of Mississippi which was repealed in 1990. Boundaries were dropped from the state constitution in 1990.
- Montana, Montana Constitution, No state boundaries are defined. The state boundaries were dropped from the state constitution in 1972 as adopted by the Montana Constitutional Convention, March 22,1972 and as ratified by the people, June 6, 1972. Referendum, No. 68. Note: Every time there is a State Constitutional Convention the people lose a little bit more freedom. So, beware of the Convention of States (COS) and Mark Meckler that wants a full-blown federal convention. It has been described as a nuclear option! All states that have called for the perilous Article V Constitutional Convention MUST cancel and repeal ALL calls for an Article V Federal Convention immediately. This is another anti-American ALEC supported stunt that has our whole U.S. Constitution targeted.
Mark Rush, the Waxberg Professor of Politics and Law at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, said this:
“Even more frightening is that the entire Constitution will be in play during a convention. The First Amendment could disappear; so could gun rights. There is no guarantee that any of our current constitutionally-protected rights would be included in a new constitution. The only guarantee is that all of those rights would be imperiled.”
Note: Out of the 50 U.S. States, only 18 states still retain their state boundaries defined in their state constitution. This is dreadful. Readers, you must get your state legislators to put the state boundaries back in your state constitution immediately! The Republic needs restored.

Federal delegations and state legislators, stop and think: would you buy a piece of property in which the legal boundaries weren’t defined? Of course you wouldn’t. The legal documents define what you own and control… BUT the World Economic Forum says that “we will own nothing and be happy”. What an asinine statement! People will become void of any pursuit of happiness. We must battle fiercely to stop this communist devastation!
Without state boundaries defined, we enter directly into regionalism, and regions are the building blocks of a communist international system known as a New World Order via the United Nations (UN). It’s just that simple. Regionalism in international politics will be a nightmare to deal with and understand. Whenever we see this progressive trend occurring it will become more tyrannical, and that will be clear to all of us at some point if we don’t stand up and take action.

Ten Standard Federal Regions Undergrid the Homeland Security Agency
The average American is not aware that the fifty states have been operating under internationally altered concepts, ever since 1972, at which time President Richard Nixon signed two executive orders overlaying a transitional world government framework upon the American states. He initiated and staffed Ten Standard Federal Regions, the intent and purpose of which is to eventually eliminate our states, and to replace them with regionalized world government management agencies, the on-coming “appointive” (non-elective) operational systems. Thirty years later (in 1972), the military teeth were introduced into these managerial regions as President George Bush plastered the militarized Homeland Security Agency (HSA) onto each state in the Ten Federal Regions. HSA also inherited the network of FEMA. At the same time, the force to preserve internal order requirement under complete disarmament of our nation (State Department Publication #7277) became powerfully vitalized!
The following is set up with a plan of the Federal Government being able to control the States. Tragically, President Richard Nixon on March 27, 1969 through the Government Reorganization Act divided the United States into ten Regions. To further implement this Regional Governance over the U.S.A., President Nixon signed Executive Order 11647 and entered it in the Federal Register February 12, 1972 (vol 37, No. s30).
Through the authority vested in him as President of the U.S., he established a Federal Regional Council for each of the ten standard regions. It stated that the President shall designate one member of each such Council as Chairman of that Council, and such chairman shall serve at the pleasure of the President.
ROLE OF FEDERAL REGIONAL COUNCILS IN IMPLEMENTING EXECUTIVE ORDERS
Executive Order No. 11490, under Section 101, states:
“This order consolidates the assignment of emergency preparedness functions to various (federal) departments and agencies… “
All the President has to do to activate this decree is, as has been pointed out, to declare a “national emergency”.
Gary Allen, in an article in the January 1973 issue of AMERICAN OPINION magazine, when discussing Executive Order No. 11490, warns:
“This order, empowers (federal) Regional council members, under the color of law, to control all food supply, money and credit, transportation, communications, public utilities, hospitals, and other essential facets of human existence.
“That is what regional government really means!”
It’s important to know that when the state legal boundaries are removed from the state Constitution, that’s when FEMA could rule the territory.

This is Metro/ Regional Government which is run by appointed officials (not elected by we, the people).

THE DAN SMOOT REPORT of February 1, 1965, stated:
“Advocates of governmental planning have visions of a new kind of America: they would transform our union of sovereign States into a regionally-planned, monolithically-unified nation divided into a score of metropolitan areas which sprawl across State boundary lines.”
“Each area will be ruled, at the ‘local level’, by only one governmental authority: a metropolitan government. Existing governments—city, county and State—will eventually be abolished.”
“To understand Regional Government, it is necessary to know, what Metropolitan Government (Metro) involves, because Metro and Regional Government are the same: government of an area or region by a central body of appointed officials who have unlimited and unconstitutional power. Promoters of regional government claim it is a new form of government, but it is the oldest form in history—dictatorship.”
Gary Allen in an article appearing in the January 1973 issue of AMERICAN OPINION magazine, defined Metro thusly:
“Metro is the governing of an area or region by a central body of ‘experts’—planners who are usually appointed and vested with great powers, and who are not directly accountable to the people.
“The purpose is to place all power in the hands of the federal government and to turn State, county, and city governments into administrative cogs [Councils of Government] in one big bureaucratic machine.”
Metro, therefore, is the accumulation of power in as few hands as possible—federally appointed, unelected bureaucrats beyond the recall of the electorate.
Metro policies and programs, goals and methods, appear in a variety of forms designed to deal with varying State and local laws. But the basic strategy involves merging and consolidation of local city or town governments into a larger area government—which is in consonance with the 10 federal regions established by Nixon’s Executive Order, and controlled by Washington, D.C.
HOW METRO/ REGIONALISM WORKS
Metro moves the heretofore independent divisions of local government into the collective whole. This is accomplished by the merging of city and county, county and district, and then State with other States, into a federal region.
When this has finally been achieved, there will only be two levels of government—federal and regional.
Another warning: The true purpose of metropolitan/ Regional government, as stated by its own architects, is to replace elected officials answerable to the citizen at the voting booth with hired professionals who are answerable only to those few people in a community who are able use their power and influence to secure the appointment of preferred professionals.

