Wow, none at all? Thanks a bunch

It's a good thing the “income tax” will be revamped by people who probably never truly worked a day in their lives.

I've decided to be a little more non confrontational with friends and family about the whole income tax hoax and it's impact on society. While I'm glad that some listen and start researching for themselves, most people just flat out deny deny deny. Friends and workers of mine with PhD's from leading institutions refuse to even READ the constitution or the USC because they already know what it says (yeah right).

I'm an engineer, so I'm particularly baffled when people, who spend years studying every aspect of a particular rubber or a particular style of jet engine, will not even try to understand the basics of the tax code because they are “not lawyers”.

I almost gagged when one of these people called himself a patriot. Ahh, ignorance is bliss sometimes is it not?

Hope all of you are doing well, and keep fighting for your rights.

Hey Fiddo, ya beat me to it 😉

I really wish this case had more updates… perhaps this will be the major blow we've all been waiting for? Not finishing them off, but finally waking up the sleeping country to the fact that they've been duped.

and it has to be said, Bob Shulz is awesome

I almost had to vomit after reading that. I feel at any point in my day to day life, that i could feel a little tap on my shoulder, turn around, and see a semi automatic pointing at me… ready to wisk me away for questioning only to never be seen again.

But they WON'T SCARE ME AWAY 😡

    This has got to stop

    Fido,

reminds me of one of my favorite Mark Twain quotes

In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man; brave, hated, and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.

as well as the more humorous

“First God created idiots, this was for practice. Then he made congress.”

I know you don't need advice from me, but keep on trying my good man! There are others out there doing the same.

    Author #2,

Ah, that's what I was thinking. It's kind of odd then that they can even put a section like that in there. I mean, it would be like putting a “liability to withhold for citizens of Hong Kong”.

But yeah, that was the only idea that I was hung up on, and I wanted to sort it out before I started to pass this info around to some friends. I just want to be able to argue every point you know? 🙂

    Author #2,

I've read through the SEDM “WhoAreTaxpayers.pdf”, and I quite enjoyed it. Very short and to the point. Though there was only one issue that confused me and I can't seem to wrap my head around it. Pg 10 Line 36 it shows that most humans are “nationals” but not “citizens” and non-resident aliens. That is understandable, no problem. Then, page 12 table 6-1, the witholding agents are listed as 1441, 1442, and 1443. 1441 lists nonresident aliens, yet just below this table, it's says that we would be none of the above. Am I just missing the logical leap? Is it that we are non-resident aliens in regards to our non-federal employer (ie the man that gives me a check every month)?

Perhaps I just need some more coffee 🙂

ahh, makes sense then. I thought the icon to the left of it would've shown the little lock though, that way it would be less ambigious. The current letter icon basically says “no new replies”, implying that it might be possible to do so. Either way, I understand now

Apparently our friend Gene is making some headway with all the people in the pychiatric ward… even the on duty chaplain apparently can't find any fault with his line of reasoning. Interesting…

I'm very happy for Gene, he seems to be extremely good at recruiting people to his cause. Sure, none of this will make national headlines, but baby steps are important too.

    Author #2,

First, you're awesome. I read the information from your site for about an hour a day. Honestly, learning about law, the consitution, etc has never been so interesting and insightful.

Second. How do you sleep at night? Not out of guilt, but there is just so much information on your site! I've been going through it voraciously at times, and it feels like it would take me years to scan it all. Kudos to you my good man, it's good to know that the liberty movement has you on their side.

    JWR,

Ya beat me to posting, it's nice to know that others were concerned about Mr Chapman.

What I find funny about the whole situation is that this validates his fear about government control. He believed that the government was controlling his rights, via the social security number, from exercising his unalienable rights.

In this case, he was going to exercise essentially his right to redress (ask one last time to make right the situation). His right to labor was already taken away because he couldn't get employment. He is now going to be taken, against his will, to a place which will probably drug him up (taking away his right to his faculties).

All of this was done by the government for what? His protection? I'd like to hear one social security advocate try to convince me how this man's life is now better off because of the social security scam.

In protecting him, they took away his right to work, his right to be free, his right to take his life. At no point was he going to inflict death upon others. The IRS had the cops do their dirty work such that they can keep chugging along, letting the lie live on for another day. Yippee

end rant 🙂 But here's hoping that Gene shows them up by getting released after they determine that in fact, he's not crazy.

His final explanation for his actions/beliefs (posted on his site slavefreedom.com)

Posted 1/2/2005 10:14:36 AM by Gene Chapman

Flee The Wrath Of God To Come.

When I was a little boy, all the preachers within and without my family told me that when the social security number transforms from being a benign number dealing with the Social Security Administration to being an all inclusive control number over every aspect of life, “Get away from it!”

Since September 11, 2001, I have seen this transformation, such that Federal and State laws now mandate proof of a social security number just to renew a commercial driver's license, for example. Bank accounts, credit cards, everything is now tied to the social security number.

As a Christian who fears the 'wine of the wrath of God' (Revelation 14:10) for utilizing a government imposed control number on my ability to “sell” (Revelation 13:17) my labor, I can no longer use a social security number.

For two months in South Carolina, I have sought employment and been outright refused or turned down suspiciously a half-a-dozen times over my polite religious refusal to use a social security number. My savings is now gone, and I now demand from the IRS an answer in writing:

    1) Must I have a social security number to have a job and get paid by an average employer in the United States?

    2) Will the U.S. Government defend my religious requirement not to have or utilize a social security number when employers refuse me employment because of my lack of a social security number?

The EEOC and the Social Security Administration directed me to the IRS and an IRS ruling of July, 2003 for an answer. The IRS has not responded, and I am dying economically for lack of clarification.

Thus, the IRS will provide me in writing either the answers to my two questions by 10:30 a.m. today or written assurance of a written response to the questions within seventy-two hours, or I shall be forced to take my life at 10:30 a.m. in the IRS parking lot this morning.

    Respectfully,

Gene K. Chapman, Servant of The Son of Man

    P.O. Box 2368
