Thanks for responding.  Yes, I agree with your position, and I would also submit that I am in between a rock and a hard place with this current situation I am in (that led me to alter my own w-4 form)

 

I attempted to turn in a substitute w-8, the employer said his CPA payroll clerk wouldn’t take it.  I then turned in a PRIVATE w-4 with the Tax Attachment form.  His CPA also denied that as well.  I have not been able to find the name of the CPA as of yet, and I cannot get to the employer to legally record our conversations because he calls me most of the time. 

 

I understand and agree that this is not the NRA position.  Unfortunately it is my only option to earn money at this time.

I received communication from my employer that they accepted the altered w-4 form as valid submission for continued employment.  This is good news!

I m also having an issue concerning this area.  With “duress” being the nominal factor of my current employment contract, I have decided to create a custom form for submission.  I am hoping to locate the proper forum or topic for submitting modified forms.  In my circumstance, I am attempting to do this modified submission to preserve my inalienable rights and privacy.
