Thanks for the heads up.  Not what I wanted to hear.

 

The reality is I’m a perpetual traveler though.  I’ve been traveling for 3.5 years, and really do not have a permenant address.  Not sure what that changes legally.

 

In all reality though, does an underling processing these application know this?  Not likely. 

 

If I could present the right laws and statues I belive there is a good chance I can get the visa pages processed without further hassle. 

 

It’s critical though that I present the right case by the right laws, framed in the right way.

 

I likely only have one shot here.

 

Any laws on the books that may assit me I’d be most grateful for the references.
