. . .
If we are to return Constitutional justice to our courts we will first have to identify who's running them and why these deceitful and avaricious parasites have to be ejected before a remedy can occur. . . .
. . .
I dissent from the statement and its underlying assumptions.
My view is that no one is running our Courts ( and here I mean Article III judicial Courts) because for all intents and purposes, the Sovereign American People have no Courts. The U.S. District Courts are, in effect, wholly owned subsidiaries of the USG Executive Branch.
America is and has been for a very long time, being attacked and destroyed from within and destroyed from without by Great Britain, International Private bankers, and lawyers.
Nearly everything that is wrong and corrupt about America is directly related to the abuse of language and the abuse of law by federal, state, and local public servants and appointed and elected officials.
As the reach of the internet has increased the flow of information across the country and around the world, America's demise has accelerated even more quickly.
As the THM has raised awareness of the nature and extent of the lying, corrupt IRS, ironically, it is we in the THM, who, I suspect, are driving the cabal of corrupt bankers and politicians and the like, to accelerate the destruction of the country before the TRUTH hits a critical mass and a tipping point, beyond which the status quo, namely, the IRS' and the Federal Reserve's revenue stream, begins falling.
This means that in some respects, the more successful the FG Ministry and the THM is in getting our MESSAGE out to the unsuspecting masses, the more quickly the opposition will re-double their efforts to bring financial chaos and uncertainty to America, and then use that chaos and the ensuing panic of the American People, to introduce whole-sale and monumental alterations to American Society. And they hide behind cut – outs and use other covert mechanisms to create financial chaos and social destruction.
It is naive to think that the existence of web sites like FG and SEDM, to name only two, are not having a serious impact on the minds and actions of countless others.
Recall some years ago that a WTP Conference was held in D.C., and at least two computers in the White House were tuned in. So that tells me that folks at the highest levels ARE paying attention.
We in the THM scare the corrupt politicians because we speak TRUTHFULLY and threaten the status quo.
Sure, many sit on the knowledge and do nothing, but many are standing up and defending their natural born Rights. And it is these acts of singular courage that has the IRS and USG folks very concerned. So concerned, in fact, that they have in the past abandoned their ethical and legal obligations to mount legal assaults on us.
In sum, the more effective we are, the more likely that some group of people somewhere, are plotting to wreak social havoc and cause financial instability, so as to erode the Constitution and deepen the societal fissures. Case in point, simply GOOGLE the phrase “Constitution free zone” and see what you find.
One of our main failures in the THM is that there is no organized, strategic Plan to get our candidates into elective offices and we lack a financial “angel” with deep pockets and a gold Rolodex, who is willing to fund us so that we can fight the system from within. Phil Hart and Ron Paul need genuinely honest cohorts, and they have none.
Being unable and incapable of fighting the corrupt system from within, we are compelled to fight it, albeit nonviolently, from without, via a more direct approach. And when it comes to military fighting, a direct approach is always far more costly than the indirect approach. Our flanks are always exposed and this is never a good position to be in.
But if we are really determined to fight (nonviolently) we must fight smart and always, always, be Truthful and Honest in our dealings with the corrupt IRS, by explaining all the reasons why their presumptions are incorrect.

Let me see, that corrupt Jewish guy Madoff steals at least $50 BILLION over a period of many years, and the corrupt US Government and the DOJ lawyers are wasting their time and resources trying to shut down eGold.
Makes sense. 😮

Thanks for the offer and suggestion.
My preference is that I do not want to receive email from others in this Forum.
Nothing against the fine folks in the Forum, but it has more to do with time management issues and being effective.
I am content to use PMs when needed. But if you all feel the need to have a mailing list, I simply will opt out by not signing up.
Thanks again.

There is no challenge faced by this nation that cannot be solved either by enforcing existing law, or in limited cases, by writing new law. We do not need, AND MUST NOT RISK THE LIBERTY OF THE UNITED STATES with, a Constitutional Convention!
I had no idea that 32 states had even voted on a constitutional convention question.
None!
In more basic terms, I would posit that the problems America faces are a direct result of the dearth of personal character and lack of integrity of our public servants, CEOs and other alleged “leaders”.

I can not recall if he was a Keynesian or not.
Alas, he apparently was co-opted by the corrupt Federal Reserve Bank Officials and he switched sides and seemingly overnite, he began to sing a different tune regarding U.S. monetary policy.

