Re form 6.002 rev 8/11/12

 

Dear Sir,

 

On page 14 of the PDF, sec 4.2, reads –  “A STATUTORY “non- citizen national” per 8 U.S.C. sec 1101(a)(21) and 8 U.S.C. sec 1452 is a STATUTORY “alien” but a CONSTITUTIONAL “citizen”.

 

I believe it should be –   …but not a CONSTITUTIONAL “citizen”
