This DESTROYS the individual mandate!!
Once the mandate is converted to something else (a voluntary tax), it no longer exist, hence, it is destroyed. This is not rocket science.
A mandate is:

On the other-hand, voluntary means:

Therefore, when Roberts converted the mandate, he admitted there is NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to agree to be covered by ObamaNoCare, or pay any “penalty” whatsoever.
If someone is forcing you to volunteer, well this destroy voluntary action. Yes, one may be required to defend their right to volunteer, or NOT VOLUNTEER, for that matter. Nonetheless, this is another legal matter, separate from the legal issue of the so-called “INDIVIDUAL MANDATE”.
The MANDATE IS DESTROYED! Whether or not people decide to stand upon RIGHT is another matter altogether. Many people died to defend right, so there’s nothing new there, dude.

You’re missing the point.
The article implied that Roberts admitted that the individual mandate was unconstitutional as it was an invalid application of Congress’ commerce or necessary and proper clause, and therefore not a valid law. This is PARTIALLY true and very misleading.
The article omits the important detail that Part III-B elucidates on which is that the individual mandate is constitutional law under the Congress taxing power.
Therefore the article is misguiding the readers into forming an improper and moot conclusion.Sadly, you are missing the point that the MANDATE IS VOLUNTARY!

It’s Roberts’ opinion that is misleading,(no one, including our lord Roberts, can rightfully turn voluntary action into a mandate) and you are displaying the perfect example of this misunderstanding by claiming that the conclusion, apparently that the VOLUNTARY part of the equation is “moot”. The Opening Post is highlighting this misleading condition.
Yes stija, however, the tax system is either indirect (voluntary) or direct (which is limited to an apportionment). Thus, Roberts is actually admitting that ObamaNoCare is enforceable (sic) only as a voluntary tax.
We see this influx of immigrant populations occurring around the world. This coordinated attack appears to be aimed at western nations in order to overwhelm their cultural and political bonds. The racist tagline is intended to squelch voices in opposition to the plan. This is likely part of a strategy of war in order to prepare for to next stage of the operation, some sort of controlled demolition.

6) Illegally declared utility expenses which had actually been for his personal use
9) Gave tax dollars to AIG executives, then pretended to be outraged about it

With all due respect, the fact that the government is lying, with the aid of the LameStreamMedia, is beyond dispute. However, the idea that the Tsarnaev brothers were the “real bombers” has not been proven. Most of the available facts do not support the guilt of the Tsarnaev brothers. Their backpacks did NOT match the bags that exploded. However, members of the para military group called “Craft” did have such backpacks. Photos also show that a couple of members of that group didn’t have those backpacks after the explosions. Moreover, there were drills being run at the same time, which is the fingerprint of a government false flag operation. And yes, the Tsarnaev (the older brother), Craft, the Army presents (against Posse Comitatus), drills, are all linked to the government. Hence, the facts point to the government Black operators, operating in the shadows, being the main suspects of the Boston Bombing, 9/11/2001, WTC 1993, 2009 Underwear Bomber, Gulf of Tonkin, Operation Gladio (NATO), Operation Northwoods (JFK said NO!), Sinking of the Main 1898.

While the corporation may face some sort of fine for the paper (statutory) infraction, this man should not be at risk for any jail time for “mala prohibia” (because they say so) offenses. Refusal to offer a service is NOT the same as stealing some property from another party. Thus, there is no corpus delicti (body of crime) and the case should be dismissed.

It seems that the government wants to make sure everyone is on the Federal Reserve Note (masquerading as a dollar)so that few escape the engineered collapse of the fiat currency.
What needs to be looked at regarding lowered I.Q.is the amount of neurotoxins that people are commonly subjected to today. Things like fluoride, which is a powerful toxin that has been put in 60% of the nations water supply, of course it was used as rat poison and in Russian and Nazi concentration camps before this. Then we look at vaccines, which have large amounts of mercury, aluminum, and many other neurotoxins in them. In addition every major metropolitan area has Chemtrails, Bioengineering according to the science Czar, John P. Holdren (who’s book Ecoscience explains how to spike our food and water as a tool of control for the overlords) which has the neurotoxin aluminum as a major component. They also contain barium and strontium, both toxic to all biological life. Then we wonder why I.Q.s are dropping. The only reason that I can fathom for this question is as a result of of the above.
It is insane to think that the same federal fools who gave us Fast and Furious, would be the nice folks that should decide under what rules we can bear arms.
