Thanks for your valuable information. I am going to perform some of your suggestions. My computer was down last week so I was unable to read your reply until a few minutes ago.

I am also sending two requests this weekend; (1) the State of Washington Senate Judiciary Committee and (2) the House of Representative judiciary committee, to investigate why my motion to vacate a void judgment pursuant to “CR60(:cool: (5) the judgment is void”, was dismissed without being addressed and why I was penalized by the State Judiciary with an additional retalitory judgment for filing the motion when the State Judiciary has a mandatory non-discretionary duty required by CR60(:cool:(5) law to be performed vacating void judgments, brought pursuant to that law by Citizens who's rights are effected.
