Update: The Magistrate has backed down, I believe. I did not file any of the above with the Court. I do however, have a fee schedule that I wrote up and almost filed, and as soon as I have time, I will locate it and copy/paste it here.

To answer your questions: both Federal.

Now, please don't think of me as stupid…but…

    1. When you say “Fee Schedule”, you mean, for example: the rate per hour of work/time spent dealing with their crap?

    2. And when you say “Notice of Lien”, you mean a regular notice of lien, specifically, I'm thinking a Nonconsensual lien? Per wikipedia, “Nonconsensual liens typically arise by statute or by the operation of the common law. Those laws give a creditor the right to impose a lien on an item of real property or a chattel by the existence of the relationship of creditor and debtor.”

    3. And then who would one file a criminal complaint against the Magistrate with? The FBI/US Atty Gen, I'd imagine due to 28 USC 535 (him being a government employee), but are there others? I seem to recall hearing someone saying you could file a complaint with someone else (associated with the Courts), is that possible/recommended?

As soon as I get a little clarification on the above, I'd be more than happy to post my work products here, personal info redacted, as soon as I have them available (written).

    Thanks in advance.

Remember this: the Star Spangled Banner tune was adopted from a supposed drinking song. And yet we had prohibition. Acorn alcohol saved Plymouth. And yet we had prohibition. 2-4% by volume alcohol rendered water drinkable during colonial days, yet we had prohibition. Americans forget their history.

The “In God We Trust” issue is due to the rise of atheists and agnostics, I believe. And America, a nation founded on Christianity of many denominations, is now kowtowing to those “special interests”.

Bottom line is: we need change in America. Actual change.

Sorry to being this up again, but I was speaking to a friend, who brought up something I could not myself refute properly…

    Quote:
    (2) without limiting the authority to investigate any matter which is conferred on them or on a department or agency of the Government.

My friend said that since the FBI investigates matters that are usually, for the most part, conferred on them, then the FBI can investigate anyone. He also said that another example would be that if Local Police Department A contacted the FBI for “assistance,” that the FBI would be able to investigate anything or anyone since it was “conferred” on them.

The only thing I could think to refute him was that it means that the FBI can investigate other people (non-government employees and whatnot) while investigating government officers and employees. For instance, if the FBI were investigating Government Employee A, and while investigating found that he might have had accomplice Non-Government A, then they could investigate non-government A.

    Who is correct here?

I read somewhere that if someone could find a statute or whatnot calling that into question, then to let you know, so I'm letting you know since I don't know.

Thank you Neo, I'll have to read through the Includes and including stuff, yes, and will have to thoroughly read trough the other things in more detail than a one-time read. I'll get back to that at a later time, if I have questions.

The one thing that I do have a question about however, is you're stating you believe the wording “includes” in that case means the 50 states (union) AND the DC Court.

28 USC 1332(e) is quoted a lot here,

    Quote:
The word “States”, as used in this section, includes the Territories, the District of Columbia, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Again, I know this is not famguardian, but the forum posts are here…so…(I believe this is somewhere on famguardian as well)

http://sedm.org/Form…hyANational.pdf at Page 43, Line 34, for example, one of many examples, states that here they are referring to Statutory States, and not Constitutional States. As such, I'd like to think that the same should apply to other definitions that use “Includes” in Title 28.

However, I have yet to find a place on here that describes why 28 USC 1332(e) “Includes” means an exclusion of everything else. Unless that's what the whole “statutory privilege” as talked about in that section of WhyANational refers to, in which case, would that not as well apply to the above 28 USC sections I quoted in the original post?

  • What I've noticed is simple: people don't want to believe they've been deceived as much as they have been. They like the “security blanket” if you will.

How I've managed to convince a few people: do a couple small tests. The simplest being sending mail for 2 or 3 cents through the post office. When it gets delivered (around here, it's about half time delivered…I've gotta have a talk with my postmaster at some point…) they can't believe their eyes. I do it again, and they finally start realizing that this country of ours is not all that it appears. It brings them partly around to accepting the concepts of multiple “United States” and the rest.

Emailed the link to a friend, who had an interesting idea…maybe he mis-spoke, and meant his grandfather.

His mother's father did serve in WWII. According to Google.

June 30, 2012 at 5:07 am in reply to: Obamacare is constitutional — here's why.

