Hey Bing! What's with the angst? I didn't write to this forum to be chided by you are anyone else. And I'm not looking to be spoon feed.

Yes, I followed the instructions of “Cracking the Code.” There is a lot of information out there. Not only am I busy 12 to 14 hours a day, but I am also studying for my CLNC certification. Now that it is the weekend, I have spent all of my Saturday researching the literature for answers.

So, being snide with me on this so called Christian Forum isn't very brotherly, is it? I was looking for some kindly advice, not acrimony. Being pugnacious in your explanation isn't becoming of righteous man, but then again maybe you are not.

And who are you to presume that you know anything about me or my circumstances? It wasn't my intentions to insult anyone, but if you are insulted then you are probably someone who is offended easily as well.

Deciphering the IRC isn't an easy task, especially since it is so convoluted and easily used to manipulate.

Thanks for the input, Sonik Speed. I will look at United States vs Malinowski [347 F.Supp 352]. I also am in the process of doing a commercial affidavit against my brith certificate. I am continuing my study of “the hoax” and other material on this site. Thank God for this site. I feel that it is my mission to help expose the truth. Because of the amount of time I have to invest in doing this ( I work ungodly hours), this may be a slow process.

I have no idea how my employer will end up responding to my requests, but after I file my commerical affidavit and provide them with a copy, they will be put on notice of any more violations of my rights, including a commercial lien against the payroll officer and the company. This company, by the way, is the largest dialysis company world wide. Have I got my work cut out for me? But I anticipate the challange.

If you are anyone else have any ideas how to respond to the blantant disrespect my employer is …employing against me to confiscate my property (earnings), then I'm all ears.
