Awesome, thank you! I was curious. Because when searching those same cites it seems there are a bunch of other sites that didn’t bother doing their homework either and they are a lot of places that are quoting those cites with the same information. Funny how people just take anything they see as fact without doing a drop of research before they re post or quote things.

Well I tried looking up the first 3 cases that it shows on this page. And I was unable to find the quotes or even any of the keywords that are quoted next to those cases if that makes any sense.
“For a crime to exist, there must be an injured party (Corpus Delicti) There can be no sanction or penalty imposed on one because of this Constitutional right.” Sherer v. Cullen 481 F. 945:
I looked up this case and I can’t find any reference to delicti or injured party or complaint.
“With no injured party, a complaint is invalid on its face”. Gibson v. Boyle, 139 Ariz. 512
I looked this case up and couldn’t find the word injured anywhere.
Also curious about the Bill of rights in the 6th amendment.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Confronted with the witnesses against him. That doesn’t necessarily mean the injured party does it? Could the police officer be the witness?

I have done lots of research I just have not put it all down into this post. I really appreciate the info that you have just linked. This is some new information that I have not found yet. Let me read through these new items and books you have posted here and I will respond if I have any more questions.. Thanks!
