Read the USA and state Constitutions. Of course you have the private Right to contract.
However, the rental agencies likely have agreements with the landlord. And one reason they do that, is because the landlord does not want to have to waste time prescreening prospective tenants.
You have to get used to NOT using the SS # and explaining the reasons why the SS # is NOT really yours to begin with.

When the USA invaded Iraq, I was for it because I stupidly believed Colin Powell that Iraq had WMDs.
I was wrong, and about a year later, in 2004, long before the rest of America turned against the Iraq War, I publicly stated I was against the war because we invaded under false pretenses.
Does the US Government routinely lie to American Citizens? You bet they do! Do Army recruiters lie? Absolutely!
All that said, even though the US Congress shirked once agian, its Constitutional duty to “declare war” on Iraq, the fact remains that we have 160,000 American Soldiers in Iraq. And every one of those Soldiers and Marines volunteered. They bought whatever the Recruiter was trying to sell. Every enlistee enlisted for reasons that remain known only to themselves alone.
Full stop.
Now, I never had the Honor of serving in the Armed Forces, but I know a thing or two about it. And one thing I know is that unit integrity and troop morale are negatively affected by the attitude shown by your so called “friend” who now wishes to shirk his responsibility to his Country and to his buddies in his unit, by somehow scheming and finding a way to get out of Iraq.
That negative attitude is a disgrace and your friend disrespects and dishonors all the men and women who have served before him and paid the ultimate price. Kid, it speaks volumes about you, that you choose to be associated with someone who apparently is devoid of personal character, as evidenced by his desire to NOT honor his service commitment, and who thinks he knows what is going on in Iraq and why the USA is there.
Why don't you simply tell your friend that he should take his .45 sidearm, place the gun in his mouth, and then kill himself. Then he will not have to worry about serving out his term and he can go home. More importantly though, by killing himself, your coward of a friend will be doing a HUGE favor for his Commanders and his unit, because the last thing any Army needs, is whining, complaining malcontents whose selffishness is only exceeded by their cowardice.
Your so-called friend does not deserve to have the honor of wearing the uniform of the Armed Services of the USA, and I wish I served in his unit because if I knew he was so unhappy, and he kept complaining, I would be right up in his face, along with my fellow soldiers, and I would try and instill in him the bigger goal at hand, which is accomplishing the mission and fulfilling the commanding Officers intent.
Mnichiolas, kid, you have a lot to learn in this life. People give you sound advice and because it is not what you want to hear, you post disrespectively.

Richard, when any government employee acts outside the bounds of their delegated authority under the USA Constitution, said Acts are void ab initio. end of story. I don't need to cite you a court case, this is a basic Truth.
The federal Districts of which you speak, are NOT the sovereign Union of American states united by and under the Constitution. You are confused on this.
I agree that the US Supreme Court is actually an administrative Court and IS not the same supreme Court referred to in the Constitution.
Even still, since it is unlikely that the corrupt and lying US Government will ever openly admit this fact, those of us in the THM can rely on said Court's opinions to try and tie down and restrict the degrees of freedom of all lower courts. Just observe how one of our own Members successfully fought off the corrupt DOJ attorneys, and an even more corrupt federal Judge named Lorenz, who, in the end, finally and correctly backed off at the real risk of suffering the consequences of a Bivens action.
When federal judges such as Lorenz realize that they face the threat of being held personally accountable via a Bivens action, it appears that they tend to be more concerned with meting out justice, instead of simply kow-towing to the liars that comprise the corrupt Assistant U.S. Attorneys employed by the corrupt US DOJ.
You seem intent of wholly disregarding the Constitution, and to the extent that you do that and supposedly prove your point, you lose the only real protection that you have. Thus, my advice is to tread carefully and be very careful what you wish for.
Richard, not every idea or theory that you may have, must necessarily be posted in this open Forum, which is closely read by any number of IRS spies and corrupt US Attorneys. Keep that in mind.
Be very careful if anyone in the Forum, save myself, ADMIN, Author 2, and perhaps a few others, sends you a PM and agrees with you and wants you to email them.

But Richard, as you may know, an unconstitutional act is void ab initio (i.e. from its inception). See Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425, 442. The federal government can not lawfully usurp any Union state's sovereignty.
You should read the Broadsides if you want a behind the scenes look at the Constitutional Convention.
The District States to which you refer can only be applicable within the federal enclaves located within the Union states. I think you are confusing Union states with federal States.
The USA Constitution forbids the combination of two or more Union states without the prior, express approval from the respective state legislatures and Congress.

I strongly urge you to consider joining the SEDM Ministry and obtaining the “What Happened to Justice” treatise. It has literally thousands of pages of US Government documents which comprise key pieces of critical evidence which will explain things and help you understand how corrupt the US Court system really is.
It is not impossible to successfully defend oneself in a U.S. territorial court, but it is exceedingly difficult to go at it alone.
Study the FamGuardian website and tell your friends about us, so that if they ever end up serving on a jury in an income tax case, they will come armed with knowledge and will not be led by a lying U.S. Attorney, to wrongfully convict an innocent Citizen accused of violating a law that does not exist.

