I do not know. Up until now, I have NEVER – EVER seen a US supreme Court case that deals with rights that US Nationals (as defined in 8 USC 1408 / 8 USC 1452) have been entitled to in a US supreme Court opinion.
I do not think anyone can pull such a case, because I believe no supreme Court opinion even talks about US national rights. Then again, I could be wrong… humbly I say…

[post=”1356″][/post]Hmmm… it would be interesting to see if there were any “right to travel” supreme court cases passed prior to the 14th amendment. Wouldn't that ensure that the “Citizens” in question then would be U.S. Nationals by today's definitions?
I'll try and look into it, but I'll have a better chance of finding something when my USSC CDs come in 🙂
good work Sonik, we're just trying to keep you on your toes

thanks for the heads up about this CD Author #2. This will be awesome! It's like a hobby that's actually relevant to everything around myself, friends, and loved ones

Based on your new conversion, you may wish to buy the United States Supreme Court Plus CD-ROM for $79.? It has ALL Supreme Court opinions all the way back to about 1849 on a single CD-ROM.? I have it and it's GREAT.

[post=”1287″][/post]does it come with the folio view software? It doesn't explicitly mention it, that's why I'm curious.
and it appears to be windows only… so it looks like I'll have to fire up virtual PC to get it cranking away on my mac 🙂

but sonik, what if I'm not a “citizen of the United States” 😉
You may want to lose this one… but that's just my humble opinion.
- Sonik Speed wrote on Mar 19 2005, 08:34 PM:With no disrespect for Rattler and his grandmother, there are stories that are so deeper that you need to read about it. Some very disturbing stories about the IRS (there practices and other stories). May I suggest these two books:
“Unbridled Power” – by Shelly Davis
“The Power to Destroy” – by Senator Roth
Buckle your seatbelts!

[post=”1264″][/post]None taken sonik 😉
besides, i hate playing the pity card, and I always know that tragedy occurs on a bell curve, and there is always a bunch of people that got the far more brutal end of it. But as I talk to more people about this, I am shocked by the fact that nearly everyone has an IRS horror story or at least some very unpleasant situations. But everyone must think they are just the unlucky one-in-a-million.
I haven't read those books yet… but I'll get to them. I'm still going through the givemeliberty 2004 conference CD's I bought from you (btw, pm me if the payment didn't work out)… these cds are AWESOME. Everyone should get a copy or give to loved ones as a present! I already ordered another copy for my brother… cause you don't have to wait till someone's birthday to give the gift of liberty 🙂
take care all

ahhh, so funny… so true… and thus so sad really 🙂
this is a good article to forward along
Great stuff Bob… I'm sorry for being such a dummy about this all, I was merely “awakened” to the american matrix back in September after watching the online constitution classes by Michael Badnarik. Since then, I've been voraciously reading and catching up!
RE:guns… I am signing up with my roommate to start taking classes this summer. Granted, it will be nearly impossible for me to get a “permit” (to exercise a right, how stupid and silly) in Massachusetts, but I will try my darndest. Everything worth having is worth fighting for.
And here I used to make fun of my little brother for playing with his bb gun and air rifle. Oh how the tables have turned 🙂
take care all
This just keeps getting better and better. I mean honestly, how can ANY social security supporter hear about this “filing cabinet full of IOUs” and think everything is fine and peachy.
I have a pdf copy of this that I will keep on hand at my office for ANYONE that thinks social security is a legitimate program. In fact, I think I'm gonna start postering!
thanks for the link
I thought sonik speed would get a kick out of this
26CFR31.3121(e)-1
Sec. 31.3121(e)-1 State, United States, and citizen.
(a) When used in the regulations in this subpart, the term “State''
includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the
Virgin Islands, the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii before their
admission as States, and (when used with respect to services performed
after 1960) Guam and American Samoa.
Notice they say includes… the Territories of Alaska and Hawaii B E F O R E their admission as States.
The only thing troubling… why is that last States capitlized? If it were an admission to a federal state, the terroitories would just become admitted as new territories? It becomes a recursive loop.

See 26 USC 7701 (definition of 'person') and also the chapter dedicated to CRIMES.

[post=”1317″][/post]right, I just was curious as to if there was something more to that. I figured the trade or buisiness approach is much more effective as it ties in a whole bunch of things that become blatantly obvious that deception is occuring.
- Ben wrote on Apr 2 2005, 11:09 AM:Sorry, can't stay away from this topic!
Hmmm….couldn't Congress just write 7701 like this:
For the purposes of this subtitle:
(1) the terms ?includes? and ?including? are not limiting.
which they did here:
Rules of Construction – Title 28, section 3003
HA!
I'm led to believe that anybody who thinks 7701 and section 3003 of Title 28 say the same thing is willfully clinging on to government obfuscation for dear life.
[post=”1313″][/post]Nice find!
- Sonik Speed wrote on Apr 2 2005, 12:48 PM:Ben…
Oh that's a nice one! Never knew that quote existed!
The 'include' and 'includes' argument sets forth ALOT of argument. Basically what I am saying is that this argument, by far, is the MOST IMPORTANT argument, in order to prove that (just to name a few arguments)
a ) Your state is not included
b ) Trade of Business Scam Argument
c ) The person argument
It is the nucleus of all the preceding arguments. Without giving MAJOR IMPORTANCE to this argument, NONE OF THE ARGUMENTS above would exist! I am rather upset somewhat that this is NOT being talked about much in the threads. Therefore, keep studying this ENTIRE POST and the “3 Proofs” and the proofs you provide with “means” and “includes”, as stated above where a limitative term is used in the same sentence as an expansive.
[post=”1314″][/post]I've seen the “state” and “trade or business” arguments… what are the depths of the “person” argument? I understand that I am a nonresident alien because of the definition of individual, but how is that different from the “trade or business” argument that Family Guardian Fellowship wrote up?
PS
Author #2, have you updated the “research needed” section lately? I am interested in helping you out, but I don't know whats already been done, etc.
Though I wanted to help you revamp your website in terms of cosmetics before, I feel like doing a good ole link check and site map might be more beneficial. Yes/no? There is a ton of really good information here, it's just difficult to find the really really good gems at times.
Thanks man, I appreciate it….
Now it's time to work so others don't have to go through the same situation.
Do you ever feel like we just need to market the tax honesty movement better? I know there will always be people that deny the facts, but I wonder how many people are out there that are just waiting to be unplugged from the matrix.
I've also joined a libertarian PAC, with one of my goals being to educate the masses. I used to be a video game playing idiot… no more. These are the things that drive me now!
As long as people like Dick Simkanin are in prison, I can't sit idly by.
Enjoy your weekend all.
Author #2, this belongs in the GreatIRSHoax “they said it best themselves” 🙂
