I’m going to draft a letter requesting a number of things (proof of claim and proof of the agreement on which the claim is based) along with a 30 day notice that if I do not receive such items I will consider that claim null and void. I believe I will also be drafting a letter to the public servant at the head of the Dept of Finanace and Taxation which will include notice that I will hold him or her personally accountable for any future hinderance from this matter along with a fee schedule for my time dealing with any such future actions from his/her department.
Does anyone have any insight into this matter?

Unfortunatly I asked them for my money back and got it. Now the NYS Dept of Taxation and Finance is telling me I owe them $1485 on the purchase of 54 cartons of cigarettes ($27.5 per carton) from the period of June 1st 2008 through Dec 31st 2009
In the past 3 years I’ve woken up to these criminals (our masters). I’ve been researching how to go about removing my consent, reclaiming my birth certificate, and stop participating (being a slave)
I’d like to request via a certified letter that they sent me the agreement (commercial nexus) between the Seneca tribe and State of NY. If I do not receive proof of such agreement within 30 days of receipt of this letter then I consider the case to be closed. Any thoughts?
Should I also include a fee schedule for any future time spend on this, including a note that I will hold this public servant personally responsible for any such violations?
