You are right about the sheer volume of info it is daunting.

I might recommend Jurisdictionary, the price of their Law Course is $219 for the works.

They are also setting up law study groups for their members through out the Cities and States.

I have their law course and I think it is great.

I have been contacted about setting up a study group in my local area.

They have testimnials on their web site.

I figured I would need it some day.

Here are a few links that might also help.

Here a few good quotes for your consideration.

    8. DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW

    Summary:

Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

For the purpose of Section 242, acts under “color of law” include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the their lawful authority, but also acts done beyond the bounds of that official's lawful authority, if the acts are done while the official is purporting to or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. Persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute include police officers, prisons guards and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials. It is not necessary that the crime be motivated by animus toward the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin of the victim.

I am sorry to say that I paid into Social Security for 50 years, and now the IRS is taking about half of it for alleged back taxes, without a Court Order I might add.

They also show my Social Security Number as a TIN.

I have Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure at 65 years of age, there may be things I could find to do for work, but I usually can't go for more than a few hours without resting.

After 50 years of paying in and then them taking almost half, I feel like they have me down and kicking me.

My letters and Affidavit's have done no good so far.

I suppose when they take it all I get get out of SS.

They are taking my SS without a court order, which United States v. O'Dell say's they need a Court Order.

I am trying to come up with an indictment to see if that would stop them.

“It is very true that a corporation can have no legal existence out of the boundaries of the sovereignty by which it is created. It exists only in contemplation of law, and by force of the law; and where the law ceases to operate, and is no longer obligatory, the corporation can have no existence. It must dwell in the place of its creation, and cannot migrate to another sovereignty.” [Bank of Augusta v. Earle, 38 U.S. (13 Pet.) 519; 10 L.Ed. 274 (1839)]

I read somewhere that the “UNITED STATES” and the “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” where corporations, so weren't they formed within the Federal jurisdiction, shouldn't they be restricted to the 10 mile square refered to in Article 1 Section 8 clause 17?

I strongly disagree with you, Mr Sonik.

The IRS is ASSUMING that all American Citizens who have a PayPal account, also have a corresponding income tax liability under the IRC. And that is a B/S assumption on the IRS's part.

I will say this though, as the IRS expends valuable resources running after and trying to track down the millions of Pay Pal customers, it means that they will have less $$$ and resources to pursue us law abiding American Citizens, who are non-taxpayers and who, like me, lawfully do not pay any income taxes to the IRS. 😛

My view is entirely consistent with the IRS's on this.

If one is indeed a “taxpayer”, that is to say that they are subject to or liable for, an internal revenue tax, then they should not be hiding their money from the IRS, but instead should pay 100% of all the internal revenue taxes for which they are liable.

Each year, I personally pay 100% of all the income taxes for which I am liable and which are lawfully imposed upon me by enacted positive laws. 😀

If you are a “taxpayer” as that term is defined in the IRC, then you should always pay your income taxes. It is quite simple.

Me? I just happen to be a non-taxpayer, so I refuse to pay the IRS liars and thieves any money at all.  😀

    Bing,

I am new to this forum.

Can you tell me how to become a non-taxpayer, or at least point me in that direction as to where that information might be?
