As anyone can see from the absurd Boston security/martial law lockdown, it was the common citizen that found the nineteen year old unarmed pasty. Thus, clearly demonstrating the uselessness of having 9000 troops running around the city, pointing weapons at innocent people, trampling upon the Constitution and common sense!
What do you say to this sort of criminal activity? This is more evidence that the IRS are a gaggle of crooks and thugs.

This sounds like great news. Of course this is historical and Constitutionally sound position that the state is taking. Constitutional framer, Roger Sherman, wrote the gold and silver clause, and a book on this subject: A Caveat Against Injustice or An Inquiry into the Evils of a Fluctuating Medium of Exchange.

Traffic Courts, like Family Courts, are Not generally courts of record, one must appeal any adverse decision to a court of record. Check the judicial section of your state’s constitution to confirm this issue. If Traffic Court is not a Court of Record (they never are in my experience), they will not be required to follow the formal Rules of Procedure. One should look at their state’s constitution to determine where the Court of Record begins, usually at the Common Pleas Court level. If you don’t get a favorable decision at this level, you can appeal to a Court of Record, you should get a de novo (new) trial.
If you appeal to a Court of Record you may need to make a Motion to demand a Jury Trial. You need to find the Rule of Procedure for the court you will be appearing in. You may ask about this information from the courthouse. Of course you can usually get the information from private sources such as LexisNexus, a law library, and the like.

The people really understand this message, as a result gun and ammo sales are breaking all sorts of records. These sales numbers reveal the real vote of real Americans. Foreign subjects like Barry Obama, or Piers Morgan (CNN) don’t want such a sure fire answer to the current Constitutional crisis we are experiencing. Thus, we see proposed executive action to limit this investment option.
This is a very funny video. Moreover, it points out the real problems in a humorous fashion. As the worldwide Bankster collapse continues to unfold, this is a good way to remember who the bad guys are. This is important because the pain is real, and it will not help us to point to each other as we descend into greater levels of tyranny at the hands of the criminals. I am not really that familiar with the Personal Protection Order (PPO), yet, it seems that the PPO is defective. However, the papers that are served usually contain some sort of appeals information. If not, I would contact the courthouse to see what their rules are regarding an appeal of the PPO. This is a good time to find the Rules of Procedure of the court that issue the PPO. Act quickly since there are often deadlines regarding such action.
I guess it wouldn’t hurt to contact the Attorney General. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t hold my breath for a response within your deadline window. His office will likely recommend that you contact one of their bar agents, aka, an attorney. The choice is up to you.

As you see, people need to get, or stay out of, these Eugenics Courts. Family courts are filled with demon spawn, if they don’t permit juries, they are NOT Courts of Record.
