See the link below for a great article on why American Citizens can NOT get Justice in America, because Congress has failed in its constitutional duty to create Article III Judicial Courts.
These are District Courts of the United States, of which there are only 2 in all America. One is the US Supreme Court, which is really only functioning as an Administrative Tribunal, and the other DCUS is in Hawaii.
The corruption of the US Government is boundless.

My main concern is that as we reach the tipping point, and we will do so alot sooner than most think, the USG will attack America again, just like they did on 9/11 and then martial law will be declared.
And this will happen while the USG purposely has our bravest troops/Citizen stationed in foreign countries.
God help them if the Veterans ever get on board with the Tax Honesty Movement, because we will, ummm, well, I can't say what we will do, but we will.

It is a federal eagle, signifying not the USA, but rather, it signifies the Federal Government.
Truth be told, unless on a military base or in a federal enclave, there should be nothing above the USA Flag when it is atop a flag pole. That means no cannon ball and NO Federal eagle.

I heard a rumor that Verizon ViOS is working like H_eLL to get a dedicated line up to the Pearly Gates, but so far they are having difficulty dealing with some zoning issues. 😮
Not sure what that is about.

If I knew the url link I would give it to you, but because it would take me, I dunno, 3 or 4 minutes to track down what you need, I thought it probably would be a good idea if you found the info on the websites yourself, instead of waiting for one of us to spoon feed you.

Regardless of interest rate movement, I think the price of gold will continue its rise, and that by 31 Dec 2008, I expect it to be at about $1280 to $1350 range.
Watch it rise in Aug, Sept and Oct before the US presidential election, then fall back in Nov and Dec.

I did not know that, but it makes perfect sense.
An IRS Commish that resigns before his or her term expires, can better leverage his or her influence with the minions they left behind.
Sure, there are lobbying rules, but their Rolodex is hottest, in the weeks and months after they leave office. All this translates into higher fees for the former Commish's new firm in the private sector.
Donald Alexander and Goldberg, both IRS Commish's back in the 1960s and 1970s, still work with blue chip firms based in D.C..
One thing is clear.
We all knew Everson lied (by omission — at least) to American Public when he was Commish, but now we also know that Mark Everson is a liar in his personal life as well, and he is disloyal too, having betrayed his wife and family, and he must have lied to his wife while he was cheating on her with a Red Cross subordinate.
So it is apparent that Everson had all the qualities and character that corrupt politicians look for in a public servant.
Here is hoping that Mrs. Everson is still making Marky-Mark sleep on the couch, and that she has hidden all of the TV remotes. 😮

I don't like the upside down flag either, but I sorta understand his viewpoint and respect his stance after I thought about.
My whole point was that an inverted USA flag is supposed to ONLY signify physical danger that is imminent, which I doubt is the case in this instance.
But given the corrupt state of affairs in Washington, DC and in the 50 state capitols, one can also argue that the inverted flag makes perfect sense, as innocent Americans are put in prison every day for alleged income tax crimes, all because they lacked the ability to know that the DOJ, IRS and corrupt licensed attorneys who are employed by same, were using incorrect and false presumptions against them.
And remember, when there is an income tax trial before a jury, it is the jury who rules guilty or not guilty.
I do not recall where I learned the distress signal, I think I read it in a survival book years ago.
Finally, I am convinced that if Americans were not so damn intellectually lazy, and were a bit more intellectually curious, we would not be in the mess we are in right now.

But to answer your question, in a life or death emergency, an inverted upside down American flag is a signal that someone is in physical danger and in distress.
It is in effect, an S.O.S. signal.
He is making a political statement about the corruption in the US and State Governments and the state of affairs in America today.
