They also practice terrorism UNDER THE COLOR OF RELIGION. The essence of what terrorism is, is any practice or system of beliefs that is threatening to human life, which advances fear, and which may also involving kidnapping. Even judges practice terrorism by using “words of art” and presumption. They KIDNAP people's identity and by changing their civil status against the wishes of the litigant.

We have a problem, however with his approach. You don't have to be a criminal to put the tyrants back in their ten mile square jail called the District of Criminals. He is a convicted criminal because he didn't learn the law well enough BEFORE going into the attack mode. Instead, he posted prominently on his website “PROSECUTE ME!” and he got EXACTLY what he asked for. Being a criminal is the price he had to pay for being an arrogant atheist ass and not doing his homework before he joined the chess game. All you have to do is learn the law well enough to prove that THEY and not you are criminals, not using the statutes within a franchise agreement but within public law, and make sure that evidence fills your administrative record to overflowing. Once it does, they have to let the jury see it. He never got to that point and that is why he ended up being a criminal.
We, on the other hand, are different. The ONLY thing we have ever asked the government for is to be LEFT ALONE and to have money returned to us that was STOLEN WITHOUT availing ourselves of any privilege and doing so under EQUITY and not under a stinking franchise only available to “taxpayers” and customers of WORTHLESS government protection called “citizens” and “residents”. So far, we have gotten EXACTLY what we asked for. You better be careful, because you just might get what you ask for as Larken did. But if you ask for the RIGHT things, you will be blessed as we have. He asked the government for what he wanted, because the government is hiss pagan god without a REAL God. It is also rather interesting that many people outside of America have gold fever. Even banks in communist China now sell gold and silver to their depositors and the communist Chinese government even encourages people on national TV to buy gold and silver, probably because they know the dollar is going to implode very soon. It's ironic that communists, our arch rivals, are more receptive at least to economic truth than our own pagan money worshipping de facto government.
Many banks in Europe allow you to buy and hold gold instead of fiat currency. Only American banks don't do it, and the reason is that Uncle wants a John to sponsor their corporate whoredom in worshipping money instead of God or the truth.

What the corrupt government has done is confuse a political entity that is a corporation with a geographical location. They want you to think you are identifying a place, when in fact you are identifying a corporation and applying for a job in the corporation by requesting “benefits”. By saying one is “IN THE STATE”, you are making a choice of political affiliation under the First Amendment and associating with the state and becoming a public officer within it called a “taxpayer”, “citizen”, “resident”, or “inhabitant”. Some people prevent this deliberate confusion by calling themselves as follows:
1. “a man on the land” rather than “a person IN [EMPLOYED in] the state”.

Now that's very interesting. It falls in the same line as 18 USC 912, which makes it a crime to impersonate a public officer. Now we have both a civil and a criminal statute to base our information return corrections upon.
Notice that the statute strategically uses the word “franchise” in describing a public office. Just confirms everything we've been saying here on this site all along.
We've been working on a quo warranto action to extinguish the office after the Resignation document is filed. This furnishes further standing for such an action. Imagine filing a quo warranto action and having the court pronounce that you aren't engaged in a “public office”, which indirectly means you aren't engaged in a “trade or business” as defined in 26 USC 7701(a)(26) and are not a “taxpayer”. Heee…heee.

There are so many open and receptive and inquisitive minds here who have a lot of valuable information to share and observe and discuss. Minds are like parachutes: they only work when they are open. Most Americans, unfortunately, choose to have closed minds because they don't want to learn the truth or feel any obligation to act on it and take risks.
You are wise to turn off the stinking TV and study this stuff long before you actually need it. If more Americans did that and questioned their grossly deficient public school education, we would all be much better off.

I agree with you. However, its much easier to disable a traffic cam than you think. Put a can of spray paint on a pole, walk up to the cam and spray black paint on the glass in front of the camera. Wear a ski mask so the other cams you haven't disabled can't take your picture when you do it.

2. All civil law attaches to the domicile of the party.
3. If you don't have a domicile in their jurisdiction, they can't enforce the vehicle code against you. Furthermore, if they assert that it is private/contract law, demand proof that you consented to the franchise/contract. See:

4. You don't qualify for a driver's license without a residence and domicile in their jurisdiction, which is federal territory that is community property of the states. Look for the provision in the Vehcile Code of your state proving that they cannot issue licenses to nonresidents. Then go into the DMV with a letter of Disqualification Stating that you tried to apply for a license as a nonresident but were denied because you do not have a residence (as an “alien”) on federal territory called “State of _____”. Make the DMV supervisor sign the letter stating that he had to refuse you a license because he can only issue to nonresidents.
5. Invoke the protections of the foreign sovereign immunities act, the minimum Contacts Doctrine, and the longarm statutes in your defense. Force them to satisfy the criteria within the Minimum Contacts Doctrine for asserting extraterritorial jurisdiction outside of the federal zone against non-domicled parties. Tell them that their behavior is injurious and file a cross complaint for damages under common law and not statutory law because of their assertion of extra-territorial jurisdiction outside the federal zone and outside those who consented to their franchise agreement. Show them a copy of the letter of disqualification from the DMV stating that you were denied a license because you did not reside in the “State of ______” (federal territory).
6. Force them to produce evidence that they have civil jurisdiction and that you have a domicile in their jurisdiction, and hand them an affidavit proving you don't that they have to rebut. Attorneys can't act as witnesses and they won't be able to produce a witness who can contradict you.
7. Tell them they are engaging in a protection racket if they protect nonresidents such as yourself who don't want and don't need protection, and that what they call protection you call injury.
8. Tell them that they are compelling you to contract with them, because the vehicle code is a franchise and all franchises are contracts. Ask for proof of consent to the franchise agreement.
9. Tell them that they can't force you to choose a domicile in their jurisdiction and that it is a violation of the First Amendment prohibition against compelled association to force you to politically associate with them by declaring a domicile within their jurisdiciton.
10. Make sure you attach the affidavit of citizenship, domicile, and tax status to your pleadings:

I didn't write the lead post. I got it from someone else and do not claim an obligation to defend it. However:
1. The vehicle code is civil law and a franchise.
2. All the obligations of the code attach to those with a domicile on federal territory that is no part of the exclusive jurisdiction of any state.
3. If you aren't party to the franchise agreement and don't have a domicile on federal territory, then they can't impose civil fines or sanctions, including seizures and arrests, against nonresidents.
4. An illegal arrest is one against a nonresident party.
