It's a far better version, and it's almost completely bullet proof (there are a few logical fallicies, but not many).

Thanks for the update. More and more information keeps rising to the surface.

Someone I know (who shall remain nameless) sent me the following e-mail.

    Quote:

Went to a round shiny thing dealer last week and sold 100, 2004 Eagles, no problem.

Today I went to the same dealer and he could not buy 100 oz bars. He said the new Patriot Act prevented him from buying anything that was not worth twice the net purchase, such as Maple Leafs, and Eagles. He said first he had to pay over $3000 for some new forms and that he will have to fingerprint you. round shiny thing dealers are still scratching their heads trying to figure out these

new laws. This includes NEW gold round shiny things. If you paid $550

for a gold Eagle, he cannot buy it for less than $1100.

He said go to “fincen.gov and Patriot Act section 352

I could not find much. They don't want round shiny thing dealers to know so they can take away their gold. They also don't want you to buy other currancy's or stocks that are not American.

Info on 352 can be found at

    http://www.epic.org/privacy/terrorism/hr3162.html

So apparently, it's unamerican to hold on silver/gold these days…

cause only terrorists know the harms of fiat currency 🙂

Walter Burien is in prison!? WTF?!

What did he do? Does anyone know?

Walter is the guy that exposed the CAFR reports and the corruption at the state level.

    Sigh.

    Quote:

ALERT : WALTER BURIEN IN JAIL SINCE 11/23/05

Walter's son, John Joseph Burien was at school for a 1/2 day. On the 23d of November, Walter Burien became aware that DYFS, the equivalent of Child Protective Services, was going to take his while at school. Walter checked his some out at that time and they left in Walter's 30 foot motor home. Several hundred yard down the road, an East Brunswick police car attempted to pull over the vehicle. Walter kept driving while attempting to reach his attorney in Arizona. He drove at a slow speed for 15 minutes not endangering or hitting anything until he pulled into an industrial park. By that time, 25 police cars were involved and completely surrounded the MH. They knocked out the side windows of the MH with their batons shattering glass over Walter and his 6 year old son.

In Walter's opinion, when the E. Brunswick police surrounded his MH, it was like being surrounded by a vicious bunch of rabid pit bulls as they proceeded to punch out the windows. Walter spotted one officer who looked rational. He yelled to the officer (Lt. UR) through the shattered glass which was flying everywhere. “you look rational, will you please come to the door on the side of the MH so I can hand you my son.” He did so and Walter opened the door and handed his son to Lt. UR.

JJ had shattered glass on him but was uninjured. Walter stepped outside the MH and was arrested and place in the police car. Walter was informed that his mH would be towed to an impound lot. Walter asked to speak with Lt. UR. Walt said he felt that his belongings might be susceptible to theft and since he had an Arizona registered 9mm firearm inside, asked the Lt UR to secure it. He told Lt. Ur that it was in the upper cabinet in its holster inside a gun case with 7 clips of ammunition..

NOTE: Walt purchased the gun at J&G Gun Sales in Prescott, AZ. Over 10 years ago. He has kept it in his home for protection. On this trip to NJ, the MH was his home during the trip. The ammunition was purchase 8-10 years ago at the Mile High Gun Shop in Prescott, AZ . Half the ammo consisted of hollow point bullets which were standard in Arizona at that time.

Walter was charged with N.J.S. 2C:13-4A(3) and 2C:39-3FA(2) and 2C:39-5E and 2C:29-2B. Additionally he was issued 2 tickets — 3914-96 (Reckless Driving) and 39:4-91 (Failure to Yield to emergency vehicles) . Being that he picked up his son from school in his MH, he was charged with possession in a school grounds.

Walter has been put into “B” Block of the Middlesex County Jail in N. Brunswick with bail set at $150,000, no 10%. He is in a 7×9 foot room with 2 other inmates locked down 23 hours each day. He has not seen his attorney and faces a sentence of 15 to 40 years. His initial reaction to the stop and subsequent driving around was a reaction caused by an incident 5 years ago when his son was abducted by the Prescott AZ police under false pretenses.

    Welcome to Gestapo land.

It tells me that many people are losing confidence in the economy and/or dollars (FRNs). However, the major media outlets seems to be very quiet on this subject. I wonder what they are afraid of, hmmm?

This verdict is very disappointing. This trial seems to show that the jury will believe whatever the judge tells them without much question.

    Quote:
“We were in a heated debate” reported one unnamed juror, “but when the court refused, after our specific written request, to furnish us copies of the actual statutes, (that imposed the obligation on the defendant,) it didn't take long for all of us to see that something was wrong with the State's case.

I was hopful that the jury would reach an independent conclusion when they asked to see the law. It seems that when the judge refused to provide the law, a warning should have been triggered in the jury's minds, sadly, this did not happen. And now Schiff, and crew, faces up to forty three years in prison, who did he kill? This affair is depressing on so many levels.

With biased media, education, judges, and government, it seems that the jury is unlikely to worry about the law in many cases.

Wow, the slide show is overwhelming, it show in detail, what seems to be taking plan in general over the entire planet (prison planet?). The government(s) (the guards) are trespassing on the rights of the People, without just cause. The People must resist!

    Hey all,

This is more of an anti-police state topic. The DOJ has made a statement in a letter to (as far as can be deciphered) all police departments that they have come to the realization that the police have been violating the rights of motorists and that they suggest the various departments should examine their cases carefully before proceeding with prosecurion of the matter.

The government, in general, and the Bush administration, in particular, is out of control! They care nothing for the People. Their evil plans are becoming clear to all, except the most dull of wit.

Ron Paul says indictment story is far more damaging than media is portraying, avian flu martial law provisions aimed at gun confiscation

    Quote:
Congressman Ron Paul has accused the Bush administration of attempting to set in motion a militarized police state in America by enacting gun confiscation martial law provisions in the event of an avian flu pandemic. Paul also slammed as delusional and dangerous plans to invade Iran, Syria, North Korea and China.

[…]?I think there?s a lot more excitement coming and it?s not going to be good for the Republicans,? stated Paul.

[…]?To me it?s so strange that the President can make these proposals and it?s even plausible. When he talks about martial law dealing with some epidemic that might come later on and having forced quarantines, doing away with Posse Comitatus in order to deal with natural disasters, and hardly anybody says anything. People must be scared to death.?

[…]Paul opined that the martial law provisions now being promoted by the Bush administration were a direct response to people?s unwillingness to relinquish their firearms, as was seen in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

I felt that this was a pretty good article regarding the New World Order.

    Internet Thought Police

    Quote:
Transport George Orwell's novel 1984- in which a totalitarian Big Brother government tries to rule citizens' lives and control their thoughts – into the 21st century, and it would look a lot like China today.

Consider what happened this week. Continuing a long battle to curb what it considers a subversive information source – the Internet – China tightened its censorship of online news services and bulletin boards.

Major search engines and portals have been ordered to stop posting unauthorized commentary. Only opinion pieces from government-controlled sources are allowed. Private individuals and groups must register as “news organizations” before operating e-mail distribution lists. Anyone who violates the rules faces prison. Already, China has jailed a journalist for sending text of a Communist Party memo to foreign websites.

Distressingly, Western companies, notably Yahoo, have cooperated with the authorities as a price of being allowed to do business in China. In doing so, they become partners of the totalitarian state. The specter arises that the Internet, usually assumed to be a catalyst for free speech and democracy, is becoming a tool for repression. If China is successful, other regimes no doubt would follow.
