This program has far less to do with collecting child support from Deadbeat Mom & Dad's, and far more with trying to widen the net of illegal income tax collections, in an attempt to stem the loss resulting from people waking up and realizing that they do not have a legal requirement to pay income taxes, so they drop out of the USG income tax system in droves.
It is all about the corrupt IRS and USG using presumption to trick folks into surrendering their natural sovereignty and constitutional Rights.
Of course, the IRS and govt will never admit this, but the fact that they keep reporting the same tax Gap figure every year, tells me that the real true number is far greater.

Vince Foster's ahem, 'suicide' the gun shot wound was on the side of his head that was the opposite of the hand the he wrote with. Thus, Vince used his non-dominent hand to pull the trigger. Who does THAT???
I do not recall if they found a gun at the scene but I know they never found the bullet.

This, to me, is the single biggest news story in USA, even though it is little reported.
Obama, I suspect, has been less than truthful and is hiding the Truth, otherwise he simply would have produced the “vault birth certificate”, and laid the Matter to rest.
It will be interesting to see how the liberals and African Americans react of good ole Uncle Barack is disqualified. I suspect there will be riots in inner cities all across the USA.
We live in interesting times.

Also, I understand that Alan Keyes has filed a lawsuit against the California Electoral College challenging Obama to prove that he is a natural born American Citizen.
This issue of whether Barack Obama was actually born in Hawaii and whether he surrendered his citizenship when his Mom moved to Indonesia and married a Muslim, has been surpressed by the mainstream media, but I feel is gonna break onto the national stage very, very soon.

Barack Obama has resigned his Senate seat as of yesterday.
So, officially, he is not a part of the US Government. He has no official role.
Not surprisingly, needing to hop onto the latest, coolest, swiftiest band wagon, WTP, led by the erstwhile and very courageous Bobby Schulz, has raised $20,000+ to publish a petition for redress of grievances in USA Today, demanding that Barack prove that he is a natural born U.S. Citizen under the Constitution.
Ummm, I could be wrong, but as of today, Barack Obama is a private citizen.
So, this means that Schulz has raised $$$$ and is still seeking about $70,000 more, and plans to file a petition for redress of grievance against a private citizen, namely Mr. Obama.
Could this really be? 😕

It seems to me that Bobby Schulz and WTP are under the mistaken illusion that Barack is actually the US Government.
If only WTP had stuck to their plan of solving the illegal immigration crises and the Mideast peace process, we would not have this most recent gaffe.
In other news, I have been informed that starting next week, Bobby Schulz & WTP plan on raising money to file a petition for redress of grievance against Sesame Street because they are not giving enough air time to Big Bird.
Go figure.

I am not hopeful that Pete H. will get a fair and just trial in economically depressed Michigan.
You are correct, Pete will be buried in the Black Hole of Presumption.
I never quite understood why he would brag and keep posting IRS refund checks on his web page. Was he merely trying to sell more books and T-shirts??
So, to make a few $$$, it looks like Pete may get 7+ years in Club Fed. Not wise.
The jury will no doubt consist of some displaced or unemployed workers who are angry at losing their jobs and their social status, and I suspect the IRS will leverage that by making remarks at trial such as “Everyone knows you must pay taxes”.
This will poison and prejudice the jury against Pete H. It will also cause them to resent Pete H.
I predict jury deliberations will take less than 2 hours.
DOJ Tax Division knows that Pete H.is readily defeated at Trial and that is why they came after him. If they were convinced they could not prevail,they would have left him alone. Pete's bragging all these years will come back to haunt him.
Pete H. closed mindedness and his pride are best evident in his constant censoring of his web forum. This activity led Pete H.to thinking that was too insular.
He prevented himself from seeing and hearing diverse opinions.
Alexander the Great, as many here already know, who, as young boy was tutored by Aristotle, said it best when he said that he values his enemies because his enemies show him his weaknesses.
Finally, Pete H. can not argue jurisdiction at trial (he lacks that knowledge anyway) because he already repeatedly said he was a “U.S. resident” / U.S. person when he kept filing those pesky IRS Form 1040s.

Hendrickson's problems can be summed up in one word, “pride.”
I respectfully dissent from my cyber cohort, Ms. Admin., regarding the use of Form 4852 and attaching same to a Form 1040NR or 1040NR substitute form.
I know of no Treasury regulation stating that the form 4852 is not to be used with a form 1040NR.
Just because the Form 4852 says it is only to be filed with a Form 1040 or a Form 1040A, does not make it so.
When one voluntarily signs a jurat on a 1040NR, and attaches a Form 4852 which is also signed under penalty of perjury, and one does this with the belief that doing so is technically correct, then how can it be possible for the IRS to compel the use of form 4852 only with form 1040. Such a compulsion would negate the perjury jurat.
IRS forms and their instructions or suggestions do not carry the force of law. Moreover, I would argue that IRS forms and instructions are geared towards deceiving and misleading people.
As a general rule the IRS and all IRS employees are liars and they routinely deceive the American public by their overt commissions or covert or overt omissions. And this same principle applies to all IRS publications and IRS forms.
No, my theory is that the lying,corrupt IRS added the phrase as a propaganda ploy to try and dissuade Petey's adherents and others, from using the form 4852 with the 1040NR, and instead, to try and trick them into filing the 4852 with a Form 1040.
And the IRS' trick appears to have worked as Petey advocated the use of Form 1040 attached to Form 4852. And everyone filed 1040 forms with form 4852, which is EXACTLY what a non-resident alien should NOT do.
I believe that if one is a non-resident alien who DOES NOT have any effectively connected income and has not made any election under IRC 6013 [g] or [h], and despite this, money was still withheld from your remuneration under protest, then the filing of a 1040NR or its substitute, along with a Form 4852 or its substitute, should work. . . .in theory.
The reality is that for nonresident aliens who are “non-filers” and who have no income tax liability, there really is no remedy within the IRS because the IRS was built to serve 'taxpayers', it was not built to serve non-filers who happen to be non-taxpayers and non-resident aliens.
The IRS is there to serve taxpayers.
Another problem I suspect will hurt Petey H. is that he filed a form 1040 and yet still described himself as a “non-taxpayer”
