The evidence I can provide you with at this moment is that I have his personal home number. After he led my sister to file court papers in Dallas county courts stating that because of a technicality (unrelated) , her soon to be divorced husband had no rights to their daughters . After that , under his sole advice, she fled Dallas and went to live with Mr. Brushears in Sonora (supposedly after his late wife died). Soon after that the FBI picked up on the lead and with the cooperation of Mexico Police, apprehended my sister there. If I understand correctly Mr. Brushears home was searched as well.

This is all unfolding as we speak. At this moment she is in custody in Arizona facing a fugitive warrant and going thru the process of extradition to Texas. If you want I can give you my sister's name (which I prefer to keep off this board) and the names of other people involved officials in Arizona and Dallas so you may contact them yourself and verify my posting on this forum.

This is all very sad and has brought great sadness and incredible anxiety to the members of my family.

We don't have a bias either for or against Burney Brushears, but we don't like people's reputation slandered without any supporting evidence either.? As a matter of fact, this is a favorite tactic of the evil enemy we are fighting, and two wrongs don't make a right.
