    Thanks for the reply Bing.

I agree with you 100%. I am aware that I broke the immigration laws and that it is not good.

My thought of thinking at the time I took that decision was that I had establish a life in America, unwillingly. At the age of 8, you don't have much say, in what country you want to live in when your family migrates. I received an American education, my family lives in America and all my friends are American. I just figured that I would find my soul mate and get married and that everything would be fine regarding my illegal alien status. Things don't always happen the way you expect them to.

I am not asking for sympathy, I am just explaining why I made that decision.

It is time I take responsibility for my actions and look for alternate ways. I have spoken to immigration lawyers about this matter and they've told me that marriage is the best solution in my case do to the fact that I have already broken immigration laws. Another solution would be to leave the country, get sponsored by my parents (they both have their green cards) and wait 8 years for the papers to process (do to the huge waiting list) before I can return to America. It is a long waiting time, But the law is the law.

You are right Bing, I need to take care of this matter before I can try and learn what I can do to lawfully stop paying income taxes.

    Again, thanks for your reply.
