I bet this guy was 33 years old. Sneaky IRS agents don't just lie, they are delusional too.

This is a good video, I followed him with the Code and Regulations confirming everything he said. I have a much clearer understanding as to how and why most of the IRC is not positive law and they have no legal right to enforce some of it. I tried to do some searches on Jim Mattatall to read more on what he's done, but I am not coming up with anything good. Can anyone point me to a site he has or forums he's running?

That's fine, just it was new to me. My wife is my worst enemy in this whole thing. She says this site and other like it are totally wrong and without merit. She also argues that whoever goes to court over an IRS issue loses. I've been looking hard to find cases where they win with the defense that they are not subject to the tax based on domicile and constitutional rights. I also tell her, that the US will not go to court over a case they don't think they will win. Its not in their best interest to get cases in Supreme Court or any court where they lose it.
Alright gonna read over this info
Thanks

Quote:49 U.S.C. § 31309
(13) “State” means a State of the United States and the District of Columbia.
(14) “United States” means the States of the United States and the District of Columbia.
These people are funny, i will have to be honest; I am not sure if that literally means all 50 states or just DC. But I don't see 50 states in that definition. lol

I forgot to mention this:
The only good thing I have found out is that NV does not require SSN for their ID's. Also all of them have USA NV on them. In additions they do not say US Citizen, US Person or anything else that indicates status. However it does say “license”, as I guess it should LOL since that is what it is. Soon as I discover a remedy I will post what I have done in case it helps someone in the future.

I read thru the franchise.pdf twice and govfranchise.pdf once. They petty much are the same thing but one is in more detail. I understand more or less how the franchises entrap you and how they systematically replace your “rights” with “privileges” and “benefits”. However having a CDL is little bit more tricky from other basic forms of license. Although I understand that you are not legally suppose to be able to acquire one, I do not see how you can operate without one. Once I get the National Passport, if I'm pulled over I can show that instead, but I know one thing for certain if you do not have a CDL while driving a Semi-Truck they will impound that vehicle. I am not ready to try and deal with the that kind of legal case without a source of non-taxable income and a superior knowledge of law. Maybe I am not understanding this, anyone who has/had a CDL know what steps I can take to remedy this dilemma? At the very least some resources that address this particular issue.
In the meantime I am going to keep looking into it myself, but I would very much appreciate some insight from someone who at one time had a CDL and is still working as a Trucker.

Maybe I should change my name to SovereignSpecialEd

I am sorry for not understanding how to apply this information. I am just unclear as to which is considered my true Citizenship IE my birthplace or my current domicile, so when I write these letters I am as correct as possible. I was born in San Diego, but I live in Nevada, that's what I'm trying to make clear which is considered my true domicile? Its fine, your community has done a excellent job gathering the information, so I will just read and re-read until I get it right to the best of my understanding.
I'm in a bad situation, everyone I know disagrees with what I'm talking about. My wife thinks I'm going crazy and planning on moving to some log cabin in the middle of the woods. So unfortunately every time I have a question as to how it works or if I'm getting it right, I don't have anyone to confirm it with.
As a result, I am basically learning to speak a new language without ever hearing it spoken before. Also I am constantly thinking in programed terms verse actual Law, making myself my worst enemy in this whole process. Sooner or later I'll get it, I just hope its before I end up in court with the IRS and standing in the wrong jurisdiction to defend myself. Which leads into the biggest problem, the fear of Government I have still and will most likely have for a while to come.
I will refrain from making anymore posts. Again, I apologize for clogging up the forums with idiotic questions.

Thanks you two
Bing I did read that treatise about why you're a national, thats what got me wanting to correct the Passport Card I have in the process. Just wasn't sure how to go about that.
Also, when you move to another republic, does that become the republic you're a member of or are you always a Citizen of Birthplace Republic? I'm confused on that part, from what I've read I have not seen a comment stating if you're always a citizen of the birthplace or if you move from one state of the union or another if that becomes your new republic.
I just thought about it, all the rights you receive are based on your birthplace(unalienable rights), so I'm assuming that no matter what Republic I'm living in, I would still be a Citizen of Republic of California. Does that sound correct?

I read that one about Pete last night. How there was a couple mistakes on his part with the SSN and Domicile.
Only thing that sucks about this is learning about sovereignty in today's society is like learning to speak a language you've never heard spoken. What I really want is someone to talk with about this, to bounce my ideas off of to see if I'm on the right track or making reservations to bunk with Pete. I personally only know 1 person who is what I'd consider sovereign and he's 2000 miles away, everyone else are religious taxpayers, including (but not limited to) my wife.
I know you guys recommend doing steps 1-14 in order, but since I'm missing a few documents, I'll do them as I can do them. Thank God there's someone out here that actually took the time to organize all this information, or I'd still be analyzing the code right now trying to make sense out of double talk.
Talk to you guys later or in a year as Stija suggested.
And thanks Bing

This is the first site that actually has useful information where I don't see the authors going to jail. I've looked around but the internet is full of snake oil type remedies. All I know for sure was that the Constitution said No Capitation taxes and sure enough since I could remember I was double and triple taxed on everything, from licenses, fuel, cellphones, cable, and getting a new one ripped every pay check. I knew it didn't add up but no one seemed to know the truth of why and how it was legal. Everyone just said, that's how it is, you have to pay income taxes and everything else. Or there's two things you know for sure will happen to you, “Death and Taxes.”
This started my search for some information, but I was searching the wrong words and getting a LOT of misinformation. Finally I found Cracking the Code and at first I was like, man he's on the money… but shortly after I finished it I read Pete was being taken into jail. Well my wife told me and then I felt like, it didn't' matter if he was right or wrong, you fight, you loose.
A few weeks later I got that Levy in the mail and my account was garnished, luckily I didn't have much money in that account. But what I found odd was they only hit the one with very little money in it and not the one with a few grand. At the same time, I couldn't deny what I read that jail bird Pete had pointed out and the fact that if the IRS had a true levy, they would have took everything and then wage garnishments. Also the letters they sent me were all kinds of different settlement offers, so I ignored them. The one thing I knew without a question was IRS Code is shady at best if not down right illegal.
So I started by defining all the meanings in every piece of the code with black's law dictionary going to the edition that was released at or just after parts of the code was released. I figured if I knew the meaning of the word that was out preciously at the time it was written I could bring out the truth and understand what Pete did wrong. The issue that stood out to me the most was that every time they referred to the US it wasn't one of the 50 states, but in several other parts of the code they defined US as part of the 50 states and sometimes literally every part of the United States of the America, but never like that in the IRC section.
Shortly after finding that, I ran up on sedm.org and famguardian.org when I looked up “domicile”, and that's was 6 days ago. Honestly after reading what Pete in CTC stated, I didn't see what was wrong with his point and why he went to jail, but now I understand. Although he had the right idea, he still didn't have light screwed all the way in.
Even after reading pretty much the last 6 days straight, and I am positive your two ministries have it 100% right… I know that Pete went to jail for being just a little bit off, and I have the IRS at my door right now… so hell, I'm scared and I decided to ask about the levy.
Sorry if my “first post” was a newbie idiotic one about “legal advise”. And even though I read you don't give it… well I asked cause I still fear the IRS. Maybe after a few corrections are made and they back off or even return money illegally taken from me I'll toughen up.

Thank you, I DL'd it and will read it over. I think I have a general understanding, but I've been programed so well to think you have to have a “license” to do basic things that we have the right to do without limitations.
Thanks
