I didn't need additional documentation because i used my drivers license (without on the face of it) and then rescinded it afterwards. i think someone else here had issues using a baptismal certificate. you can also fill out a form with a witness that says who you say you are. perhaps that is easiest?

here's a fascinating video on nutrition and ways to cure/prevent several diseases from cancer to heart disease, parkinsons, alzheimers, hypoglycemia, arthritis, etc… all with diet.

i've heard kidney stones are related to too much coffee, not enough water, too much protein in the diet.

check out the google video – totally free, and very very informative.

I've never done this myself, but I've heard when the Judge asks – “When I say your name how do you plead…” by answering, you are consenting to jurisdiction. If you say, I would like to go home, but I am here to argue jurisdiction over this citation so a warrant is not issued for my arrest.

Do not argue the merits of the case, only jurisdiction. If you have no ties (no drivers license, ssn, etc) then they should have no authority over you. Once you consent however, I believe you must obey.

I recently sent in my app for a new passport using the original DS-11 form with the SEDM attachment… highlighting that I was a non-citizen National at every chance I could. Unfortunately, I used my Drivers License and Birth Certificate for ID. On my second attempt I will try my baptism certificate and a friend to ID me.

But I'm writing because of the conversation I had with the Passport Lady. After looking at my form, she said, oooooh… yeah, this isn't going to clear for a few more months (if at all she hinted) She was not allowed to tell me why my passport would not go through. She mentioned, “you need to have some friends in washington” to get this to go through. She also recommended an advocacy group to intercede on my behalf. She was unable to offer any other info beside this, not giving me any specifics or group names. She was aware of my situation, and was very interested in worldservice.org when I mentioned it.

I will try reapplying with my baptism and friend, but if that does not work, who to turn to? Do you all know of any groups that do this sort of work? There must be some out there, or she would not have said such.

well to answer my own question here 🙂

it appears that allodial car titles are called “Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin” which is given to the dealer and then the DMV which gives you a certificate of title in return. You can write to the Manufacturer and request a new MCO be issued to you.

    Thanks Admin!

So the LLC is just a title holder and owner and anything I do as a sovereign is on me, I see! Great!
