This is a rehearsal for martial law. They say it is to protect the United States [which is the District of Columbia] from terrorists [which, according to the Patriot Act, is YOU]. It is directed from the white house by the “president”. There will be foreign troops in the exercise. They no longer speak of states, they speak of regions. They are no longer afraid of the People.

The People, as usual, will give their consent and this will encourage them to have these “exercises” over the entire American land mass before the year is out. Very shortly now the union states will be one huge gulag.

These comments are not based entirely on belief (religion). The empirical evidence is in the pattern of the People giving their consent each step of the way. The Declaration of Independence requires the government to obtain the consent of the People. And the government always abides by this requirement. Just a few examples of the pattern…

1. Katrina was a rehearsal for gun grabbing and confining masses of people in one place. The People consented and it went well.

This consent encourages further more extreme activities.

2. The 750 billion dollar bailout provoked the People's outrage, and it was taken off the table. However, a week later the People gave their consent (by remaining silent) and the thing was passed. The People then verified their consent by sending back to Congress all but six of those who voted for the bailout.

3. This bailout consent was followed by bank and company grabbing by the “president” as well as other bailouts. What the People actually consented to, by consenting to and verifying their approval of the initial bailout, was implementation of the marxist plank that requires the government to control the means of production. And, of course, the means of production is the People. The People have consented to becoming slaves after God has rescued them time and again.

The People have abused their sovereign perogative of consent, and they will be soundly punished for abusing rights granted by God.

Their consent to evil after evil is an offense against God who listed for the People all the evils kings work on them when the people vest the king with power.

The craft of lawyers is words. The ONLY thing they can use to steal from you is words, crafty definitions, and tricks with the word “includes”. You better watch your mouth whenever you're talking to one of these serpents. If you want words to describe what is being taken, use “earnings”. That word hasn't been hijacked yet by those in the District of Criminals.

See advertisements on tv now, especially from Kraft, their products do not have the growth hormone in their products. Heard somewhere that WalMart and Kroger do not buy any milk containing growth hormones.

It was dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction. It was not “with prejudice”. So they can come back when they feel like it. Thanks for your suggestions, definitely will do some reading. I have been reading a lot and taking a ton of notes. I have been in this since the beginning of 2003 and still in.

My friend has taught me a lot and very grateful for this, he is a very good friend of Irwin. He is at this moment “detained”, so that is why I am in here inquiring.

I am NOT a taxpayer and haven't been since 2002. All I am saying is my case was dismissed. There is so much on this site don't even know where to begin. I am a non-resident alien. I thought I could find it here.

If anyone has the IRC Manual, maybe you should check out IRC 7851 and IRC 6361-6365. Repeal, Repeal, Repeal.

What I have read in here helps tremendously also.

I appreciate your input Bing. I have not paid taxes since 2002, am getting ready to go to Tax Court soon. I was just curious.