Korb has made it known some time ago that he would leave on or before JAN.19, 2009. And he publicly stated as much long before he actually knew where he would end up.
I have known Korb wanted to leave for quite some time and it is not surprising he is leaving with the incoming Obama Administration.
In an effort to land a cushy job, Korb subtly sent out job related trial balloons some months ago.
It is SOP for high ranking Presidential appointees, of which there are about 3,000+.

MemberDecember 10, 2008 at 11:01 pm in reply to: Is THIS what makes you Liable for the Income Tax?5. He incorrectly references “nonresident aliens”, when the regulation does not use that word. It refers to “nonresident alien individuals“, and the two are NOT equivalent. All “individuals” are aliens, while nonresident alien NON-individuals include those who are nationals but not aliens, such as those domiciled in states of the Union. That subtle distinction is VERY important, as demonstrated by the memorandum below:
Non-Resident Non-Person Position, Form #05.020, Section 2
http://sedm.org/Forms/FormIndex.htm6. We don’t agree with “The Informer” that use of Federal Reserve Notes (FRNs) makes one liable for the income tax, because the average American born within a state of the Union and domiciled there is NOT a “nonresident alien individual”, but a “nonresident alien NON-individual”. He only becomes an “individual” by committing perjury on a government form and declaring him/her self to be one. Otherwise, he or she is not such a “person”.
*****************************************
Bing sayeth:I was still digesting the Informer’s lead post and Admin. and Franklin jumped in and simply nailed it. Thus saving me valuable brain power.

Thank you.
All I wish to add is to comment on what Admin wrote regarding the distinction between a non-resident alien “non-individual” versus a 26 USC 7701 ([ 1 ] [ B ] “nonresident alien individual”.
And it is this.
If Forum members write to the IRS, be careful NOT to identify yourself[/b] as a 26 USC 7701 [ 1 ] [ B ] “nonresident alien individual”. In fact, DO NOT CITE 26 USC 7701 ( 😎 [ 1 ] [ B ] at all.
There is no need to.
I am still trying to convince myself that it is necessary to say that one is a “non-resident alien non-individual”. I never much liked that phraseology although I originally thought it sounded quite humorous.

My view, and I freely concede I may be wrong, is that it should be sufficient to identify oneself simply as a non-resident alien and a non- U.S. citizen national under 8 USC 1101 [ a ] [21] and leave it at that.
Case closed. Why complicate things more than required?
It should not be necessary to define what one is not, when all that is really needed to is simply define what one is. And by defining what one is, that is to say by defining what one’s status is, then ipso facto, it should exclude all other unnamed legal statuses.
In other words, one defines what they are and then that is it. So, If I am a Citizen of Iowa, I do not say that I am a Citizen of Iowa and a non-New York Citizen.
When I say that I am an “American Citizen” (although, strangely enough so far as I am aware, such a term is NOT defined in the Statutes at Large– why do you think that is???) I do not say I am an American Citizen non-Japanese, non-Chinese-non-South African citizen.
This same logic, should, IMHO, apply to all non-resident aliens. If I assert under penalty of perjury that I am a non-resident alien, this does not mean I am a nonresident alien individual. When Frank Brushaber identified himself as a Citizen of New York, he did not qualify it by saying he was also a non-Citizen of Cuba.
What we have here is an instance of the corrupted IRS and equally corrupt Office of Law Revision Counsel having kidnapped and hijacked the Code and the Regs to such an extent, and as a result, were forced to rely heavily upon “words of art” to purposefully obfuscate the Truth so as to better ensnare the unsuspecting masses and fool the tax attorneys and CPAs.
And, in a genuine effort to expose the chicanery of the corrupt IRS and show folks how to extricate oneself from this morass of a Code and regulations, arguably the FG Fellowship has itself fallen victim to the word games played by the IRS. This, I feel was an honest mistake that needs correcting.
The net result is that when one reads the term “nonresident alien non individual” not only is there a mental disconnect and apparent discongruence, but it makes it far easier for the opposition to cast aspersions upon our writings by suggesting to others, such as Federal Judges, that such legal arguments are meritless and therefore are not credible.
For quite some time I have been reading and studying cosmology and quantum theory. If ever there were two disparate subjects that can scrape one’s brain, these are it. The unification of these two subjects, which should result in quantum gravity, is the proverbial grand prize of physics.
Anyway, through the study of cosmology and quantum theory I have gotten a better appreciation and profound respect for God’s work and the laws of nature. And this has taught me to try and simplify things the best that I can. (Although from reading my rambling posts one would not necessarily get that impression).