Romney has stated that he won't repeal Obamacare, just re-configure it or something to that effect. He's going to keep certain things (most of it), and get rid of certain things (the you have to pay for it), I don't know how he intends on doing that.

The ruling just astounds me, usually the Courts and Congress don't blatantly do things that prove to the “American” citizens that there is something wrong and that the Constitution might not apply to them. The don't seem to understand that their rights are privileges, why they have limitations on their “rights”.

But, speaking of the “illegality” of it, didn't Obama threaten the Supreme Court about Obamacare a while ago? Didn't Obama make some comment about wanting to replace/get rid of the Supreme Court? If so, is it at all possible that someone could get it over-ruled, based on the fact that the three branches of government didn't stay separate? But that there was Executive pressure on the Judaical branch? I mean, if I've properly read and understand parts of this site, then it is possible…but highly unlikely.

My solution to America: do what famguardian/sedm say. Divorce the United States. Avoid Gov Franchises. All the rights will be yours once more. It's just convincing people they've been deceived, and that they should do that…but America is ignorant, blind, and stupid. I hope that's not just my opinion…A

And the IRS being bigger kind of frightens me. Too much power…

I am terribly sorry if I have given you the impression that I am in some way forcing slave labor upon you, for that surely is not the intent.

I am reading a lot of your material, and re-reading a lot of it, and it is confusing on certain aspects. So I come here for assistance.

I have come to a realization that I have only barely assisted you, typographical errors, and I would like to do something more, which is why I had an idea of putting together a bit of stuff in the next few weeks, upon further study of this sort of thing, and giving it to you via the forums, to assist you in your website, if need be, or to potentially assist anyone who would like to do the same, or to be a theoretical study guide (since, until it would be done, I'd imagine it'd have to be theoretical) for anyone interested in the same.

I only really had a question of the legal status of the Law of Nations, since that seems like a good starting point.

Again, I am terribly sorry if this appears to be forced labor, since that is not the idea.

Ah. Sorry. I wasn't actually asking anyone to do research for me here, I just wondered if those acts would have changed it/supplemented it in any way.

I never thought of the fact that if they'd been changed, they'd need to update the USC to reflect it. Thanks for that bit of information. Clears up a good amount of questions.

So, if it's a supplement, does that mean that everything that Constituion disagrees with (per se) with the AOC, who trumps whom? Does anything in conflict render those parts null and void in the Const. or the AOC?

From what I've read of the AOC recently, I'd think the Const. would become null and void (at least the parts in disagreement) since it was not an “amendment” to the AOC technically, and from what you say the AOC was never repealed.

Okay, I'll have to get back to reading everything, probably re-read what I've already read. I want a full understanding of what I'm doing before I do it, I hope you can at least understand and respect that.

A couple questions, again, a bit simpler I hope. Sorry to offend, if I have.

    1. You still can get a driver's license without a SSN, a passport without a SSN, etc right? I trust that's all somewhere on the site? I'm not referring to a “normal” DL, but a DL nonetheless? Since, you can't dtrive without some form of license, right?

    2. You terminate all use of SSN with some form provided on this site, or by use of instructions somewhere on this site?

    3. The government benefits you're referring to are what? SS, government loans, what else? I don't currently get SS, nor have any government loans, and I don't plan on getting any of them any time soon, if ever (since by the time I retire, SS won't have money I'd imagine), so are there anything else I'd be giving up, or would I be in the same exact place (just with every benefit that being a non-resident, etc., has?)

    4. If I encounter problems, questions, etc, while re-reading and trying to understand the Great IRS Hoax and the Path to Freedom document, as I already have had some questions, but will re-read and try to figure them out, would you and others on the forum be willing to help me understand?

Okay, so you can have a SSN and not use it, and be a non-taxpayer? And attach the form to everything?

A few questions then, if I might ask…

    1. How do you “fix” the SSN issue? If you divorce the US and denumber yourself, how do you correct the number to be “nothing” on documents you've already submitted? Court to license to banks to education, etc?

    2. On the divorce the US form, from what I've read, you need to add certified mail numbers to things, how do you do that? Sorry if I'm being stupid.

    3. And, what are the ramifications of doing so? I read that nationals get SS money when they retire?

    4. How does that work if they don't have a SSN?
