Well i just had an attorney tell me that the Constitution and the Supreme law has nothing to do with it and that every State does not have to abide by the united States of America Constitution at all.

Homosexuality is also classified as sodomy in the Bible as well as common law and the law books of the united States of America. Sodomy rather man on man, woman on woman, or man on woman is an abomination to God. So either way the Scripture shows that it is a sin that God hates just as much as any other sin.

And if a man is doing it, even to a woman, there is a homosexual spirit upon them because there is no difference… a butthole is a butthole PERIOD!

Although they are way past the default time and the default notice has been sent, I just received this in the mail on yesterday.

The funny part about it is that they call themselves stating the codes and statutes but yet as you read down further they say in so many words that they dont care what the Law says or the Constitution says they will not respond to any more correspondence unless it is in the form of a “served summons and Complaint issued by a recognized Court pursuant to current Florida or Federal Law.”

Well this is a bold statement that says F%#* your Constitutional Rights and U.S. Supreme Court rulings!!!

In my situation, I would send them a Default Notice Affidavit and letting them know that they have consented to everything in said document! Because it does state if they do not answer the questions or rebut the document that they have consented and admitted that it is all truth. Remember silence is consent!
