James Traficant and his wife are really nice folks. I have written him off and on over the years.
Of course, Jim has been out of prison for a number of years.
A few years ago he, apparently unsuccessfully, ran for local office. He is not favored by the miscreant Democratic Party, so he had to run as an independent.

All of the laws that the Forbes article refers to, such as statutes, codes, regulation, and the like, are law by our so-called representative. People’s conscience is above civil law, and always has been. Unalienable Rights, means that the duty to do what is RIGHT UNDER GOD cannot be separated by any Earthly power!

Who is a judge? He is a public servant who must uphold the Constitution that he took an oath to defend, as is true of all public servants.
The question that remains is what is a constitution?

This 12 million dollar scam report is all about a belief. It is apparently completely void of any facts to support the religious conviction of the responders. If anyone paid $12.00, they would have paid too much for such nonsense.

It’s great that some in the mainstream medical community are beginning to take the scientific studies to heart, in addition, many people should be taking supplement, such as selenium, and real cinnamon. Our diets are nutrient poor due to the soils that the food industry uses. The good doctor still fails to mention the dangers of Genetically Engineered (GE) food, High Fructose Corn Syrup, 50% contains mercury (Alzheimer anyone?), diet drinks containing Aspartame (another neurotoxin).

In the final analysis, however, I still must disagree with your view that the Opening Post is misleading. The post is accurate in every way. It is not the OP’s fault that many people are unjustly, through ignorance, fraud, or force, encouraged to sign “voluntary” documents, such as the IRS Form W-4, etc. The mandate only exist for those who “volunteer” to it. Thus, it’s not a mandate, but rather, voluntary action. If people don’t understand they are volunteering to be servants to a merciless system, then it is high time that they wake up to this reality. This is clearly the point the OP is attempting to rightfully drill home! People must first become aware of the fact of the situation that confronts them. With the knowledge, for instance, that the mandate actually has a voluntary basis, they can take action that is more in line with their true intentions.
Moreover, this site is largely built around informing the members of “The Great IRS Hoax: Why We Don’t Owe Income Tax Book”, thus, the OP is in line with this mission. If people do NOT want to hear the truth of ObamaNoCare or the IRS Hoax, they are certainly free to go elsewhere to hear things that are “smooth” to them.

No individual, company, business, nonprofit entity, or health insurance issuer offering group or individual health insurance coverage shall be required to participate in any Federal health insurance program created under this Act (or any amendments made by this Act), or in any Federal health insurance program expanded by this Act (or any such amendments), and there shall be no penalty or fine imposed upon any such issuer for choosing not to participate in such programs.

IRS Defeated by Hung Jury Against Tax Resister

Activist PostThis morning, the jury in Doreen Hendrickson’s trial returned to the courthouse and deliberated all day. At around 5pm, they finally emerged and presented their verdict: hung jury. Hung by ONE! What a delightful victory!!!
One juror stood up to the others, stood up to the IRS (no small undertaking) and to the judiciary — who was clearly making decisions on the side of the IRS.
Judge Roberts admitted all the IRS’ evidence and almost none of the defendant’s. Her instructions to the jury were unconstitutional at best, criminal at worst. She should be removed from the bench and disbarred.
The lone principled juror was even called out and grilled about his decision. He was not swayed by the badgering: “I just wasn’t convinced.” Thank you! Neither were we.
And, yes, I’m saying the other jurors weren’t principled. Unless supporting thuggery is principled? Suborning perjury is principled? Obeying an IRS demand even if it is unlawful and unconstitutional is principled? Being ignorant of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and jury nullification is principled?
I think not. As our masters are fond of telling us, being ignorant of the law is no defense. That blade cuts both ways.
Let those other jurors go home to Dancing with the Stars. Maybe one day, they will wake up. I’m grateful for the lone juror: thank you for being the conscience of the people.

Yeah, Roberts made a mess of things by converting the “mandate” to a tax. Either way the “mandate”, as envisioned by Congress, is dead. Roberts should have declared to law unconstitutional and let the legislators correct the shortcomings of this awful piece of work.

Sebelius: Supreme Court jurisprudence traditionally bars the court from characterizing something as a tax if none of the litigants do, yet the Chief Justice came up with the idea of calling the IRS’ financial extraction in the Obama-Care legislation a tax. -Andrew Napolitano, Reason, Vol 45, No.6, p14.
Of course, if Roberts had done his job, the hated law would have likely died. Just look at the mess the government has made with the computer program to sign people into the system, this is what they generally do. The government takes something that was functioning fairly well and turns it into complete garbage. Then they use their garbage to fine and control the people with little benefits to show for the untested fraud. Naturally, everything connected with the federal government today, and especially Barry Obama, seems to follow a pattern of fraud, nothing new there I suppose.
