Secondly: Sovereign has to say for the record is “I am a beneficiary of the Trust, and I am appointing you as my Trustee!”

Thirdly: the Sovereign then directs his Trustee to do his bidding! “As my Trustee, I want you to discharge this matter I am accused of and eliminate the record!”

Good information on a Legal Levy but what about a Notice of Levy does it give the third party the right to levy your wages with out a court order??

🙁 I guess no one has had to deal with the bums along this line before, I was looking at the Federal response letters and one thing caught my eye it said at first that there was no response for the letter 3176 because this site was not for tax payers. I agree with that statement but what we all have to understand is some of us did not find this web site until we found out the truth and are now engaged in a battle for our freedom form the system so be patient with people like me and others that are seeking freedom. I have had the same trouble with fighting the dogs. My problem is everyone wants people to get on board and everyone has a fix that cost money it seems to me that allot of the tax movement people are in it for making money themselves. Just my thoughts hope no one takes it wrong but if someone needs help lets help them with the resources that we have and not keep it to ourselves. 😕

Sonik I will answer the best I know how to answer your questions;

Number 1 I believe is True

Number 2 if I think 1 is true then 2 has to be true also (see answer 6) 🙄

Number 3 False all Jews are not Christains because all Jews do not accept Jesus as the savior but think of Jesus as a teacher only

Number 4 False are all Christians Jews no when Jesus died on the cross he died for Gentiles and Jews as well

Number 5 True I believe the Bible is 100% true inspired by God written by men

Number 6 The Father Son and Holy Spirit is all the same as Water, Steam and Ice all the same just different forms

The last thing the Tax Honesty Movement needs, is to have yet another unprepared Sui Juris litigant such as yourself, waltz into court, and flub their way through, raising off point and incorrect legal arguments, and failing to get the best evidence admitted in their defense, only to lose the case and have even more bad case law on the books for corrupt judges to cite.

Do us all a favor and stay out of court until you learn more law,  and you have read and studied more US Supreme Court decisions.