Let me try and explain.
I do not think it is either prudent or productive, for U.S. servicemen and women, such as your alleged “friend”, to complain and scheme about possible legal ways they can get out of the military. And especially during a time of war.
I also think it is vital for esprit de corps and unit integrity, that the soldiers in a unit be of one mind with their leaders and officers.
Bitching and complaining is counter-productive and potentially can detract from the unit's ability to achieve their mission.
If your friend thinks he knows what is going on in Iraq and why we are even there, he is deluding himself because if I learned anything in life, it is that life can be extremely complex and is often not what it seems to be.
Since he is in-country, he must shed his personal feelings and rededicate himself to his unit and his command.

Only you can best determine your citizenship status based upon the Law of Nations, the USA Organic Laws, and the applicable positive laws.
I remain unconvinced based on what little you posted, whether you genuinely understand the Citizenship issue. But maybe you do. If you have doubts, you have to Study it before you do anything else. Everything flows from Citizenship and domicile.
Do not let anyone else speak for you.
Untie and decouple yourself and your family from all adhesion contracts. Understand the “whys” of being sui juris.

That said, I will say this, I think a great many folks confuse the fact that they have created the presumption of being a “U.S. citizen”, without actually being one in point of fact. These are two distinct states of nature, so to speak.
If one was never actually a “U.S. citizen” by birth, but merely was tricked into thinking that they were, and they acted like they were a “U.S. citizen”, the factual record can be readily corrected without abandoning a fictional “U.S. citizenship”- — which you never possessed in the first place.
A person can not abandon that which they never possessed initially.
If that makes any sense.
The first rhetorical question is:
– – – – – were you born inside the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other part of the federal zone?
By contrast, if you were born inside any one of the 50 states, on non- federal land ( i.e. outside the federal United States) then your state citizenship status is controlling and is of higher dignity.
Why?
Because it is in your capacity as a natural born state Citizen of the united states of America, a Union state national, that you possess natural and unalienable Rights, as well as Constitutional Rights.
And once a person realizes what it means to possess natural Rights, unalienable Rights, and Constitutional Rights, they are better prepared to reclaim their sovereignty and to live in Liberty.

I think you should tell your friend to honor his word and fulfill his contract term.
Tell him to stop worrying about how to figure out how to get out of Iraq, and convince him that instead, he should focus solely on doing the best he can at his job while he is stationed in Iraq. He owes at least that much to his buddies.

I freely concede that perhaps I may have been a bit caustic, and I apologize if I came across too strong.
Let me explain.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but you seemed to imply in your post yesterday, that up to this point in your life you have done everything you could have done, to reclaim your sovereignty, and you have succeeded.
It was unstated, but you also seemed to imply that everything has worked smoothly for you, save for the unresolved home ownership issue you discussed.
Notably, however, you forgot to share with us what you did to reclaim your sovereignty.
However, at the same time, you want us to believe that you are NOW stumped about how to get true ownership of your home, without ceding federal jurisdiction or involvment.
Is that basically it?

Anyway, I cann't answer your specific dilemma because I just don't know.
I posted and said that there appeared to be an incongruence in your post.
If it were true that you have reclaimed your sovereignty as you insisted to us that you have already done, then somewhere along the way, I would have thought that you would have picked up the knowledge as to how to own property, allodial titles, the legal effects pro and con, of recording land transfers and deeds, land patents, etc., etc.
However, I suggested in my reply post yesterday, that if you had the time and were so inclined ( I actually did not word it that nicely lol) — why don't you first write one or more posts and explain to this Forum's readers, what steps you took to reclaim your sovereignty as you insisted you have already done ( which in itself is extremely impressive….if it is true).
You also seemed to assert that the home ownership situation discussed in your post, is the last remaining piece of your sovereignty that remains unresolved. Isn't that true? Yes, it is true and my memory on this part of your post is very clear.
Finally, in my reply post I expressed serious doubts that what you claimed in your post, was true.
I did not outright call your post a “lie”, but I very strongly implied that it was, based on what I perceived to be an incongruence between your post and where you say you are, for lack of a better phrase, in your sovereignty reclamation life cycle.
I suggested that you first prove your bona fides to this Forum, and help us understand what it is that you did, and tell us the specific steps that you took to reclaim your sovereignty. Teach us.
If you did that, perhaps one of the Forum Members who knows more about your situation than I do, might be able to direct you to the answers which you allegedly seek.
That was basically the jist of my reply, although I was far less diplomatic than I was in this instant reply post.

Sir, you went to Tax Court in the false hope of receiving due process and remedy.
When you are inside their jurisdiction, they make all the rules and in effect, you are screwed.
The bigger question is, why in the world did you think that you could win in the Executive Branch territorial Tax Court?
If you truly wish to understand the corrupt origins and nature of the federal Court system, I strongly suggest that you consider joining the SEDM ministry, make a donation, and obtain the treatise What Happened To Justice”.
