“On February 12, 2012, news broke that Alex Jones was likely an intelligence tool of STRATFORWhat a load. “Likely” how is this evidence, did someone spot Alex at a Stratfor meeting?

    Quote:
While Jones can be thanked for waking Americans up to the evils of government, the fear is that Jones may be part of a greater Zionist plot to destroy America from within. While it may be hard to do, it is the patriotic duty of every American to defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, including Alex Jones.

Alex supports the great Declaration and Constitution what's wrong with that? He doesn't encourage violence. He says if the government starts braking into your house, you should make your own decision to use force.

Jones didn’t set up the TSA, or tell them dig into citizen's pants, and now go on the street.

It is extremely clear the Obama's birth certificate is phony. Dr. Jerome Corsi documents the Obama birth certificate fraud in his book, “where's the Birth Certificate”.

You should check the judicial section of the constitution to see what is required in your state. Your paperwork, which accompanied the ticket, may provide a clue. Your best forms may be between your ears, you will need to state your case. Be prepared to make an appeal if necessary.

This is very nice to hear. Of course, the small victories can add up to major movements.

It looks like the government is preparing to blame the people for false flag events.

I did not really think that Justice Sotomayor would have the willingness to stand upon the Constitution regarding an issue, third party information, that goes beyond this rather positive decision's core issue.

The whole system is a fraud.

    Quote:
Getting people to register is but a clandestine or back-door method to get them to be liable for induction into the military. Being registered does not make one subject to military rules or orders, rather he must be actually “inducted” into the armed forces. …Thus the same arguments apply [see the Selective Service Scam]. There is no CFR controlling authority for induction and a citizen does not come under the purview of this code, only administrators. Further, nowhere in section 462 does it even mention that refusing to be inducted is a crime for anyone!….”-Charles A. Weisman, “The Case Against Military Drafts and Conscription: The history, legal arguments, and principles of law exposing the unconstitutional nature and inherent evils of drafts and compulsory military service“.

    Emphasis added.

    Quote:
Enlistment is a contract, but it is one of those contracts which changes the status of the individual. The enlisted contract is similar to the marriage contract… The pivotal fact which changes the individual's status from that of civiliam to that of soldier is the taking of the oath of allegiance.” 53 American Jurisprudence, 2d, “Military and Civil Defense,” section 56, 58

    Quote:
There are cases in which a person was regarded as being inducted into military service without taking an oath. A person can “waive the oathand be inducted when he submits voluntarily to military authority, accepts, military pay, and performs acts of a soldier. In re Herman, 56 F. Supp. 733 (1944); Sandford v Callan, 148 Fed. 2d 376(1945).