I have learned that the most complex subjects, if one truly understands them, can be distilled down to their essence and easily explained to a layperson with little to no knowledge of the subject matter. Thus, I can explain taxation and why I am a lawfully a non-taxpayer, in less time than it would take you to make yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. The tax lawyers and CPAs are lying to you because they want you to need them so they make money off of you by NOT telling you the Truth and all the while rejoicing that the tax Code is so complex. It amounts to a Full Employment Act for tax lawyers and CPAs.
Congress, for decades has complained publicly about the complexity of the tax code, and then what do they do, they keep making it more complex. Listen to what Congress says but pay close attention to what they do.
Let us not forget that that the tax code and regs are voluminous and were intentionally made so by corrupt IRS lawyers, primarily because the US Government and the IRS need to hide the Truth from the American People.
But we at the FGF have stripped away and exposed the word distractors and we have zeroed in on the most critical Code sections and Regs which reveal the Truth and expose the geographic and subject matter limitations and limited applicability of said Code and regs.
And for this we are hated, demonized, and harassed by the IRS because we threaten the status quo.
The good folks over at the IRS funded cut-out, also known as http://www.quatloos.com realize this and that is why you rarely will see them placing the http://www.famguardian.org pointers in their posts. They skewer Pete Hendrickson nearly every day because they can. They grudgingly give us at the FG Fellowship the respect we deserve, and they do this by intentionally not challenging our material, less folks leave their website for good after they come to FG and learn the Truth. It has been a very long time since I read their falsehoods but I get a regular update about what they say and it is mostly gloating and boasting and using social psychology to try and scare others into ostensibly voluntary compliance.
This is why when people complain to me about how complex the tax Code and Regs are, I know right away that they really have not got a clue because they are focusing on all the wrong things and they permit themselves to be sucked into the word games and fooled by the words of art employed by teh IRS in their publications and forms.
Back on point.
So long as one does not label themselves as an “individual” or a “nonresident alien individual” it should be more than sufficient to simply identify oneself as a “nonresident alien” and leave it at that.
By resorting to the term “nonresident alien non-individual” we leave ourselves exposed to having our position immediately dismissed as being meritless.
My opinion is that one can not and should not use the term “nonresident alien non-individual” unless they are prepared to explain in excruciating detail what an “individual” means under the Code. And once we collectively cross that Rubicon, if you will, we lower ourselves to the IRS’ level and ensnare ourselves in their word games. And this makes our writing more readily to dismissed as being nonsense. even though the opposite is true.
As always, criticisms and comments are most welcome
Thus Bing sayeth not.

Timba, excellent reply.
Thank you for clarifying your status and for identifying bad links.
I look forward to reading and learning from your posts.
Make no mistake, the IRS and the US Government are warring against the American People.
As you know better than most, the corrupt and lying IRS have used false presumptions, deception, trickery, and countless cases have used of force
to enslave Americans and steal their personal liberty.
Finally, know too that the Creator is on our side and we shall prevail.
Take care.
P.S. DO NOT let anyone in these Forums befriend you, not even me.

I agree 100% with what ADMIN posted.
Heed her answer and study it.
All I can add, is that you should not, under any circumstances respond via email to any Private Messages you may receive in these Forums.
Use the Private Message feature or you risk creating substantial problems with the corrupted IRS. And even then, do not give out your real name or address to anyone.
Good luck.

Admin wrote on Dec 8 2008, 08:56 PM:JOB – URINE TEST
. . . Something has to change in this country — and soon!!!!!
Guess we could title that program, 'Urine or You're Out'.
Ohhh, there is going to be change in this country soon enough.
Societal chaos is coming to a neighborhood near you …………………led by the ………. the Baby-boomers.
Yep.
The year 2008 is the first year that the oldest of America's Baby-boomers will begin to retire.
Do you think it was a coincidence that at the start of the 4th quarter of 2008, that $8TRILLION in pension and financial assets simply evaporated in a matter of weeks?
Unprecedented decline in wealth?
Yes!!
Unplanned and unorchestrated by the corrupt powers – that- be? NO!
Thus, no doubt forcing millions of boomers to postpone retirement and continue to pay into the U.S. Social Security program.
And the Boomer's protest began when the Boomers in the liberal states voted for Obama.
Just watch. Obama will be flailing about in a matter of months as the demands of his position overwhelm his ability to lead.
Obama is already laying the groundwork to blame everything on GWBushleague, by publicly declaring “that things are going to get alot worse”.

Now I better understand why sales of AR-15 guns are on the rise.
Government thugs operating under the color of law should tread carefully
