I am new to the forum but have downloaded the Path to Freedom from SEDM and am following that path. As a result I need to get a “non-citizen national” passport to replace the former one which expires in Nov 2012. I noticed that the DS-11 form on the Family Guardian site has not been updated with the new expiration date, bar code etc. I do not have the programs to do that and I wondered if it is in progress. Please advise. Thanks

I am new to the forum…so has this lawsuit been filed? I did read through it briefly and it looks GREAT! I also wonder if the recent Supreme Court Decision of June 16, 2011 in case # 09-1227 Bond vs US has been a help to this case. Based on my reading of the decision it appears to reconfirm both individual and State of the Union sovereignty.