City, County, and State governments are all locked into this Regional program.
Moreover, we must beware of the changing degrees of regional organization, changing policies, and U.S. or UN figures as representative of an international system. (Like Arkansas Congressman French Hill…) Multinational corporations seem to want and promote regionalism, and they are involved in selling out this country.
Unconstitutional Official Acts Created by Statutes are Unenforceable

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be In agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:
The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it…..
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the lend, it is superseded thereby.
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.
We would be remiss if we failed to mention this NWO odious organization: the National Association of Regional Councils (NARC). They claim they are building regional communities! Yes, sad to say, that’s just what they’re doing. From their website:

Attention, Justices of the Peace! The National Association of Counties (NACo) supports and endorses U.N. Agenda 21/ Agenda 2030 and Sustainable Development, so most of what is being passed down from the Association of Arkansas Counties (AAC) is U.N. Agenda 21/ Agenda 2030 directives. The United Nations was designed from the start to promote the cause of world socialism. U.N. American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) – ALEC is a greedy, globalized corporate NGO bill mill. It is not just a lobby or a front group; it is much more powerful and secretive than that. Through ALEC, global corporations hand our state legislators their wish-lists to benefit their interests and corporate bottom line. Big corporations fund most of ALEC’s operations. They pay for a seat on ALEC task forces where corporate lobbyists and special interest groups vote with our elected officials to approve “model” bills the lawmakers bring back to their home state. ALEC prepares template bills for our legislators to sponsor in all states, so our legislators are handed their walking orders! Corporation lobbyists tempt the lawmakers with generous campaign contributions and perks to encourage them to sponsor, introduce and pass the threatening corporate ALEC legislation. Therefore, corporate ALEC TARGETS our lawmakers!
Shockingly, we believe that this shadow government, known as ALEC, now controls at least 31 governorships (or more) and more than two-thirds of state legislative chambers here in America! We lack representative government now. (Most governors serve a term of four years that terms out after two terms.) Do the math, and you can see that ALEC could have that state sown up for 8 long years via the governor whom they helped put in place!!! (Yes, corporate ALEC controls our Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckebee Sanders… right down to the government pension plans in the state! Again, do the math on pension plans across the country and that could involve trillions of dollars for which ALEC is making policy.)
Big corporate governance always involves shareholder interests/ value! The deep state, shadow government, global government, etc., and their dark money is used for control. Be aware that there is a chain-of-command in this state, and there are many puppets who need to be exposed and identified. ALEC also has a Private Enterprise Advisory Council which meets whenever the board of directors meets. Council members include representatives from prominent corporations such as Pfizer, AT&T, State Farm Insurance, and Koch Industries, for example.
Note: Appallingly, whenever you confront the legislator about a bill, they will falsely claim (in most cases) that THEY wrote the bill. HA! And many legislators are under the distorted assumption that ALEC is a conservative organization and therefore will engage in defending them because they are so dependent on ALEC. Just remember this: ALEC promotes globalism. Globalism IS communism! Communism works on both the right and the left political sides in order to achieve their goals.
Legislators, YOU must do your own thinking, reading and writing. We, the people, elected YOU to represent us, NOT to represent some corporate shadow government! Get away from your handlers that do everything for you. You must STOP filing and passing so many unconstitutional and bad bills. You know that there are entirely too many bills proposed in every legislative session, and therefore legislatures are overwhelmed. Nobody can keep up with this designed chaos, so STOP doing it, please! You have got to stop selling us out, or the consequences will be dire because YOUR actions in our legislatures are taking us toward creating a brutal dictatorship. We, the people, NEED you to do the right thing and uphold your oath to the Constitution to represent us properly. That precious oath was established to protect God-given rights.
Corporate America (the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA), posing as our government, has many corporate foreign players with deep pockets. Yes, we have corporate communist money in politics and corporate malfeasance! Does the Deep State like transparency? NO!
The dictatorial government regulatory agencies are really like small scale communist organizations that can become tyrannical. Why?… Because they fill the office of lawmaker, judge, and enforcer to MAKE you compliant.
Lawmakers and residents living in all the states of this country should be aware that the U.S. is still funding the United Nations/ NWO, and without American funding, the militant United Nations (UN) ceases be fully functional. So, we, the taxpayers are funding communism, our own destruction. We must stop all the aid (thru USAID) we give to adversarial communist countries, too.
Say your prayers, but also take action! Some righteous indignation is needed to drive out the money changers controlling and buying America.
In closing, the communist international system uses Regionalism as a stepping stone to globalism, and communism seeks to enslave us all… so this great nation MUST fight to survive and keep our state and county boundaries intact if we plan on keeping our national sovereignty.
