This is for Author #2, or whomever else has an opinion. And yes, I already know nobody here is a lawyer, and nothing here constitutes legal advice. 😀 A buddy of mine who knows I'm researching ways to handle the IRS and therefore, the tax honesty movement, sent me this:

Dear fellow Americans,
This e-mail is to inform you about the Liberty Tree Study Club. It is a private club that is dedicated to researching and understanding both state and federal laws as they apply to Citizens.? Our? club members freely give their documents and letters to be put in the club Library for the use and benefit of other club members.? The Liberty Tree Study Club offers the following benefits to its club members:
1.? The ability to share information concerning both state and federal law with like-minded people.
2.? Links to important documents such as the Constitution of the United States etc etc∑.
3.? Samples of current IRS letters, along with responses to those letters that have been generated by members of the club.
4.? Sample court documents such as a Petition to Quash a Levy, a Petition to Quash a Summons etc, etc∑
5.? Access to a Yahoo e-mail group where you can post specific questions to other members of the group, or provide answers to other members? questions.
6.? Conference calls at specific times regarding specific topics.
7.? In the planning stage – regional club meetings.
8.? Club members can call the club and request hard copies of documents if they do not have internet access for a shipping and handling fee.
9.? A toll-free number to call and ask specific questions to get information on where to find a particular document.
10.? Links to other web sites that have related documents and information.
11. Members will be given a username and password to access the club Library.
12.? Members will be issued an invitation to join our interactive Yahoo e-mail group (in order to join this interactive e-mail group, you will need to have a Yahoo e-mail account, which is free).
Club dues are: $125 for 6 months or $200 for a year.? There will be no charge for any documents that you access or download from the web site.? The web site will be continually updated as new documents, letters, and court cases are donated to the club by our members.
If you would like to join the club, please send a check or money order made payable to “Liberty Tree Study Club” to: 1745 Markham Woods Road, Longwood, Florida 32779.? You will be assigned a Member ID number to use when contacting the club.? Thank you!
